Brittany Cartwright is putting her energy where it belongs – on herself and her loved ones. In a new social media post the Vanderpump Rules star shows off her amazing body in exercise gear, while giving her followers a glimpse into her slim down. “Now more than ever I am focusing on the important things in life - family, health, and happiness. Thanks to @jennycraigofficial I have been able to prioritize my health journey. It’s never too late to set new health goals!” she wrote in the captioned of the Instagram post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Jenny Craig

Brittany has been a spokesperson for Jenny Craig since 2021. "I want to be the best version of myself for my son," she told People. "Since having Cruz, postpartum weight loss has been a struggle and something I've been very vocal about with my community." She used their Max Up program to lose the initial weight.

2. Strength Training

Brittany also relies on strength training. "I also started going to classes at Sweat Garage, and it helped to keep me focused and have direction instead of trying to go to the gym and workout on my own," she told E! News. “Every story is different and this is mine,” an Instagram Story from the gym. “I’m going to be in here every single day. (Maybe one day off lol.)”

3. Cheat Days

Brittany eats healthy…most of the time. "I still have to have my cheat days! I try to eat clean for the most part, eating salads cooking a lot of baked chicken and vegetables at home, but I love my cheat days I just make sure I have them in moderation now," she told E! News.

4. Intermittent Fasting

Concept,Of,Intermittent,Fasting.,Cute,3d,Alarm,Clock,,Banana,,HalfShutterstock

Brittany practices time restricted eating. “I love my body and I feel great where I’m at I’ve learned portion control and intermittent fasting which is so helpful,” she recently told Daily Mail. Intermittent fasting works by “prolonging the period when your body has burned through the calories consumed during your last meal and begins burning fat,” explains Johns Hopkins Medicine.

5. Power Walking

Brittany makes sure to get her steps in. “I often do power walking and sprinting back-and-forth - running is good for my mental health and it’s so nice to get outside and go for a walk. If I don’t work out, I just feel sluggish,” she added to Daily Mail. Walking at a brisk speed offers loads of health benefits. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

6. Self-Love

Brittany loves her body no matter what. “After having a baby, I struggle with loose skin around my lower abdomen … and that could still be something that you’re self-conscious about,” Brittany told Us about why she loved the high-waisted swimsuit in her collaboration with Cupshe. “So I made sure I was going through [the collection] and picking things that would fit with me and maybe other moms and people who have those same feelings about their body as I do. And these really just, like, tuck you in and make you feel like you’re secure and I love that.”

In a few new social media posts the former professional soccer player and wife of NFL star Patrick Mahomes flaunts her fit figure while at the gym, wearing a sports bra and leggings. “We love a neutral pattern,” she captioned one of the Instagram Stories. How does the fitness trainer and mom approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. “Unapologetically” Always Herself

Brittany.Mahomes.3Brittany Mahomes/Instagram

“I think I align perfectly with SI Swimsuit’s vision because I am unapologetically always myself in any setting. I want women to feel empowered to always be yourself, love yourself, and feel confident in whatever you do and I think SI Swimsuit does, too,” she says. “Be confident in who you are and be unapologetically yourself. People are going to love you or hate you, but finding your values and what makes you ‘you’ to be the best version of yourself is what really matters. Whether that’s health and wellness, being a great wife or mom, or career goals, being the best version of you is the most important thing you can be.”

2. A Love for Exercise

Brittany.Mahomes.4Brittany Mahomes/Instagram

Brittany recently told Sports Illustrated that she is the most confident wearing workout clothes at the gym. “When I was playing professional soccer over in Iceland, I didn’t have a ton to do outside of soccer, so I found myself spending a ton of time in the gym working out, creating workouts, and posting them online,” she explains. “I realized that I was enjoying that so much more than actually playing soccer.”

3. Walking

She also gets her steps in. In an interview with Eating Well, Brittany revealed that “walks with the kids and the dogs,” are another form of fitness for her. A 2018 study published in the journal Obesity found a link between walking 10,000 steps a day and weight loss and weight management. Other studies published by the Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) in JAMA Neurology and in JAMA Internal Medicine also linked walking 10,000 steps a day to less dementia and less cardiovascular disease overall, with less heart disease, less heart failure and fewer strokes.

4. Strength Training and HIIT

Brittany.Mahomes.1Brittany Mahomes/Instagram

Brittany’s workouts are a combination of strength training and high intensity interval training. “If you are a beginner, HIIT with BRITT it is an excellent starting point. This is a full body workout guide that focuses on toning. There are 25 workouts included and the guide can be done at home or in the gym. You will need minimal equipment, such as dumbbells, resistance bands (short & long), and ankle weights. Set some goals and go crush it!” she says on her website.

5. Consistency Is Key

“Consistency is key. Don’t let anything get in your way! Don’t make excuses and don’t feel sorry for yourself! Go out and crush your goals without caring what anyone else thinks,” she says on the Brittany Lynne Fitness website.

Pump Rules star Brittany Cartwright is focusing on the future—and her fitness. Cartwright, 35, lost 45 pounds after welcoming son Cruz in 2021, and shows no signs of slowing down. The reality star shared a picture of herself wearing brown pants and a matching shirt, taking a selfie at the gym. “Getting focused,” reads the text over her picture. Cartwright recently announced her separation from husband Jax Taylor—here’s how she’s taking care of her health, wellness, and happiness.

