1. She’s All About Self-Love
For Cabello, self-love isn’t just a way to help her mental health, it actually helps her with her exercise and diet. She tells Glamour, “It’s this weird psychology: The more I love my body, the more I actually want to take care of it…. As long as I’m healthy and working out and feel good, that’s the best I can do. There’s no point in trying to have another kind of body.”

In Cabello’s Glamour interview, she revealed that she works with famous celebrity trainer, Jenna Willis. Cabello credits Willis not just with helping her stay active, but helping her get in a better mindset.

Cabello says that she has struggled with her mental health and criticism on social media. However, she says that going to therapy has helped her deal with this. “When stuff that’s negative is out there, it’s going to get to you,” she says to Glamour. “I feel like it’s another thing therapy has been really helpful for.”
