In an interview with Gwyneth Paltrow on her Goop podcast, Delevigne opens up about her confidence and how she broke free from society’s expectations of her. “You’re put in a box or told to be a certain way,” Delevingne says. “And I hated it because it wasn’t a shape that I fit into.”
She Tries To Do Some Movements Each Day

Cara has been a little quiet about her fitness routine, however, she did recently open up about it to Women’s Health. She says that while she doesn’t have a planned workout routine, she does try to get moving each day. “My workout routine isn’t something that’s fixed,” she says. “I try to listen to my body and do at least 10 minutes of movement a day.”
She Practices Yoga

Cara says to Women’s Health that she loves to practice yoga. However, she says that she doesn’t do it for exercise, but to help her relax. “For me, yoga is really about breathwork and meditation,” she says. “It’s not an exercise, it’s a practice.”
She Mixes Up Her Workouts

Cara says to Women’s Health that she likes to switch up her workouts so that she doesn’t get bored. “It’s hard to motivate yourself to work out when it’s the same activity every day, so I can’t stand going to the gym,” she says.
She Educates Herself About Causes

Cara is open about being an activist, and has spoken about several social issues and causes. She tells Women’s Health that she’s currently learning more about the environment and sustainability, and she also encourages people to educate themselves about issues. “As soon as you educate yourself and start learning, it’s impossible to deny. I’m not better than anyone, I’m just lucky enough to be in situations where people have educated me.”
