1. She Juices

Green tells ELLE that she makes a lot of juices. “I'm becoming very LA. I drink lots of water and eat lots of green vegetables. I'm doing lots of juices at the moment. I kind of do apple, kale, carrot. I've got a fancy juicer. I started feeling very tired and everybody was like 'You should try the juicing,' but I really love it. I felt very weak. It was a revelation. And only organic fruit and vegetables. There's so many pesticides and shit. I discovered the book by Dr. Fuhrman where he talks about juicing and eating mainly vegetables.

2. She Runs

Green tells Marie Claire that she loves to run as a way to keep herself in shape. “I need to run to soothe my nerves. It’s a good way just to let it all out. I run every day for between 20 and 30 minutes. I find it difficult when I’m away filming to work out on my own; I need someone to kick my arse, so I run instead. I’m not some crazy Hollywood fitness type. When I’m working, the only thing I want to do when I get home is have a drink.”

3. She Uses Olive Oil On Her Hair

Green makes sure to take care of her hair. She shared some of her secrets with Marie Claire. Green says that she does things to reduce the amount of damage. “In the evenings, I put olive oil all over my hair. It’s very thick, and nourishes deeply, but it can stay on my hair even after shampooing, so I tend to use it when I’m not working.”

4. She Uses Quick Hair Treatments

Green tells Marie Claire that she keeps her hair treatments simple. “My hair is styled a lot. I hate spending too much time in the hairdressers, so I prefer quick treatments like the L’Oréal Professionnel Pro Fibre service [around £10-£15], which only takes about 15-minutes. My hair always feels thicker and healthier afterwards. I use the shampoo and conditioner at home to maintain it.”

5. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Green has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her tips with Marie Claire. “Filming Penny Dreadful in Ireland last winter really took its toll on my skin,” Green revealed. “I rely on good, fragrance-free make-up remover from Cetaphil or Avéne and apply a cold cream to replenish my skin.”

6. She Wears Sunscreen

A big part of Green’s skincare routine is protecting her skin from the sun. She tells Marie Claire that she always wears sunscreen. “I always wear SPF,” she says. “But I find factor 50 too pale and thick, so I use SkinCeuticals Brightening UV Defense SPF30. I love Sisley’s treatments, too.”

7. She Loves Fruits & Veggies

Green tells Marie Claire that she likes to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables each day. “I’ve started steaming my vegetables, but I’m not a great cook. I like my food either steamed or raw to maintain the nutrients – and they need to be organic. I’m like my own chemist; I juice veg like kale, broccoli, watercress and cabbage to boost my immune system, and I add apples and grapes, so it’s more drinkable.”

1. This Is What Motivates Eva to Stay in Shape

2. She Also Showed Off the Results

She also works out with trainer Grant Roberts, and does serious weight training. Her Instagram feed is filled with clips of her hardcore workouts, which involve a lot of compound moves to work multiple muscles simultaneously, like squat/rows, sled pushes, battle ropes, and school deadlifts.

5. Her Go-To Cardio? Trampoline

Eva is a huge advocate of trampoline workouts on a JumpSport trampoline. “Saturday workouts are better with a trampoline,” she recently captioned an image of the springy workout tool, which she has dubbed the “Rolls Royce” of trampolines.

6. She Has a Healthy Outlet on Body Image

Cannes,,France,-,May,14:,Eva,Longoria,Attends,The,OpeningShutterstock

Eva once revealed to Health that when she was her skinniest, she was also the unhealthiest n. “I try to have a healthy outlook. I'm your everlasting, hopeless optimist!” she said. Angelina Jolie is known for her tough-hero movie roles, for which she trains like an athlete—not to mention a stunt woman. Jolie, 47, has an enviably toned and strong physique whether she is filming or not—so how does she do it? Trainers who have worked with the star talk about her dedication to whatever she sets her mind to, whether it’s martial arts training or a specific muscle-building diet. Here is how she achieves, and maintains, her killer figure.

1. She Does Her Own Stunts

"The Eternals" UK Premiere - Red Carpet ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

Jolie is an old hand at occasionally doing her own stunts, and works hard to make it look perfect. “Angie throws herself into everything fully, be it rehearsals or the actual shooting," says stunt instructor Simon Crane. "We rehearse and test everything to the smallest detail with her stunt double, Eunice Huthart, before she ever tries anything. But saying that, as any athlete knows, there is no gain without pain!"

2. Martial Arts Training

A,Young,Martial,Arts,Master,Knots,A,Black,Belt.,Close-up.Shutterstock

Jolie learned martial arts for Salt. “For her fight training, we got her learning a combination of Muay Thai and Krav Maga very early on,” Crane says. “We would then pick the moves she was best at and combine them into a sequence. The training, at the early stages, took up about three to four sessions a week, lasting approximately two hours each. When we started filming, we trained during lunch breaks or on the weekends.”