1. Portion Control

Cartwright used Jenny Craig to lose weight after having her baby and is now an official ambassador for the brand. “The first time around with Jenny Craig I lost 45 pounds because I just had my baby Cruz,” she told DailyMail.com. “I want to maintain my weight so I can stay healthy for my kid. Chasing around a toddler takes energy! I love my body and I feel great where I’m at. I've learned portion control and intermittent fasting which is so helpful. I love this program, it really works for me as they teach you a lot about how to eat.”

2. Intermittent Fasting

Concept,Of,Intermittent,Fasting,And,Ketogenic,Diet,,Weight,Loss.,ForkShutterstock

Cartwright says intermittent fasting helped curb her snacking habit. "Intermittent fasting has been a huge help as well, snacking has always been an issue for me so I try my hardest to stop at a certain point,” she told DailyMail.com. “I will not lie I would love to lose five or 10 more pounds but my big priorities just to be fair I want to feel good about myself.”

3. Postpartum Journey

Cartwright wants to encourage other women not to focus on “bouncing back” after having a baby. “I was trolled horribly on social media and it really affected me,” she told Extra. “[I want to] help other women realize it's okay to take your time. Every single woman is not gonna bounce right back after they have a baby, and I think there's just too much pressure. I felt it big-time."

4. Never Read the Comments

Connected,Anywhere,At,Any,Time.,Top,View,Cropped,Shot,OfShutterstock

Cartwright avoids reading any comments about herself online. “I’m such a people-pleaser, and I try to be positive 24/7,” she told TODAY. “People will just say something that is completely not true and say it like it’s the truth. And then people believe it. That is one of the most difficult things to deal with sometimes, whenever people believe things that are not true or not like your personality at all.”

5. Running and Power Walking

Brittany.CartwrightBrittany Cartwright/Instagram

Cartwright works out four to five times a week. “I’m a runner and I use weights and I love interval training, it’s really good for me,” she told DailyMail.com. “'I often do power walking and sprinting back-and-forth - running is good for my mental health and it’s so nice to get outside and go for a walk. If I don’t work out, I just feel sluggish.”

Britt Baker is a successful wrestler. She is currently signed to AEW, and was the first woman to sign with them. Baker was previously with WWE Raw. Baker is an AEW Women’s Champion. She is also a licensed dentist. Baker shared a new photo on Instagram of herself in olive green workout clothes. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Britt Baker stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Works Out At Night

Baker shares her workout secrets with Muscle and Fitness. She says that she makes sure to get workouts in. Even if she’s doing so late at night. “I’m, admittedly, a very late-night workout girl,” shares Baker. “I’m at the gym, usually at 10pm, finishing up around 11.30pm or midnight. That’s just how it works for me now because that’s the only time I can fit in. When I’m home, in a typical day, I wake up, go to the dental office and I’m there sometimes until 7pm, come home, eat really quick, say hello to my boyfriend (who just happens to be fellow AEW superstar; Adam Cole then I go to the gym.”

2. She Does Pilates

Baker is a big fan of Pilates. “I’m really big on Pilates too,” she said to Muscle and Fitness. “It’s something I have got way better at in the last year or so. I actually work with a stretch therapist twice a week just to help with my flexibility because I’ve had my fair share of injuries. I think one thing that is really important for your body is mobility.”

3. She Believes In Moderation

Delicious,Chocolate,Cake,On,Plate,On,Table,On,Light,BackgroundShutterstock

Baker shared her diet in her Muscle and Fitness interview. She says that she believes in moderation. “If there’s a piece of cake in front of me, or sweets, I will definitely eat those sweets. I’m not going to torture myself with food because I don’t think food should be used as punishment or reward. If I want to eat something I will, but at the same time, I like to stay healthy, I like the healthy foods.”

4. She Works Her Entire Body

When it comes to fitness, Baker likes to focus on one body part at a time. “At least four days a week, I’m in the gym, picking a body part, whether it’s legs or glutes or arms, shoulders,” she explained to Muscle and Fitness. “That’s pretty standard. We don’t need to reinvent the wheel. I’m a big, big advocate on incline walking for my cardio. I broke my leg, I have bad knees, so running just does not work for me anymore, so I definitely love the incline walking and the stair master and, again, any type of HIIT fitness class, like F45.”

5. She Went For Her Goals

Baker talked about balancing her wrestling career with dental school with UpRoxx. She says that she wanted to go after her dreams. “It was such a hard time to balance the two of them that I think, deep down, in my gut, if I didn’t think that I had what it takes to be successful with both of them, I wouldn’t have pursued them both. So in a way I think I knew I could do it the whole time. But of course you doubt yourself, of course you hope and pray that you’re going to get to wrestle on TV, or get to the end of dental school and get the DMD after your name. So there are kind of multi-answers to that question.

Ana Zelu is a professional model and social media influencer. She is known for her content in nature. Zelu recently shared a post on Instagram of herself on a surfboard in the ocean. She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”

Strong glutes and hamstrings contribute to hip and knee stability, minimizing injury risks in sports and daily life.”

Viciconte is seen using a stationary bike in the previous Instagram video. Doing this can help strengthen your muscles. Penn State PRO Wellness explained, “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedaling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes. If you use a bicycle with handles, you’ll also be able to work your upper body muscles, including your biceps, triceps, and shoulders.”

She Runs

Viciconte shared this Instagram video of herself working out. In it, she is seen doing running exercises. Viciconte captioned it, “When we exercise, our body releases endorphin, a natural substance produced by the brain during and after physical activity. The release of endorphin, also known as the 'joy hormone', helps you relax, reduces stress, anxiety and improves your mood. I always say that it's never too late to start moving, so you know that tomorrow you have no excuse 💪🏻”
