Montana revealed to Vogue how she preps for a runway show. “10 days before I cut out alcohol and unhealthy food, and live on fish, vegetables and brown rice,” she said.
2. Everything in Moderation
“When it comes to diet, everything in moderation! And as far as fitness is concerned, I always try to fit exercise into my schedule, even if it’s just 15 minutes – you feel so much better,” Montana told Body + Soul about her approach to diet.
3. Infrared Saunas and Steam rooms

Montana likes to turn up the heat. “If I have time, I like going to an infrared sauna or steam room. When I’m in New York, I’m constantly using the steam room at Equinox. In Sydney, I go to Nimbus & Co on Bondi Road. They have a great infrared sauna,” she told Body + Soul about her wellness habit.
4. Coffee Before Exercsie
Montana relies on a morning jolt. “I’m a morning exerciser and I can’t start my day without a cup of coffee – I need it to get out of bed. I also like training on Bondi Beach, which is great for me because I don’t really like working out inside – I get quite claustrophobic,” she told the publication.
5. Bodyweight

Montana relies on bodyweight exercises. “I’ve learnt that if you want results, it’s all about using your own weight. Different things work for different people. For me, my body responds best to one minute intervals; one minute of lunges, one minute of squats, one minute of push-ups, one minute of dips, one minute of planks each side,” she told Body + Soul.
6. Cooking
