Gabrielle Union Shares Swimsuit Photo of "One Night"

Here’s how she stays in shape.

Gabrielle Union is considered one of Hollywood's most gorgeous and ageless women. She recently enjoyed a tropical vacation with friends, and shared highlights on Instagram. In them, she is seen enjoying a day on a boat, eating at a restaurant, and seeing fireworks with friends. Union wore many different outfits, including a blue and white striped two-piece swimsuit. She captioned the post, "One night turned into several." How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gabrielle Union stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

She Does Pilates

Union shared some of her go-to workouts with Women's Health. She says that one thing she likes to do is Pilates."I'm not a morning person, but I have to work out early because of my schedule. The great thing about Pilates is that I can take out my annoyance from waking up early on the machines instead of human beings. It's for the greater good. My body responds to it, and I'm also more clear."

She Spends Time Outside

Union loves to spend time outside. She tells Women's Health that she'll go outside in any weather, and she'll do a bunch of different activities. "I need vitamin D on my face. Give me a trail, a park, a walk down the street with the dogs, a breeze, rain. I'll go hike. I'll get a lawn chair sit outside my trailer so I'm not trapped inside."

She's Flexible

In an interview with Fitness Magazine, Union talked about her diet. She says that she believes in moderation, and is flexible with her diet and exercise. "I just stay active, and not let it get too out of control. I eat more vegetables, and just as I love the occasional rib-eye steak, I do try to cut down on the actual portions. I don't need the 12 ounces that I'm used to; I'll go for 6 ounces as a happy medium."

She Drinks Mostly Water

Union makes sure to stay hydrated. She tells Fitness Magazine that she mostly drinks water, and sometimes will add lemon.  "It's just important to get the water in. If you can replace sugary drinks, or coffee, with water, you're still ahead of the game."

5

She's Motivated

Union makes sure to stay motivated. She tells Women's Day Magazine that she uses New Year's Resolutions as a way to motivate her. "It's not enough to just say what you want. You have to take active steps to get there, while at the same time giving yourself some grace. That active step towards your dream might just be getting out of bed and brushing your teeth."
