1. She Juices

Green tells ELLE that she makes a lot of juices. “I'm becoming very LA. I drink lots of water and eat lots of green vegetables. I'm doing lots of juices at the moment. I kind of do apple, kale, carrot. I've got a fancy juicer. I started feeling very tired and everybody was like 'You should try the juicing,' but I really love it. I felt very weak. It was a revelation. And only organic fruit and vegetables. There's so many pesticides and shit. I discovered the book by Dr. Fuhrman where he talks about juicing and eating mainly vegetables.

2. She Runs

Green tells Marie Claire that she loves to run as a way to keep herself in shape. “I need to run to soothe my nerves. It’s a good way just to let it all out. I run every day for between 20 and 30 minutes. I find it difficult when I’m away filming to work out on my own; I need someone to kick my arse, so I run instead. I’m not some crazy Hollywood fitness type. When I’m working, the only thing I want to do when I get home is have a drink.”

3. She Uses Olive Oil On Her Hair

Green makes sure to take care of her hair. She shared some of her secrets with Marie Claire. Green says that she does things to reduce the amount of damage. “In the evenings, I put olive oil all over my hair. It’s very thick, and nourishes deeply, but it can stay on my hair even after shampooing, so I tend to use it when I’m not working.”

4. She Uses Quick Hair Treatments

Green tells Marie Claire that she keeps her hair treatments simple. “My hair is styled a lot. I hate spending too much time in the hairdressers, so I prefer quick treatments like the L’Oréal Professionnel Pro Fibre service [around £10-£15], which only takes about 15-minutes. My hair always feels thicker and healthier afterwards. I use the shampoo and conditioner at home to maintain it.”

5. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Green has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her tips with Marie Claire. “Filming Penny Dreadful in Ireland last winter really took its toll on my skin,” Green revealed. “I rely on good, fragrance-free make-up remover from Cetaphil or Avéne and apply a cold cream to replenish my skin.”

6. She Wears Sunscreen

A big part of Green’s skincare routine is protecting her skin from the sun. She tells Marie Claire that she always wears sunscreen. “I always wear SPF,” she says. “But I find factor 50 too pale and thick, so I use SkinCeuticals Brightening UV Defense SPF30. I love Sisley’s treatments, too.”

7. She Loves Fruits & Veggies

Green tells Marie Claire that she likes to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables each day. “I’ve started steaming my vegetables, but I’m not a great cook. I like my food either steamed or raw to maintain the nutrients – and they need to be organic. I’m like my own chemist; I juice veg like kale, broccoli, watercress and cabbage to boost my immune system, and I add apples and grapes, so it’s more drinkable.”

1. This Is What Motivates Eva to Stay in Shape

Eva shared a photo from one of her workouts, holding a kettlebell in one arm while executing a lunge. Most importantly, she revealed her motivation for working out. “Wishing about vacay brought me here this morning,” she captioned the pic.

2. She Also Showed Off the Results

Over the weekend, Eva shared a bunch of snaps from her recent vacation, demonstrating the results of her rigorous workouts: flat, washboard abs, fit, shapely legs, and gorgeously toned arms.

Cannes,,France.,May,14,,2019:,Eva,Longoria,At,The,Gala Picture: Paul Smith / FeatureflashShutterstock

Eva works hard to maintain her figure, and diet is one of the key components. "Especially as you get older, people want to know the secret to looking good and there is no secret. It's diet and exercise," she revealed to Vogue Australia. She also emphasized the important of doing both. "People say they eat well but they don't exercise. Or they run 20 miles a day but they can't lose weight. You have to do both."

4. Her Workouts Are Intense

Cannes,,France,-,May,16,,2019:,Eva,Longoria,Attends,TheGetty Images

"I do a lot. I'm a runner, I do yoga, I do pilates, I do SoulCycle and I'm just constantly mixing it up," she told People. She also works out with trainer Grant Roberts, and does serious weight training. Her Instagram feed is filled with clips of her hardcore workouts, which involve a lot of compound moves to work multiple muscles simultaneously, like squat/rows, sled pushes, battle ropes, and school deadlifts.

5. Her Go-To Cardio? Trampoline

Eva is a huge advocate of trampoline workouts on a JumpSport trampoline. “Saturday workouts are better with a trampoline,” she recently captioned an image of the springy workout tool, which she has dubbed the “Rolls Royce” of trampolines.

6. She Has a Healthy Outlet on Body Image

Cannes,,France,-,May,14:,Eva,Longoria,Attends,The,OpeningShutterstock

Eva once revealed to Health that when she was her skinniest, she was also the unhealthiest n. “I try to have a healthy outlook. I'm your everlasting, hopeless optimist!” she said. "I don’t feel like we should go by these rules and social constructs of society where you have to be a certain size to be pretty," she told Health in 2017.

Eva Longoria has some swerving curves! The 46-year-old actress flaunted her fantastic figure in bike shorts and a crop top on an airport tarmac on Wednesday, holding hands with her son. “I’ll go anywhere with you,” she captioned the image of the two of them walking toward a private plane. How does the star manage to look half her age? It all boils down to a few simple pieces of advice. Read on for 5 of Eva Longoria’s top health and fitness tips for staying in shape and see the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. It’s Simple: Eat Right and Exercise

According to Eva, there is no “secret” behind her hot body. "Especially as you get older, people want to know the secret to looking good and there is no secret. It's diet and exercise," she bluntly explained to Vogue Australia. "People say they eat well but they don't exercise. Or they run 20 miles a day but they can't lose weight. You have to do both."

2. Try Different Workouts

When it comes to fitness, Eva likes to maintain variety. "I do a lot. I'm a runner, I do yoga, I do pilates, I do SoulCycle and I'm just constantly mixing it up," she explained to People.

3. Fuel Up with Veggies

Simple,Vegetarian,Meal,,Roasted,Vegetables,On,A,Sheet,With,OliveShutterstock

Eat your veggies, says Eva! "After I run, I eat probably the same thing every morning, which is egg whites with spinach and turkey bacon," she dished to The Cut. "I could easily be a vegetarian because I love vegetables so much and I feel like L.A. is a place that can support healthy living," she added to InStyle. "I love cooking with vegetables and I have a secret for cooking with vegetables, [which] is that they don't need a lot. A lot of people cover them in cheese or cover them in a sauce, and vegetables really only need olive oil."

4. When You Work Out, Go Hard

Whether she is weight training with Grant Roberts or jumping the calories away on her JumpSport trampoline, Eva gives it her all.

5. Skinny Doesn’t Mean Healthy’

EMILY's List 3rd Annual Pre-Oscars Event - ArrivalsGregg DeGuire/FilmMagic

Eva emphasizes that health is much more than a number on the scale. She once told Health that her unhealthiest moment was also her skinniest. “I try to have a healthy outlook. I'm your everlasting, hopeless optimist!” she said. "I don’t feel like we should go by these rules and social constructs of society where you have to be a certain size to be pretty," she added to the magazine a few years later.

7 Flat-Belly Tricks From Angelina Jolie

Angelina Jolie is known for her tough-hero movie roles, for which she trains like an athlete—not to mention a stunt woman. Jolie, 47, has an enviably toned and strong physique whether she is filming or not—so how does she do it? Trainers who have worked with the star talk about her dedication to whatever she sets her mind to, whether it’s martial arts training or a specific muscle-building diet. Here is how she achieves, and maintains, her killer figure.

1. She Does Her Own Stunts

"The Eternals" UK Premiere - Red Carpet ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

Jolie is an old hand at occasionally doing her own stunts, and works hard to make it look perfect. “Angie throws herself into everything fully, be it rehearsals or the actual shooting," says stunt instructor Simon Crane. "We rehearse and test everything to the smallest detail with her stunt double, Eunice Huthart, before she ever tries anything. But saying that, as any athlete knows, there is no gain without pain!"

2. Martial Arts Training

A,Young,Martial,Arts,Master,Knots,A,Black,Belt.,Close-up.Shutterstock

Jolie learned martial arts for Salt. “For her fight training, we got her learning a combination of Muay Thai and Krav Maga very early on,” Crane says. “We would then pick the moves she was best at and combine them into a sequence. The training, at the early stages, took up about three to four sessions a week, lasting approximately two hours each. When we started filming, we trained during lunch breaks or on the weekends.”

