Dua Lipa Shows Off Her Insane Flexibility in Yoga Class

Grammy Award winner Dua Lipa is a globally popular singer, talented songwriter, and model. She's drop-dead gorgeous, and apparently, incredibly flexible, according to a recent pre-show yoga session she documented on Instagram.

The 29-year-old celeb is currently on her Radical Optimism tour. She's super proud of where the album has placed her, telling Billboard, "I love that album and I'm having the time of my life performing it live, and I've been able to do things that I thought I could only dream of this year, so I'm really grateful."

In order to keep herself in top shape, the model/performer works out while on the road. Here are just some of the fitness habits Dua Lipa swears by.

She Does Yoga

As you can see from her recent Instagram carousel, Dua enjoys practicing yoga to stay fit. In fact, she's incredibly flexible. She captioned her post, "Show prep," and is seen doing impressive yoga exercises in coordinating workout attire.

Not only can yoga be an invigorating workout, but it's also a beneficial practice for your mental wellness.

She Works Out in the Morning

Dua has a busy schedule, but she makes sure to include exercise in her regular routine. She specifically favors morning workouts. Eight-thirty a.m. is typically when the singer works out, she revealed in an interview with Refinery29.

"Whether it's on Zoom, doing a workout with my friend Ella in L.A. who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I'm feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated, getting physical really starts my day off right," she told the outlet. "I also love to do yoga, Pilates, or strength training. I like to leave my cardio workout to dancing."

She Does HIIT

Another form of exercise Dua swears by? High-intensity interval training (HIIT).

She told The New Zealand Herald, "I love doing something that's really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day. If I've got a really early call time I don't want to be waking up hours before I need to, to go and do a workout. So a high-intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I'm on my way."

She Eats Healthy Foods

Dua also consumes a healthy diet.

"I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can," she told the outlet. "I'm never one to stop myself having naughty treats, but I try and limit it to days when I'm not as busy, because if I do eat a doughnut it usually puts me in a food coma!"

She Boxes

As if her workout routine wasn't impressive enough, Dua enjoys putting on her boxing gloves, too.

"I like that it's definitely a full body workout," she told The NZ Herald. "Since starting boxing I've probably been in the best shape ever. It's also a great stress reliever."
