Emma Marrone Shares Swimsuit Photo Saying "C'est Moi Fifí"

Here is how the Italian singer stays fit and happy.

Emma Marrone is keeping things hot this summer in her swimsuit. In some of her latest social media posts, the Italian singer shows off her forever-young figure in a black bathing suit, frolicking by the ocean. "It's me Fifí," the 39-year-old captioned one of the posts. How does the chart-topper stay healthy and happy? Here are a few of her go-to habits.

She Drinks Red Wine

When it's time to have a little fun and unwind, red wine is Emma's drink-of-choice. "Let's start with red wine," she captioned a post. "Later we will also think of oranges." "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks."

She Drinks Coffee

Emma enjoys the perks of coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

She Doesn't Tolerate Body Shammers

When body shamers tried to take Emma down, she had the perfect message for them. "Good morning from the Middle Ages," she wrote on social media. "I'm breaking the stage with my weight. Take social media away from these shitty people," she added, calling the poster "Immensely disgusting."

She Isn't Afraid of Showing Off Her "Spots"

Emma has struggled with health issues over the years, impacting her complexion. "I have spots on my face after years of hormonal bombardment due to the health problems I've had," she said. Her message to those who like to criticize her? "Do tenth of what I have done in life and have the balls to show you to the world for who you really are."

She Loves Italian Food

Emma loves Italian food and regularly shares photos of her feasts on her social media feed. Meatballs, pizza, and pasta are a few of her favorite meals.
