1. Natalie Portman
Natalie Portman worked hard to get into shape for her role as Lady Thor in Thor: Love and Thunder. Her trainer, Naomi Pendergast, shared some of the arm workouts she did with Shape. Natalie's routine included a warmup with resistance bands and five supersets. One superset she performed featured dumbbell single-arm rows and dumbbell overhead raises.

2. Carrie Underwood
Aside from being pure fire, Carrie Underwood is also known for her toned arms, and she shows them off well on the red carpet and beyond. Her trainer, Eve Overland, told Women's Health that the singer does exercises like dumbbell bicep curls, hammer curls, and bent-over rows.
"Carrie is always up for a challenge," Eve said. "She loves to push her body. She continues to grow by trying new things and practices until it is mastered. She is a machine."
3. Jennifer Lopez
If you want to see a totally fit body, it's Jennifer Lopez's. Literally every part of her is toned, including her arms. The superstar incorporates weights in many of her workouts to maintain and build lean muscle. Jennifer is seen completing a set of shoulder presses with a weight in this Instagram video, which was posted by trainer Tracy Anderson.

4. Jessica Alba
Instagram is a great source to see Jessica Alba's favorite workouts. In this post, for instance, the actress shared some of the exercises she does to maintain her defined arms. Jessica is seen doing step-ups onto a workout bench with one-arm shoulder presses, along with tricep kickbacks while in an incline plank position.

5. Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi
Jersey Shore icon, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, was diligent when it came to sculpting and toning her arms following pregnancy. In 2014, after having her daughter, she used TRX straps to get her arms into top shape.
In this video she posted on Instagram, the reality TV star is seen performing TRX squats and rows. Snooki captioned the post, "Trying to build up my arm strength back!!!!"

6. Sheryl Crow
One of Sheryl Crow's go-to arm workouts? Her impressive guitar playing.
The "All I Wanna Do" singer told Parade, "Playing guitar keeps my arms toned. Especially when you consider you're holding your arms up for two hours a night and carrying your equipment."
Sheryl also pointed out that she loves using a rowing machine, which provides an incredible arm workout "I have a rowing machine, and I knock out 20-45 minutes first thing in the morning. I enjoy burning through some of the mental steam that builds up, and I think exercise is really good for that."

Jessica Biel is a big fan of practicing yoga, which is a solid workout for your entire body—arms included. The A-lister shared what she loves about yoga to Shape, as reported by Us Weekly.