3. Carbs and Protein

Top,View,Of,Lean,Meal,High,Protein,Of,Chicken,BreastShutterstock

Jolie’s diet was a healthy mix of carbs and protein for her Salt role. “She has to have 70% carbohydrates and 30% protein diet with an anaerobic training regime as opposed to aerobic, so she can put muscle on without losing weight,” Crane says. “Sticking to four or five meals a day routine as much as possible. Then when she reaches a good body level that we like, we change it to 60%/40% favoring carbs. No junk food, no empty calories, and alcohol only on weekends.”

4. Snacking On Nuts

Roasted,Peanuts,Are,Placed,On,A,White,Wooden,Floor.Shutterstock

Jolie snacked on mixed seeds and nuts plus vegetables such as cauliflower while filming The Tourist. “Although nuts are high in fat, it’s mainly healthier unsaturated fat,” says the British Heart Foundation. “They contain protein, B vitamins, vitamin E and minerals, including iron, potassium, selenium, magnesium, zinc and copper.”

5. Eating Bugs

Los Angeles Premiere Of Marvel Studios' "Eternals"Axelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Jolie and her family enjoy snacking on high-protein insects. “They’re used to eating scorpions, especially Shiloh,” Jolie says. “Shiloh loves a tarantula, loves a bug. They can all eat a bag of crickets like a bag of chips, so they’re all used to it. But I’m learning to cook them better with a little more flair and seasoning.”

6. Tomb Raider Training

"Eternals" PhotocallErnesto Ruscio/Getty Images

Jolie had to transform her diet and fitness for her role in Tomb Raider. “They had me on bungees. I'm dog sledding,” Jolie said. “They had me up at seven each morning and handed me a protein shake. Suddenly, a nutritionist was giving me five meals a day. But you had to do these things to maintain your energy. And I liked the intense training because there is only one way to do something and for me it's in extremes."

7. Embracing Her Age

Vittorio Zunino Celotto/Getty Images

Jolie embraces what she calls her imperfections, as part of the aging process. “I look in the mirror and I see that I look like my mother, and that warms me,” she says. “I also see myself aging, and I love it because it means I’m alive—I’m living and getting older. Don’t love having a random dark spot from a pregnancy, for sure. I see my flaws. But what I see that I like isn’t about a structure or appearance. It’s more that I see my family in my face. I see my age.”

1. It All Boils Down to Diet and Exercise

Eva is pretty blunt when it comes to health advice. "Especially as you get older, people want to know the secret to looking good and there is no secret. It's diet and exercise," she told Vogue Australia. "People say they eat well but they don't exercise. Or they run 20 miles a day but they can't lose weight. You have to do both."

2. She Does a Lot of Different Workouts

Instead of relying on one type of workout to stay in shape, Eva is constantly rotating them. "I do a lot. I'm a runner, I do yoga, I do pilates, I do SoulCycle and I'm just constantly mixing it up," she told People.

3. She Eats Her Veggies

Eva makes sure to eat lots of veggies and an all-around healthy diet. "After I run, I eat probably the same thing every morning, which is egg whites with spinach and turkey bacon," she told The Cut. "I could easily be a vegetarian because I love vegetables so much and I feel like L.A. is a place that can support healthy living," she added to InStyle. A lot of people cover them in cheese or cover them in a sauce, and vegetables really only need olive oil."

4. She Works Out Like It’s Her Job

Eva weight trains with Grant Roberts and regularly shares videos of her sweat sessions on her Instagram feed. Some of the exercises she does? Compound moves to work multiple muscles simultaneously, like squat/rows, sled pushes, battle ropes, and school deadlifts.

5. She Tries to Have a “Healthy Outlook”’

Eva is realistic when it comes to her health and maintains that skinny does not equate to healthy. She once told Health that at her skinniest, she was also the unhealthiest she had ever been. “I try to have a healthy outlook. I'm your everlasting, hopeless optimist!” she said. "I don’t feel like we should go by these rules and social constructs of society where you have to be a certain size to be pretty," she added to Health a few years later.

6. She Has a Healthy Approach to Wellness’

Recently Eva has been obsessed with trampolining, using her JumpSport trampoline for fun workouts. “Saturday workouts are better with a trampoline,” she wrote alongside an image of the springy workout tool, which she has dubbed the “Rolls Royce” of trampolines.

Dani Elle Speegle in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Just a Girl and Her Barbell"

Discover how elite CrossFit athlete Dani Elle Speegle stays in peak condition with weightlifting, golfing, jumping rope, hiking, and cold plunges.

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
