1. She Does A Variety Of Exercises
Thorne broke down her wellness routine to HollywoodLife. She says that when it comes to working out, she likes to do a lot of different things. Thorne also listed her favorite exercises to the website. “Yoga, some weight training, and a bit of boxing.”
2. She Works Out With Her Family

Thorne doesn’t always work out alone. Sometimes, she likes to workout with her family members. During the pandemic, Thorne quarantined with her family, and they did at home workouts together. She told HollywoodLife, “It’s a family affair at the moment!”
3. She Eats Healthy

Thorne makes sure to eat healthy each day. She also makes sure that she always has healthy foods on hand at home. Thorne told HollywoodLife that she stocked up on healthy food during the pandemic. She says that she bought, “Rice, black beans, pasta, fruit for my smoothies, veggies, and some protein.
4. She’s Proud Of Her Weight Gain

Thorne is open about the struggles she’s had with her body. She went into detail about this in a lengthy Instagram post. In it, she says that she is working to accept her weight gain. “You know, I look at this picture and I’m also proud,” she wrote. “I’m so f–king proud, because this year I gained all my weight back and more!!!!”
5. She Ignores The Scale

One thing Thorne has done to accept her body is by ignoring the scale. She took to Twitter to encourage others to do the same. “Almost every day I have been to the gym in the last 6 weeks,” Thorne wrote. “Turns out I only lost one pound of fat and gained one pound of muscle.. throw away your scales ladies because they don’t mean s**t. As long as YOU feel better and u like the way u look that’s all that matters.”