3. Carbs and Protein

Top,View,Of,Lean,Meal,High,Protein,Of,Chicken,BreastShutterstock

Jolie’s diet was a healthy mix of carbs and protein for her Salt role. “She has to have 70% carbohydrates and 30% protein diet with an anaerobic training regime as opposed to aerobic, so she can put muscle on without losing weight,” Crane says. “Sticking to four or five meals a day routine as much as possible. Then when she reaches a good body level that we like, we change it to 60%/40% favoring carbs. No junk food, no empty calories, and alcohol only on weekends.”

4. Snacking On Nuts

Roasted,Peanuts,Are,Placed,On,A,White,Wooden,Floor.Shutterstock

Jolie snacked on mixed seeds and nuts plus vegetables such as cauliflower while filming The Tourist. “Although nuts are high in fat, it’s mainly healthier unsaturated fat,” says the British Heart Foundation. “They contain protein, B vitamins, vitamin E and minerals, including iron, potassium, selenium, magnesium, zinc and copper.”

5. Eating Bugs

Los Angeles Premiere Of Marvel Studios' "Eternals"Axelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Jolie and her family enjoy snacking on high-protein insects. “They’re used to eating scorpions, especially Shiloh,” Jolie says. “Shiloh loves a tarantula, loves a bug. They can all eat a bag of crickets like a bag of chips, so they’re all used to it. But I’m learning to cook them better with a little more flair and seasoning.”

6. Tomb Raider Training

"Eternals" PhotocallErnesto Ruscio/Getty Images

Jolie had to transform her diet and fitness for her role in Tomb Raider. “They had me on bungees. I'm dog sledding,” Jolie said. “They had me up at seven each morning and handed me a protein shake. Suddenly, a nutritionist was giving me five meals a day. But you had to do these things to maintain your energy. And I liked the intense training because there is only one way to do something and for me it's in extremes."

7. Embracing Her Age

Vittorio Zunino Celotto/Getty Images

Jolie embraces what she calls her imperfections, as part of the aging process. “I look in the mirror and I see that I look like my mother, and that warms me,” she says. “I also see myself aging, and I love it because it means I’m alive—I’m living and getting older. Don’t love having a random dark spot from a pregnancy, for sure. I see my flaws. But what I see that I like isn’t about a structure or appearance. It’s more that I see my family in my face. I see my age.”

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”

It’s hard to believe that Jennifer Aniston is 55 and turning 56 in February! Since soaring to fame in 1994, the Friends star has hardly aged in the three decades that have passed – and she has never been secretive about her devotion to health and wellness. Her hard work over the years has paid off through her strong and lean body and ageless looks. Here is everything you need to know about Jennifer Aniston’s approach to longevity.

She Maintains a High Protein Diet

"My nutrition is very much the same. It's usually a lot of high protein, vegetables, salads, soups,” she tells People. “I do 80/20. I give myself days where I can have whatever I want. I don’t deprive myself,” she added to TODAY. Why should you consider amping up your protein intake? According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW) but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

She Cheats on Occasion

Jennifer allows herself to indulge in “everything I would possibly want on a weekend,” she told People. Her cheat meal “depends,” she says. “I mean, dare I sound repetitive, but Mexican food is a real favorite of mine. It's not even that much of a cheat, to be honest. Or a cheeseburger or pizza or pasta — all that stuff.”

She Tries to Get Enough Sleep

“My bigger challenge is sleep. I think that’s all part of our nutritional hygiene — the amount of water we get as well as the amount of sleep we get. It’s the combination of all of those things that make your workouts the most effective," she told TODAY.

“I’ve become gentler with myself,” she says of her approach to fitness, which has “definitely evolved” over the years. “I find that I can be gentler on my body and still get the benefits of a great workout,” she told Prevention. She specifically loves P.Volve workouts, a functional fitness that helps you “function throughout the day” and “work out your essential muscle groups to keep your body strong,” she says. “So you can live a long, healthy, strong life.”

She Hydrates

Aniston prioritizes hydration, drinking a whopping 100 ounces of water per day. "But occasionally I just have to have a Diet Coke—there's nothing like it!" According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

She Does Pilates, Spinning, Elliptical, and Running Workouts

“I had an injury last fall and I was only able to do Pilates, which I absolutely love. But I was missing that kind of sweat when you just go for it,” she recently told InStyle. “I'm going back to my 15-15-15, which is a 15-minute spin, elliptical, run. And then just old school: I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it's just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline.”
