She Does A Variety of Workouts

O’Neal makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She shared her approach to fitness in her Women Fitness interview. “I am a big advocate of variety. I believe doing the same routines or the same exercises delays progress. I switch things up from yoga to cardio, to weight training to pilates. It also helps me to stay interested in the gym.”

She Tested For Food Sensitivity

O’Neal also talked about her diet in her Women Fitness interview. She revealed that she decided to get tested for food sensitivities in order to feel better. “I’ve always been a healthy, but not perfect, eater. Fortunately I am active enough to make up for my sometimes imperfect diet. I recently got tested for food sensitivities and found I am sensitive to gluten and certain other foods such as eggs. Eliminating some of these foods from my diet has already proven to make a world of difference. I’ve found that working out and eating right helps me mentally just as much as it does physically.”

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

O’Neal has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets in her interview with Women Fitness. “I love beauty products so I like to try different ones to see which work best for my skin,” O’Neal said. “I am a huge advocate of sunscreen since I am outside all day long. One of my favorite products that I have used for years is Shiseido sunscreen. I also take vitamins every evening… I think that helps with skin, hair, and nails!”

She Cooks

O’Neal loves to cook, and shared her favorite recipes with Nutrishop USA. “When I’m home, I cook with a lot of veggies, lean proteins, and stay away from gluten and refined sugars. I often supplement meals with shakes generally consisting of pea protein, almond milk, amino acids, MCT oil, fiber, etc. On the road, I always bring a low-sugar protein bar in case of emergency hunger and some fixings for my coffee (i.e., MCT/ coconut oil, fiber, honey sticks, collagen). I like making specialty coffees, for example, bulletproof-coffee with added ingredients like collagen, bone broth, fiber, etc.”

She’s Persistent & Patient

O’Neal opened up about what it takes to succeed in golf in an interview with Women Fitness. “Persistence and patience,” she revealed. “Golf is a game of ups and downs. And generally the downs outweigh the ups. So you have to keep pushing yourself and remain patient that your time will come.”

The video was shared by Golf Pass and fans went wild. “Looks nice 👍,” one of them commented. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Healthy Diet

Blair eats super healthy. I like making specialty coffees, for example, bulletproof-coffee with added ingredients like collagen, bone broth, fiber, etc. I’ve been enjoying intermittent fasting when I’m in town, and my coffee is a definite must,” she told Nutrishop. Her cheat foods? Pizza, chocolate glazed donuts, and if we’re not counting gluten... probably anything with gluten.

2. Lifestyle

Blair maintains an overall healthy lifestyle. “I always say staying in shape is not about going on a diet or getting on a specific workout program. It's about living an overall healthy and consistent lifestyle. You don’t have to eat perfect or workout every single day, but making health a pervasive part of your life will give you results. I eat smart but also have balance,” she says.

3. Strength Training

“When I’m not traveling, I’m working out with my trainer on a regular basis,” Blair told Nutrishop. The two do strength training workouts “and a lot of mobility,” she says. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

4. Cycling

New,York,-,Circa,2022:,Peloton,Logo,On,The,BaseShutterstock

Blair also enjoys cycling. “I also just got a Peloton bike which has been convenient to take a spin class anytime I’m home,” she says. “I sprinkle in Peloton spin classes at home.” The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

5. Yoga

Blair also gets her zen on with “some beneficial yoga classes to balance it all out,” she says. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

Nelly Korda, a professional golfer with an illustrious career, has won 14 WPGA Tour titles and a gold medal at the 2020 Olympics. Known for her skill and determination on the course, Korda also made waves as a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model. A few weeks ago, she shared highlights of her November on Instagram, featuring moments with friends, her dog, and coffee breaks.

She Took a Break

Ahead of the Le Golf National, Korda talked about why she took a break in a press conference. “My parents have always said, it’s very important to put your head down, grind, go to the gym but it’s also important to recharge your battery because sometimes with all the obligations that you maybe have off the golf course, and then all the emotions that you feel on the golf course that you go through, all the adrenaline, it tears at you a little bit. So it’s good to kind of step away and to recharge your batteries and to come back a little bit more fresh.”

She Does Lunges

Korda shared this video on Instagram of herself doing different exercises. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. The Mayo Clinic states that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Squats

Nelly Korda does squats with weights and a barbell.

