Wiser goes on a lot of retreats. She makes sure to prioritize her health. In the caption of this Instagram post, Wiser advertised a retreat for prioritizing gut health. “This Elevate Strength Summit will definitely be the best yet. Going in depth on gut health and hormone balance is going to be key in optimizing health in 2025 and for years to come! Not to mention the beach workouts at BVI Stronger Gym are the best 💪🏼 Everyone deserves to live in a body that is strong with energy TO OVERCOME AND PERSEVERE life’s obstacles. It’s not selfish to invest in your health.. It’s your responsibility to your family and to humanity to be strong and more than capable.”

She Sets Goals

Wiser opened up about her fitness journey in the caption of this Instagram post. She revealed that setting goals is one of the things that help her. “Fitness has been more than just building a body… it’s built a LIFE for me! And it didn’t happen overnight. In 2009 when I started bodybuilding, I had already been in the gym lifting weights for 5 years, but the difference was the intention behind it. When you have a specific goal and purpose, only then will you achieve the results. Purpose is powerful. If you’re going to the gym with no idea of what you actually want to look like or feel like… there’s no intention behind what you’re doing and you won’t see changes. I saw a picture of a female with very feminine looking muscle on the cover of a magazine in 2009 and from that point on I knew what muscle could look like on a woman’s body and wanted that look! Up until then I only saw muscle as very masculine looking and unappealing to me. You have to have a vision to achieve what you want. From playing sports, to bikini bodybuilding (and figure 😜), to sponsored athlete and fitness model… my vision developed over time but I knew what I wanted to achieve.”

She Has Hope

Wiser is a hopeful person. She talked about the importance of it in the caption of this post. “Hope deferred makes the heart sick. If we don’t intentionally fill our mind with good, hopeful thoughts & leave it empty, then it will get filled with every energy draining negative thought that exists. If we don’t intentionally plan our schedule to include the habits & activities that keep us strong & healthy, then we won’t have great health. Success, in any area, has to be intentionally planned for.”

She's Consistent

Wiser talked about the importance of consistency in the caption of this Instagram post. “Consistency always wins. However, ‘consistency’ does not mean ‘perfection’ or even ‘showing up’ EVERY day. This could relate to any topic, but regarding your workouts, you don’t have to go to the gym EVERY day or even 5-6 days per week to reach your goals. I used to think that if I missed several days of workouts in a row that my muscle would automatically just disappear and all my progress would be lost 🫠😅I’m so glad that is absolutely NOT the case or I would have lost it all several times already!”

One thing Wiser does to keep herself in shape is strength train. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “Working out. I need weight training just as much mentally as I need it physically. (Most of us probably do 😁). My training has changed quite a bit over the years, but I still want to look like an athlete…Even though my time competing on stage is done. 1. No Diets

Whitney refuses to diet. “I get a lot of people who want to build their glutes, but they also want to be on a diet,” she told Muscle and Fitness. “You can’t really build that muscle on a calorie deficit.” Instead, she fuels her body to build muscle. “As long as you are doing a clean-calorie surplus, you have to remember you are ‘doing it for the glutes!”

2. Macro Tracking

“I really encourage my clients to track their macros,” Whitney told Muscle and Fitness. “Even if that’s just a couple of times per week because meal serving sizes are so deceiving. I hate tracking macros too, but if you can make yourself do it, you will find out if your protein intake is on point, or if your calorific intake is on track, and then you will know you are getting somewhere.”

3. 80/20 Rule

Whitney abides by the 80/20 rule with veggies, lean protein, and healthy fats with the occasional cheat meal. “If you can do just one cheat meal instead of a cheat day or week, you will fulfill those cravings without derailing your whole diet,” she told Dumb Blonde. Her style of eating is Paleo, she says.

Whitney keeps dairy to a minimum. "When it comes to my diet that works best for my body: I try to stay dairy free, higher fat and lower carbs… but sometimes that Ice Cream craving is just the most,” she said via Greatestphysiques.

“My love of fitness started when I was 16 years old. I grew up suffering from severe migraines, chronic pain, mental health, and gut health issues. Hips and legs can feel so free with just some simple moves.”

Cullen is a big fan of bodyweight workouts. She tells Evoke, “The best kind of training is actually bodyweight training so for anyone who was used to going to the gym, doing their weights and strengths, there’s so much that you can do with bodyweight at home. There are exercises with a chair, you can do exercises with 2 liter bottles of water, you don’t actually need equipment, all you need is a nice space, some water, and a good playlist and you can really get going.”

5. She Uses A Stationary Bike

Penn State PRO Wellness states that using a stationary bike has a lot of health benefits. “Depending on the intensity of your workout and your body weight, you can burn more than 600 calories an hour with a stationary bike workout. This makes indoor cycling an excellent workout option for burning calories quickly.”

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. Double Down On Training

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

When I moved to Miami Beach I met a great calico named Chacha and learnt that cats were brought to the city by Mayor Lummus … against rodents. Cats rely on volunteers for their food and water and there’s a huge amount of them. There’s a city program to Spay and neuter with the wonderful @sobecats ladies and the feeding is made official by a City Sanctioned badge, yet new cats keep getting dumped daily sadly and there’s a never ending amount of work, emergencies and so on. I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats .
