She Does Burpees

Skye is seen doing burpees in her Instagram post. A Healthier Michigan states that this exercise has a lot of benefits. “A burpee is an easy exercise and can be done in almost any location because it involves no workout equipment and only requires a small amount of space. Burpees workout your entire body and are great for building strength and burning calories.”

She Does Squats

Emily Skye does pop squats.

Skye is also seen doing squats in her Instagram post. Doing squats can have a lot of health benefits. The Cleveland Clinic reports, “Engaging large muscle groups helps burn calories both during and after exercise. One study found that squats burn about 35 calories per minute, aiding in weight management and fat loss.”

She Does Lunges

Emily Skye is seen doing a variation of a lunge.

Emily Skye/Instagram

Skye is also seen doing lunges with weights in her Instagram post. ACE Fitness states that lunges have a lot of benefits. “Lunges work the biggest muscles in your lower body — mainly the quadriceps, gluteus maximus, and the adductor magnus (the muscle in your inner thigh). Other muscles that come into play are the hamstrings, gluteus medius, calves, and core stabilizers, says Susane Pata, content strategist for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and NASM-certified personal trainer based in Miami.”

She Runs

Emily Skye runs in place.

Emily Skye/Instagram

Skye is seen jogging in place and doing foot fires in her Instagram post. Running exercises can have a lot of benefits. FloTrack reports, “Running and jogging is an aerobic exercise, and you’re working out both your heart and lungs while doing so. This will also lead to a lower resting heart rate, lower bad cholesterol in your blood and lower blood pressure. You don’t need to run an obscene amount of miles every day to get these benefits, either. Those who just run a couple of minutes a day decrease their risk of cardiovascular death by 58 percent. If you have a hard time running, you can still give your heart a workout by jogging or walking.”

She Does Core Workouts

Emily Skye works her core with hell touched.

Emily Skye/Instagram

Skye has an impressive core, and she shared some of her favorite ab exercises in her Instagram post. In it, Skye is seen doing heel touches and mountain climbers. The Mayo Clinic reports that core exercises are extremely important. “Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.”

Lauralee Bell is sharing gratitude in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Young and the Restless star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing with her family. “Thank you family (and friends who are family) Spending time together is my favorite thing! 🏝️❤️All parents understand when kids go off to college and/or start having their own lives we wait for these moments to be together,” she captioned the Instagram video. How has the star, 54, approached health and wellness over the years? Celebwell rounded up her top health habits.

1. These Are the Two Secrets to Her Longevity

Balanced,Diet,-,Healthy,Food,On,Wooden,TableShutterstock

At 54, Bell maintains that two things are responsible for her longevity. “I have to just really eat well and lift weights and try to last,” she told Deadline.

2. Exercise Changes Her Face

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,17:,Lauralee,Bell,At,The,50thShutterstock

In an interview with the Los Angeles Times many years ago, Bell explained that exercise changed her face. “It sounds so strange but after working out, an awful lot changed. I lost baby fat. My face changed. My hairdresser asked if I had my eyes enlarged because suddenly they were so big on camera. I just changed,” she said.

3. Exercise Also Boosts Her Mind

Los,Angeles,-,Apr,29:,Lauralee,Bell,At,The,45thShutterstock

“It’s amazing. When you strengthen your body, you strengthen your mind. I became more independent. I became stronger, more vocal in terms of my beliefs,” she added about the mental benefits of breaking a sweat.

4. She Exercises a Few Times a Week

Shot,Of,A,Muscular,Young,Woman,In,Sportswear,Working,OutShutterstock

Bell said that she works out three times a week. “I eat differently now so I don’t have to work out as much. I get there 20 minutes before my trainer to walk the treadmill. And then I lift weights. I leg press a lot, close to 200 pounds. And I do barbells anywhere from 5 to 25 pounds. One day we’ll do shoulders and legs and then the next day we’ll do arms and butt. When I’m watching TV I’ll crank out 100 or 200 sit-ups during commercial breaks,” she added.

5. She Walks

Los,Angeles,-,Jun,23:,Lauralee,Bell,At,The,YoungShutterstock

She also walks on the treadmill and outside. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

6. She Eats Healthy

Bell detailed her diet to the Los Angeles Times. “At home I’ll have Shredded Wheat or Grape Nuts for breakfast--that to me is the biggest treat--and nonfat milk. Orange juice and coffee. If I’m [on the set] it’s very easy to order egg whites or granola or oatmeal,” she said. “Then for lunch I’ll bring turkey hot dogs and spinach and brown rice vegetable patties, which I heat up in the microwave, and a salad or vegetable. And I drink a lot of diet Coke. Dinner, I eat a lot of fish--like this weekend I had swordfish--and a lot of meat and chicken and vegetables. I just won’t have the potato or bread. I really like red and white wine. And every once in a while I have to do something like pizza or Doritos or Oreos. And I eat a lot of licorice.”

Czech model Paulina Porizkova is one of the most famous models in the world. She’s appeared in campaigns for Estee Lauder and on the cover of Sports Illustrated. Even in her 50s, Porizkova is still looking incredible. The model posted a photo on Instagram of her laying in bed naked, looking stunning, captioning the pic with an ode to mattresses. (When someone criticized it, she clapped back with "Us middle-aged women need to announce ourselves.") Read on to see 5 ways Paulina Porizkova stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Practices Intermittent Fasting

Porizkova, like many other celebrities, is a fan of intermittent fasting, which means going a period of the day without food. Porizkova said on her Instagram, "I do the 16:8 diet, which just means basically that you don't eat for 16 hours and then you eat for eight. I generally take it as I eat whatever I want for eight hours because I like food, but I also kind of tend to like more healthy food." Porizkova says that this diet is easy for her to follow. "I did get hungry at first when I first started doing this diet. I'd kind of obsess about food, but then it sort of evens out. Now, I don't even think about it. In fact, I'm not at all hungry until 16 hours later when I do get hungry."

2. She Loves Vegan Smoothies

Porizkova said on Instagram that she likes to break her fasts with a smoothie. She revealed that she loves vegan smoothies, specifically from Splendid Spoon. “They have all different flavors, this specific one is blackberry basil,” she says. “They also have these soups or noodles or rice, too—they have a whole bunch of stuff. It’s all vegan, it’s really good for you. It’s very healthy and I do this so I can go out to dinner and have whatever I want.”

3. She Does A Lot of Different Exercises

Porizkova admits to Elle that she didn’t really start exercising until she was 40. “I never did anything before that. Just cigarettes and poor nutrition. I could eat whatever I wanted because I smoked.” Porizkova says participating in Dancing with the Stars inspired her to exercise, and that she does a lot of different types of exercises. She says, “I still dance. I've done boxing. I've done rowing. You name it, I've done it. Except for running. I don't like running. It doesn't feel good to me. It feels bad on my knees. I'd rather do Zumba. And Bollywood dancing is a great way to get the aerobic part done. I do some really hard rowing classes. It's become something that's like brushing my teeth. It's something I have to do.”

4. She Works Out To Help Her Mental Health

Porizkova admitted to Elle that she’s struggled with her mental health in the past, and that working out has helped her with this. She says, “I started exercising to help with my panic attacks and to get off antidepressants. I found out if I worked out everyday my anxiety was kept a lot at bay. And I felt better. So how great is that?”

5. She Embraces Aging

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Celebrates 2019 Issue Launch At Myn-TuJohn Parra/Getty Images

Porizkova says that she doesn’t mind getting older, and has embraced it. She posted a bikini photo on Instagram and captioned it, “Combat age. Reverse aging. Rejuvenate. Anti age. None of this is possible. Yet, if you do an internet search on aging, this is what you‘ll get. Pills, potions and workouts to fight the aging process. You know what the only way to stop aging? Dying.” Porizkova continued, “I do not want to fight myself everyday for the rest of my life. But I do want to make the best of what I was given. And I want to shine a bright light in the dark corners of the shame that is heaped on women for daring to age.”

How does the Aussie manage to look decades younger? Read on to see 13 ways Elle Macpherson stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Has An Inside-Out Approach to Health

FileElle Macpherson/Instagram

In a recent interview with Vogue, Elle revealed that she approaches health from the inside out. “My beauty routine, which is really a wellness routine disguised as a beauty routine, because I truly believe that when you're well within, it shows on your skin,” she said. In the morning she takes a “little swig” of an ION Biome, which she claims is important because “it supports your gut,” prepping it for other vitamins and supplements.

2. Hot Water and Lemon Is Her Morning Elixir

Lemon,WaterShutterstock

“The first thing I have is hot water and lemon when I wake up, then my Super Elixir greens and a matcha tea. Sometimes I have cap-full of apple cider vinegar in water if I’m feeling like I’m inflamed,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.

3. She Drinks a Lot of Water

Elle also prioritizes hydration. “I drink three litres of water a day,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.

4. She Uses a Crystal Water Bottle

Elle uses a special water bottle for her H2O, which supposedly infuses positive energy into it. “I'm gonna fill up my bottle with some water,” she explained in her Vogue video. “I use a crystal bottle.” The concept behind the expensive water bottles is that positive energy is infused into them.

5. She Practices Lymphatic Drainage

In goop Health Summit New York 2019Bryan Bedder/Getty Images

“So for me, circulation is key,” Elle revealed to Vogue. “Lymphatic drainage is really, really important. You've got to move those toxins out of your body, it will show on your skin, it will show in the way you feel,” she says. One way she does it? With a dry body brush.

6. She Prioritizes Wellness

“I believe in maintenance, I’m not a big binge and purge person,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I think it’s really important to maintain wellness year-round. Not because it looks good but it actually feels good – which is really important when you’re running a business and you’ve got kids and a full life. It’s easy – I just make good choices and I enjoy the choices that I make.”

7. Her Diet Is Alkaline and Plant-Based

Food,Sources,Of,Plant,Based,Protein.,Healthy,Diet,With,Legumes,Shutterstock

“I really enjoy a plant-based diet, I love vegetables,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “If I’m really in my groove, I love a raw, plant-based diet,” she added to New Beauty. “That’s how I feel best. I eat grains, nuts, seeds, beans, vegetables, almond milk, hemp milk, chia seeds. I make my own granola in a dehydrator. Avocado, salads, juicing—you know, beautiful, whole, natural foods. As far as animal products are concerned, I’ll have a poached egg every now and then, some Parmesan cheese and goat cheese, but they’re not staples of my diet.”

8. She Gives Up Wheat and Sugar for Summer

2019 American Australian Arts AwardsNoam Galai/Getty Images

Elle makes dietary sacrifices right before swimsuit season. “Coming up for summer what I try to cut out is wheat and sugar. If you love bread and butter, that would be what I’d give up for the summer. For me it’s a ‘fine tune’ more than anything else,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.

9. She Curbed Her Craving for Sugar with Supplements

Elle claims that taking Super Elixir green supplements keeps her sugar cravings away. “Since I’ve been taking the Super Elixir I don’t crave sugar anymore and so when I have cheap sugar now I just don’t like the taste,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “Sugar is addictive but breaking that addiction only takes about three days. Do a week of taking the Super Elixir greens and then try to give up sugar, it’s usually pretty successful.”

10. Take a Hot Shower or Steam Nightly

Another way Elle practices lymphatic drainage is via steam or a hot shower. “I have a steam most nights, and while I'm in the steam, while my body is sweating, I'll put oil on it and then I'll use the body Gua Sha, the same way as I use the lymphatic drainage brush,” she told Vogue.

11. As You Age, Change Your Routine

Melbourne Cup Carnival 2018Getty Images

Elle emphasizes the importance of evolving your routine as you age. “When I turned 50, I started to notice some new changes in my body. I was sugar addicted, sleep deprived, adrenally stressed, and it showed, you know, it showed on my skin, it showed in my body, and I was doing the same things I've been doing since I was 20, and they just weren't working anymore,” she told Vogue. “I changed my lifestyle and within a few months, people started to say to me, God, you look amazing, and what are you doing, and I realized there were so many women that must've been struggling like I was and I wanted to share it with other people, so that is the birth of WelleCo.”

12. Gain Weight As You Age

2017 DreamBall To Benefit Look Good Feel BetterGetty Images

“I like to be a little bit more rosy and round, because I think at my age, it's just you know, it's more appealing to look less gaunt, so I've noticed that I've put on weight as I've gotten older and that old adage,” she explained. “You have to choose between your a** and your face is kind of true [laughs] because if I'm too thin, it really shows in my face, so I keep it round and rosy and fresh.”

13. She Enjoys Outdoor Fitness

Elle isn’t a big fan of formal exercise. “I do sports like water skiing, running, cycling, swimming laps, snow skiing if it’s winter, walking the dogs – I just love to be outdoors,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “If I’m lucky enough to be by the sea, I think walking in seawater is one of the best things I can do for my body. It tones the legs and the waist, it’s great for minerals, and if you have any water retention, it’s a great diuretic. I walk in about thigh-deep or knee-deep water for 40 minutes to an hour,” she added to New Beauty.

Eva Longoria is showing off her forever young figure in a swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts the actress and director shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit, posing on the beach with her pals. “Beach day,” she captioned the Instagram Stories photo. How does the actress manage to look as good at 48 as she did at 28? In a recent interview, she revealed all of her secrets to longevity.

1. She Takes “Advantage” of Anti-Aging “Tecnology”

Los,Angeles,,Ca.,June,09,,2023:,Eva,Longoria,At,TheShutterstock

In a recent interview with Reader’s Digest’s The Healthy, Eva was asked about the secret to her longevity. “Nobody is going to beat aging. I’m not doing any anti-aging things. But as you go along life, the technology has been so amazing in the last decade in regards to skincare, and healthcare, and just taking care of your bodies, that why not take advantage of that technology? A lot of women want to feel good in their skin. And so what happened with me was I had Santi, and I gave myself a lot of time to be grateful to my body for producing a human being. So I wasn’t rushing to get back to the way I was before, or How fast is she going to bounce back? and all that. So he was almost a year old by the time I go, ‘OK, let me get back into my workout routine.’ And then it was years later after I was working out regularly eating well, sleeping well, doing everything right, that I finally go, ‘Oh, I still have this saggy skin that I want to tighten up. How do you do that?’ And I was talking to a mommy friend of mine and she was like, ‘Oh honey, you should do Morpheus8.’ And I was like, ‘What? What is that?’ And she said, ‘Oh, it’s this radio frequency that tightens the stomach, or face, or arms, or whatever, and it tightens the skin, and it tells your stomach to wake up and start making collagen again.’ And I was like, ‘Oh wow.’”

2. She Works Out Almost Every Day for Her “Mental Health”

Eva maintains that exercise is not just for her physical health. “I work out five, six times a week, but my workouts are my mental health hour. I really need that energy and endorphins in the morning to really function throughout the day. So I love that it obviously has great side effects of being in shape, but for me it really clears my mind and I’m a better mom, and I’m a better businesswoman, and I’m a better wife because I get those endorphins first thing in the morning,” she told The Healthy.

3. She Loves Her Trampoline Workouts

“So I started coming out of postpartum with bouncing. I love my trampoline workouts because it’s high-intensity but low-impact, and I don’t have the best knees. And I was like, “I can’t run anymore. What could I do that gets that sweat but isn’t so impactful on my body?” Bouncing on the trampoline was amazing. And it’s also great for your mind. It’s a lot of mental gymnastics as well with sequencing, and memorization, and it’s like a dance routine, and so it’s creative. I mean, it was really servicing everything I was looking for at the time,” she told The Healthy.

4. She Also Lifts Weights

Eva-Longoria-4Eva Longoria/Instagram

Eva uses weight training as a “supplement” to her jumping. “I do a lot of weight training with my trainer,” she said.

5. She Meditates

Eva-Longoria-5Eva Longoria/Instagram

Eva maintains that “meditating” is another crucial health habit. “It’s just lifesaving, and I only do it five minutes a day. It’s not like I do an hour of meditation. No, sometimes I do it two minutes … but I do it,” she told The Healthy. “It grounds you in your day. I do all these guided meditations.”

She captioned the post, “My top tips for glowing skin.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Emily Rose Lansley stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Stays Hydrated

Water,Is,PouredShutterstock

In her Instagram post, Lansley revealed that she makes sure to stay hydrated in order to keep her skin healthy. “Stay hydrated. Add electrolytes to your water. Hydration is vital for improved skin health. My favourites are @ancientandbrave and @rejuvenateduk.” Harvard Health states, “Drinking enough water each day is crucial for many reasons: to regulate body temperature, keep joints lubricated, prevent infections, deliver nutrients to cells, and keep organs functioning properly. Being well-hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood.”

2. She Works Out Regularly

In her Instagram post, Lansley revealed that she works out on a regular basis. “Daily movement. Get your lymphatic system moving! I am officially addicted to @tenhealthfitness.” The Mayo Clinic states, “Regular trips to the gym are great, but don't worry if you can't find a large chunk of time to exercise every day. Any amount of activity is better than none. To gain the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day. For example, take the stairs instead of the elevator or rev up your household chores. Consistency is key.”

3. She Eats Fruit

EmilyRoseLansleyEmily Rose Lansley/Instagram

Lansley shares some of her favorite foods in an Instagram story highlight, “Skin food.” In a lot of the photos, she’s seen eating fruit. Harvard Health reports, “A diet rich in vegetables and fruits can lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, prevent some types of cancer, lower risk of eye and digestive problems, and have a positive effect upon blood sugar, which can help keep appetite in check. Eating non-starchy vegetables and fruits like apples, pears, and green leafy vegetables may even promote weight loss. Their low glycemic loads prevent blood sugar spikes that can increase hunger.”

4. She Uses Eye Masks

Eye masks. Reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and other premature signs of aging. I keep mine in the fridge and like to use first thing in the morning to reduce puffiness but they’re also a great way to help you unwind and relax in the evening!

5. She Uses A Sauna

Lansley spends a lot of time in saunas, and they help with her skin. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post, “I have been in the sauna everyday the past few days and I have slept like a baby every night and my skin is glowing. Beauty Tip: Sauna + A cold shower + invigorating body scrub, = silky, glowing skin.” The Mayo Clinic states that saunas have other benefits. “Emerging evidence suggests that beyond its use for pleasure, sauna bathing may be linked to several health benefits, which include reduction in the risk of vascular diseases such as high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, and neurocognitive diseases; nonvascular conditions such as pulmonary diseases; mortality; as well as amelioration of conditions such as arthritis, headache, and flu.”

Emily Elizabeth is heating up Hawaii – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the model and influencer shows off her amazing figure in a two-piece while on the beaches of the tropical paradise. “Hawaii >> 🌺🌈,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Simply Beautiful ❤️🏖❤,” commented one of her followers. “🔥😍perfect,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Hydration

Emily prioritizes hydration. Not only does she drink water, but also electrolyte enhanced fruit. “Fresh coconut,” she captioned a photo from Bora Bora. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Coffee

Emily enjoys the perks of caffeine. Here she is drinking a cup of coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Snowboarding

While you can usually find Emily in the tropics, sometimes she heads over to the mountains for winter sports. In one of her photos she goes snowboarding. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. “Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles,” they say. “Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer.”

