DaniLeigh is working out in her exercise gear. In a new social media post the singer shows off her incredible figure during a few workout sessions that consisted of strength training and boxing, modeling a variety of exercise sets. “B o d y I s T e a,” she captioned the Instagram video. “Yassssss 🔥🔥🔥🔥,” one of her followers commented. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
1. Coffee
DaniLeigh starts her day with coffee, she told Women’s Health in a video interview. Her Starbucks order? “A brown sugar, shaken oat milk espresso with caramel drizzle,” she says. “So I start my days off with coffee. I always drink me like a coffee with some oat milk and just to get me in the mode and you know, ready for the day.” According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
2. Here Is What She Eats in a Day

DaniLeigh starts her day with eggs, “maybe some like boiled eggs or like regular cheese eggs.” If she is trying to slim down she makes a smoothie as well, with fruits, oatmeal, and green powder. “I really try to stay clean. I'll make some eggs, a smoothie.” For lunch she might have salmon with salad, then for dinner, mashed potatoes with some asparagus and a protein.
3. Hydration
DaniLeigh prioritizes hydration. “Water is like the biggest thing to keep your skin clear, to keep your body hydrated,” she says, “because when you're dehydrated, your skin gets dry. I drink water every day, all day.” According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
4. Exercise 3 to 4 Times a Week
“My schedule is sometimes all over the place, but I'll definitely find time to work out because that's very important to me. And to keep your body healthy, I feel like working out is super important. So I would say I work out maybe three, four times a week,” she says.
5. Pilates, Boxing, Strength Training
She will either take a Pilates class or go to Rumble Boxing, a “big like fun thing to me,” she says. She also does strength training with a personal trainer and dances. “I feel like dancing is a big part of my workout regimen. Either it's rehearsal for videos or just, you know, dancing at home, it's definitely part of my workout situation.”
