"I know I'm at my strongest is when I'm doing my Pilates because it never gets easier," Kate told Women's Health. "The more you do Pilates the harder the things you can do become. I love how flexible I feel and I like what it does to the shape of my body."
2. Rihanna
Rihanna performs a solid combination of Pilates, cardio, and strength training to stay sculpted and strong. She aims to work out at least three times per week.
"I'll run 5k and do a 30-minute Pilates session three to five times a week," the "Disturbia" singer told Women's Health. "And I'll tag a strength session on to the end, doing a mixture of squats, dumbbell lunges and reverse crunches—about 25 reps each.'

Olivia Munn revealed to E! News, as reported by Women's Health, that martial arts is her workout of choice. In fact, the actress earned a black belt in taekwondo
"I do martial arts a lot, and so I have a routine that I can do that's different every single day. It takes me only about 30 or 45 minutes," Olivia shared.

4. Jessica Alba

The actress revealed to The Telegraph, as reported by Women's Health, that she's a major fan of training on the reformer. "If I'm making a conscious effort to exercise, I work with a Pilates trainer on a reformer machine, and that suits me and my body best," Margot said.

Gal Gadot is best known for her role as Wonder Woman in the DC movies. She turned to trainer, Magnus Lygdback, to help her channel the iconic character.
Magnus shared with The Hollywood Reporter that he had Gal complete the following workout five times a week: "Leg press, front dumbbell squats, skaters and skate jumps—that's such a good one because it recruits fast-twitch muscle fibers and works all three of the glute muscles—pull-ups, lateral raises and a ton of core work."
