Here’s how she stays in shape.

Ayesha Curry is more than just a culinary queen—she's a best-selling author, TV host, actress, and entrepreneur. But when she's not busy building her empire, she prioritizes her health and wellness. Recently, she and her husband, NBA star Stephen Curry, took a trip to Cabo, where she showed off her fit figure in stunning swimsuits. Curious about how she stays in shape? From her go-to smoothie to her favorite low-impact workouts, here are five wellness secrets she swears by.

She Manifests

Curry revealed to People that manifestation is a big part of her wellness routine. "I've kind of been going through a health journey for the past three years now. I'm into manifesting and writing things down and setting my intentions and goals. I am obsessed with that and I find that it really works for me, being able to visibly see things."

She Loves Smoothies

Curry shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Parade. In it, she shared one of her favorite smoothie recipes. "My kids and I love a good smoothie," Curry says. "I have a great tropical post-workout smoothie that packs a lot of collagen and it has frozen mangoes, peaches and spinach. I'll do a version of that for myself with the collagen and without the collagen for the kids. They absolutely love it."

3

She Loves Sweet Potatoes

In her Parade interview, Curry shared some of her favorite foods to cook with. "I love sweet potatoes," says Curry. "There are so many things that you can do with them, whether you're roasting, making mashed potatoes, or incorporating them into a saute or a curry. I love the little bit of sweetness that brings to a dish."

4

She Focuses On Small Changes

Curry tells Parade that she focuses on small changes to help her lose weight, and she doesn't put too much pressure on herself. "For me, I found that when I started thinking less about weight loss, I started seeing the change," she says. "It's important to make sure that weight loss is slow and gradual because oftentimes when you find that quick fix, you'll have a fallback period where you gain back more than you lost. When you make those small changes part of your routine, they make a big impact."

5

She Does Less Intense Workouts

Curry tells People that she avoids less intense forms of exercise. "I started to realize that the more aggressive high intensity workouts don't actually work for me," she explained. "So for me, taking a hike and being out in nature, or going for a jog, or working out for 20 minutes instead of an hour actually works better for me. And I started to see more results. Pilates and yoga and hiking, that's the stuff that I saw the most change."
