Angela Simmons Shares Swimsuit Photo "on the Beach"

Here are the influencer’s health habits.

Angela Simmons is hitting the beach in her swimsuit. In some of her most recent posts the model and influencer flaunts her covetable curves in a bathing suit while vacationing in the Turks and Caicos and celebrating her birthday. "E N E R G Y," she captioned one of the posts. "Sand on the beach, when it's better," she wrote about another. "Gorgeous 100x's," one of her millions of followers commented. "You are absolutely stunning," added another. How does the 36-year-old keep herself in such amazing shape? Celebwell rounded up some of her top health habits.

Angela exercises daily. "I'm really self motivated and really into health/fitness. What keeps me motivated is that the results are worth it, and there's no better feeling than sweating it out at the gym after a long day or to start my day!" she told Atlanta News. "I try to work out everyday."

Angela is all about self-love and embracing her body.  "Didn't want to workout today … still did it," she captioned an Instagram pic. "Side bar : Just because you work out doesn't mean all cellulite disappears … natural body ! And proud."

Mixing Up Workouts

Angela does a variety of workouts. "I usually box or do spin class. On my days off I'll run stairs or run on the treadmill," she told Atlanta News.

She Is a Vegetarian

Angela doesn't eat meat and she's proud of it. "I'm a vegetarian, and yes your eating habits are very important," Angela told Atlanta News. "It's almost just as important as the work out. You won't see results until you do both. [For those who are interested in becoming a vegetarian], I would say to get advice from other vegetarians and also talk to a doctor, but for me the transition was simple. I find a great balance with foods, lots of veggies, lentils, avocados, beans, it's important to get your protein. I've been vegetarian for 3 1/2 years. And I love it. I feel great. My uncle Russell motivated me."

Angela makes sure to get all the nutrients she needs by taking supplements. She told Atlanta News that she takes "a basic multivitamin and also B12" daily.
