Eva Andressa is working out with her trainer – in her exercise clothes. In a new social media post the fitness model and influencer flaunts her famously fit figure in a sports bra and shorts during an exercise session. “CIRCUIT TO STRENGTHEN YOUR ABDOMEN 🔥Do these series and maintain a constant diet! Your abs will definitely change 💪🏼,” she captioned the post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
1. Strength Training
Weightlifting and strength training are Eva’s main forms of fitness. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:
- Develop strong bones
- Manage your weight
- Enhance your quality of life
- Manage chronic conditions
- Sharpen your thinking skills
2. Hiking
During a recent trip to Nicaragua, Eva hiked the Masaya Volcano.”Incredible! 🙌🏻😱,” she captioned the post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
- Building stronger muscles and bones
- Improving your sense of balance
- Improving your heart health
- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
3. Stretching and Fasted Cardio
“I love starting my day with fasted cardio and stretching. 💪🏻🙌🏻,” Eva revealed in a post. Fasted cardio means that she waits to eat until after her sweat session. As for stretching, it “keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”
4. Discipline
Eva claims that discipline is a key part of her success in fitness. “Giving up cannot be an option when you really want something. Set goals, be disciplined and persistent. This way, there is no way to fail! 👊🏻👊🏻🚀💪🏻,” she captioned a post.
5. Dancing
You can also find Eva dancing her way to a hot body. “Little dance with a special appearance at the end!” she wrote about one of her Instagram videos. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.
