Erika Jayne In Workout Gear Stretches Out At the Gym

Here are her beauty and fitness tips.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne is still maintaining her impressive weight loss with regular gym sessions, and looks better than ever. Jayne, 52, shared video from her Instagram stories of herself wearing blue leggings and a matching tank top, stretching out on the floor at her gym. Jayne has been accused of using Ozempic to lose weight, which she strenuously denies—here's how the controversial reality star stays fit, healthy, and full of energy for her live performances.

Dancer's Body

Jayne says taking part in Dancing With the Stars transformed her body. "You just get smaller and more compact," she told New Beauty. "Dancers are some of the most underrated athletes on the planet. You're really using your whole body weight the whole time while you're sweating, moving and your heart rate is up. You're getting more compact because you're actually using all of your muscles. Your ass gets higher, your legs get tighter and your arms get stronger. You just get stronger overall as you dance. It's an exhaustive process. We're rehearsing for four hours a day, six days a week. It's like a full-time job."

Mindful of Alcohol

Jayne might drink with her fellow Housewives, but off-season she is very mindful of alcohol intake for the sake of her health and appearance. "Alcohol dehydrates the body and skin, which causes dullness and premature aging as well as redness and inflammation," Dr. Ifeoma Ejikeme, Founder and Medical Director of Adonia Medical Clinic in London, tells Glamour UK. "And its effects are pretty instantaneous – they can be seen and felt the next day."

Drugstore Must-Have

Jayne's number one beauty product is a drugstore item. "I cannot live without Aquaphor for my lips and mouth—all the time," she told New Beauty. "And a good under-eye cream. I must have a good de-puffing, glycolic-infused eye cream. I use a lot of different products from a lot of different brands. I don't stick with one line because no one line on its own is incredible. You'll find really great products in all the different skin care lines. I'm also under the care of a dermatologist, which is truthfully why my skin looks the way it does."

Bobbi Brown Base

Jayne swears by Bobbi Brown makeup for a flawless on-camera base. "Before I put on makeup, you can't beat Bobbi Brown's Face and Eye Base," she told Glamour. "The eye base is new, but the face base has been around for a long time. I use it every time I'm on camera for Housewives or before any type of photo shoot. It's got that thick, creamy texture, so you're not gonna look dry. For an under-makeup application, I don't think you can beat these two. A little bit goes a long way. And it just feels really, really good."

Regular Therapy Sessions

Jayne has regular therapy sessions with Dr. Jenn Mann, as seen on screen. "I was really thrilled when she reached out to me," Mann told Page Six. "I could see how much pain she was in, how much anger she was dealing with and how terribly the stress was getting to her. Most people don't understand what it's like to be on one of these shows, the stress level of being on a show — especially a hit show — where so many eyeballs are on you, everybody has an opinion, everybody has something to say, people love to villainize you."