Snorkeling

While on vacation Emily throws on a mask and fin and goes snorkeling. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Walking

She also takes her dog for walks. Here she is strolling in Central Park with her pooch.

Emma McQuaid is prepping for her CrossFit competition – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the athlete flaunts her amazing figure in a two-piece exercise set while training. “8 weeks to my first Hyrox Sim 🏃♀️Looking forward to upping my run volume over the next 2 months to see how I can fair out before entering my first proper race later in the year. It’s no secret I don’t really enjoy running, I never have but I’m excited to see if I can turn that around this year,” she captioned the Instagram photos. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Is Consistent

If you want to improve your Olympics lifts, Emma suggests maintaining consistency. “Be consistent in your training, it’s vital you continually train all the lifts, not just the ones you like. I used to hate the full snatch and always power snatched everything. Recently though its become the opposite, I love full snatch and need to focus again on my power snatch. Always attack your weaknesses,” she told Boxrox.

Focus on Mobility

When it comes to improving gymnastic skills, Emma says to focus on mobility. “Sometimes is not just learning the skill, it’s having the mobility to be able to do it. I have struggled with handstand walks for over a year now and have practised more than people realise, but recently found out it’s my thoracic and shoulder mobility holding me back. So I have worked on my mobility and I’ve already seen improvements in my handstand walks. I’d also say people need to work the basics more, develop a strong foundation to build the high level movements on,” Emma told Boxrox.

Hydration

Drinking enough water and getting rest is an important component of health. “Eat healthy, drink plenty of water and sleep well is a good recipe for success,” she told Coach Web. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Meal Prep

While Emma doesn’t meal prep, she has her food prepared for her. “All my food is supplied from a local company called Fuel Farm. I usually eat 4-5 times a day. Just depends what my training volume is like that day, I also live on Battle Oats bars between sessions, a great snack that keeps me going and doesn’t fill me up,” she says.

Balanced Diet

Emma maintains a balanced diet. “I personally think a lot of athletes in CrossFit under eat. Avoiding carbs or limiting them isn’t a good idea when you train at high intensity. I eat some junk everyday because I find it helps my performance, a 6 pack isn’t going to help me win so it doesn’t bother me, fuelling my body and maintaining the intensity in training is what will help me win. I’ve focused on timing my intake of sugar and it’s only made me better,” she told Boxrox.

Krissy Cela is a fitness trainer on the Evolve You app and influencer. Recently, she has been documenting her process of losing pregnancy weight on Instagram. In a recent post, Cela revealed that she had been consistently weight training. She captioned it, “8 weeks of lifting, not depriving, recovering and sticking to an actual PLAN! Not doing random workouts. All my programs are on the @evolveyou app. I'm currently on the strong program and absolutely loving it! But there are home workouts too. Use code KRISSY for money off! (own brand).”

She Strength Trains

Cela strength trains to keep herself in shape. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She’s Consistent

Cela revealed in the caption of her Instagram post that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness. “So yeah… just keep lifting some heavy iron, don’t really listen to people who tell you not to unless you have an injury of some sort. Eat your fats, carbs and protein and get your steps in. Keep it simple and remember a cute gym set will make you lift heavier 😂Proud of myself because it really wasn’t easy showing up daily ngl.”

She Accepts Herself

Cela talked about her journey to accept herself in the caption of this Instagram post. “When I was growing up, all I ever wanted was to be pretty. I hated the way I looked and felt out of place, especially as the only girl in school with upper lip hair and a foreign background. I resented that my Albanian parents imposed cultural norms that limited what I could wear and how I could express myself. Now, in my 30s, I’ve learned to embrace my roots while also appreciating the many unique qualities I bring to the table that go beyond mere appearances. I didn’t realize how much being creative, strong, and loving would mean to me. I didn’t understand the true value of these qualities until now.”
