1

She Picks Herself Up

Crosby doesn't like to feel down for too long. She shared how she manages her feelings with heatworld. "I literally allow myself to be sad for 30 minutes and then I tell myself to get a f*cking grip and stop being such a moron. Lately, I was upset by something that happened and had a little bit of a cry. Then I thought, 'I've got an amazing life and amazing family amazing friends… I'm about to go on tour next month. Like, what more could I ask for from life?' Pull yourself together. There are people out there who are literally like struggling to pay the bills to have a roof over their head."

She Goes At Her Own Pace

Crosby is open about her fitness journey. She shared her biggest piece of fitness advice in an interview with Express. "My advice would be don't be scared, don't be overwhelmed by it all. It's all about taking everything at your own pace. You don't need to go and do an hour workout with a load of people who are pushing you really hard. That's not what fitness is all about.

She Stays Hydrated

Crosby makes sure to stay hydrated. When sharing her wellness secrets with Now To Love, she says that drinking a lot of water each day is important. "Drink plenty of water. I try to drink three litres per day. The main cause of a hangover is dehydration, so if you keep flushing your system out, you don't feel as hungover, which means you won't have cravings!"

2

She Does A Variety Of Workouts

When it comes to her fitness, Crosby is all about variety. She tells Express, "Every day I do something different. Variation is key because sticking to the same thing over and over again gets boring and you get sick [of it]."

5

She Works Out Every Day

Crosby tells Express that she makes sure to do some type of physical activity each day. "I don't class things as a workout anymore. I just see myself moving more, so I move every single day of the week, so there's not a day when I'll just lie on the settee all day and watch TV. Every single day I'll be moving, so days when I haven't done an intense workout as such I'll always do a 45 to an hour walk and that's still just as good exercise as anything else."
