1. Jessica Alba
Jessica Alba loves doing hot yoga, a practice that has gotten increasingly popular over the years. Hot yoga incorporates heat and humidity into the workout, and there are various types, such as hot vinyasa, Bikram yoga, and Moksha (Modo) yoga.
Jessica told Byrdie (via Us Weekly),"I do like hot yoga classes, if it's done at a good pace. I prefer it mixed in with light weights, so like a sculpting hot yoga class. I'll always work out with a friend because it's more fun."

2. Whitney Port
Whitney Port is another big fan of hot yoga, and she likes to do sessions with her husband, Tim Rosenman.
"We work out together, which is really amazing," Whitney told Us Weekly. "We do hot yoga together, like, three times a week. So that, for us, is a really good bonding experience."

"For me, I don't sweat very easily, and I find that when you do any hot class—like I've been a fan of hot yoga for a very long time too—your muscles are more pliable and you're stretched out easier. You come out dripping in sweat and my face is like a tomato. It's good for your skin! I love it. I'm obsessed! It's addictive. I love it," Hailey said.
4. Jordin Sparks
Jordin Sparks loves going to hot yoga classes in the mornings. After having her son in 2018, she was extremely excited to return to her sessions.
"I went for the first time, like, about a week and a half ago, and I remember laying there in savasana like, 'I missed this so much. I missed it so much'," she said in a 2018 interview with Us Weekly.

5. Jessica Biel
Jessica Biel is a massive yoga fan. She told Women's Health that she feels yoga helps her be a better mom and helps her balance her time.
"I come out of [yoga] feeling prepared to deal with any situation and I feel completely rejuvenated and ready to step back into the practice of real life," Jessica explained.
The 7th Heaven alum also said that yoga helps her feel connected to her body, because of the focus on breathing.
"To me you kind of check out in other exercise experiences. The benefits of the breathing are so beyond any other exercises I've been a part of, and I think it's so unique in that way," she shared.
6. Kate Hudson
Kate Hudson does many things to stay in shape, including yoga. She shared some of her favorite exercises with PEOPLE.
"I need to be moving to feel good," Kate said. "Even just making time for a little movement every day—going for a walk, doing a few minutes on the treadmill, some Pilates, or if I have more time for it, I love hot yoga."

7. Alicia Keys
Alicia Keys practices kundalini yoga, and has worked with Guru Jagat. Guru explained to ET Online, "We're working on prescriptive things and you can do them in very short amounts of time, so you don't have to commit to an hour, an hour-and-a-half."
Alicia also wrote an essay about yoga for USA Today, as reported by Bustle. "Between the chanting and the singing and the rhythm and the meaning of these ancient words, I discovered a sense of peace and comfort," she wrote. "I started to notice a richer connection with myself, an ability to go deeper."

"My favorite [online] yoga is Sky Ting," she said. "People stuck at home [or] working from home need to move [their] bodies and stretch. It's one thing to get out of the house, good for you, but you can get on the floor wherever you are."
