1. She Stretches

Beyoncé works with trainer Marco Borges, to help her stay in shape. He shared some of the singer’s fitness secrets in an interview with Glamour. Borges says that he makes sure that Beyoncé is able to recover from a session with him. "I stretch B at the end of every workout,” he says.
2. She Does Sprints

Beyoncé sometimes has to perform on stage for hours. For this reason, she has to have good stamina and endurance. Borges does a lot of cardio workouts with Beyoncé. He tells Glamour that he usually has the singer doing sprints. "Sprints are ideal for building stamina and explosiveness,” Borges explains. “Which B needs to move across the stage.”
3. She Limited Herself

After having her twins in 2017, Beyoncé prepared to return to the stage to headline Coachella. She documented the process in her Netflix documentary, Homecoming. Beyoncé says that she limited certain foods to lose the baby weight. “In order to meet my goal, I'm limiting myself to no bread, no carbs, no dairy, no meat, no fish, no alcohol,” she revealed in the film. “And I'm hungry.”
4. She Still Indulges

Beyoncé is open about her love of food. She usually makes sure to eat healthy. However, she does like to have a cheat day once in a while. "I always treat myself to one meal on Sundays,” Beyoncé revealed to Shape. “When I can have whatever I want. Usually it's pizza, which is my favorite indulgence.”
5. She Weight Trains

One thing Beyoncé does to keep herself in shape is weight train. She tells SELF, "I'll put on a song that I really like and do [biceps curls with] five-pound weights [for] the whole song and just try to burn out.” Using weights has a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic states, “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”
6. She Works Hard

Beyoncé makes sure to work hard. Especially when it comes to wellness. "The truth is it's a lot of sacrifice,” she tells SELF. “It's more about your mental strength than physical strength. You have to push yourself. It doesn't matter what trainer you have. And it doesn't matter what program you're on. You have to be healthy and make the right choices.”
7. She Doesn't Want To Pressure Herself

In an interview with Vogue, Beyoncé opened up about being in the public eye. She says that she wants to start embracing her natural body more. "I put pressure on myself to lose all the baby weight in three months, and scheduled a small tour to assure I would do it. Looking back, that was crazy…It’s important for women and men to see and appreciate the beauty in their natural bodies.”