Korda is also seen doing squats with a barbell and resistance band in the previous Instagram video. Squats have a lot of benefits. Allina Health says, “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong. Include squats in your exercise routine two to three days a week to reap the benefits from this dynamite move. Rest at least one day to allow muscle recovery.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

Korda is also seen doing hip thrusts with a weight in the previous Instagram video. Gymless states that the exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Hip thrusts are more than a fitness trend; they’re a critical element of a well-rounded fitness regimen. With consistent practice and attention to form, you can tap into the significant benefits of this exercise for improved athletic performance, posture, and injury prevention.”

Cheyenne Woods is living it up in New Mexico with Notah Begay III and his Notah Begay III Foundation – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the golfer shows off her amazing body in a two-piece workout set while teasing an announcement. “Can’t wait for you all to see what we have coming with @golfpass, stay tuned!” she wrote in the Instagram caption. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Tiger Woods is Her Uncle

“Once I made it there [the LPGA Tour] I struggled to feel comfortable and believe in my ability. You sometimes think you have to play a different game or change as a person. What got you there is actually what’s going to keep you there. The Tiger Woods thing was tough for me, I didn’t think it would be hard but it was. I struggled with trusting my own ability but I’m through the other end of it now. I know who I am as a player and a person. I do believe I haven’t reached my potential,” she confessed to The Guardian. She maintains her uncle is “supportive” but people have trolled her because of her relative. “Growing up with the last name of Woods I knew what to expect. I understood the headlines catch attention a little more. I thought if I just pretended it didn’t bother me, it wouldn’t – but I learned that I truly did have to address it. I had to see for myself that I am a person, a golfer outside of being Tiger’s niece, before anybody else can see that as well. I know why I am doing this, I know who I am. I had to disregard what people wrote or said. I’m doing this for me,” she continued. “I have had those moments of wishing I was Jane Doe. But listen, it has helped me; I have been able to have conversations with Tiger, have doors and opportunities open to become a better player and person. At one point I wanted to prove everybody wrong. Now I see the positives.”

2. Strength Training

Cheyenne hits the gym for strength training sessions. “Happy&Healthy✨,” she captioned a gym selfie.

3. Hiking

She also enjoys getting outdoors and taking hikes. Here she is hiking in Arizona wearing a Nike sports bra and leggings. “Az in December,” she captioned the post.

4. Dancing, Track, Volleyball

Athleticism started for Cheyenne when she was young. “I started playing and taking lessons when I was five or six, which was very young. But I played a lot of sports growing up so golf wasn’t my entire life. I danced competitively, I ran track and I played volleyball. My parents wanted me to be pretty rounded and left me to decide which sport to concentrate on,” she told Kingdom.

5. Golf

Golf is Cheyenne’s main sport. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

The golf star recently shared a moment with fellow golfer Celine Boutier after she clinched a win against Lexi Thompson during the 2024 Solheim Cup. Dressed in white shorts and a star-spangled top, Reid, known as one of the fittest golfers in the world, stays in shape through a combination of challenging workouts and balanced priorities. From intense gym sessions to goat yoga, Reid has embraced a holistic approach to fitness and personal well-being. Here’s how she keeps her body and mind sharp while navigating her professional and personal life.

1. She Has a Trainer

Sporting white shorts and a white shorts-sleeved white and blue top with stars, Reid recently celebrated with Celine Boutier after she won her match against Lexi Thompson on the 18th green during the singles matches on the final day of the 2024 Solheim Cup at The Robert Trent. Reid is known for being one of the top players in women’s golf but also billed as “one of the fittest golfers in the world,” per Golf Magazine. One way Reid stays in such great shape is by working out with Ken Macdonald, who is a level 3 Golf Fitness Specialist and Certified Tennis Performance Specialist.

2. She Does Density Workouts

Mel ReidGolf Magazine

Reid shows off her impressive gym skills in a video for Golf Magazine. Her trainer, Macdonald, was also on hand to explain her intense workout regime. “It’s a 15-minute density set, which means we’re going to do five exercises in a circuit fashion.” Each exercise is done in about one minute.‘What we’re trying to do is get some strength and power but in an endurance fashion,” Macdonald said.

3. She Does Goat Yoga

Goat Yoga has become increasingly popular over the last few years, and Reid has tried out the hot fitness craze in a post captioned “In the presence of greatness. G.O.A.T.” Reid has a goat on her back and is in a yoga pose. According to Arizona Goat Yoga, the out-of-the-ordinary workout has several benefits, including stress release, increased mindfulness, mood enhancement, and a connection to nature and animals.

4. She Has a Strong Communtiy

Reid often travels for work with her wife and their baby, which is challenging, but she explained how they make it work in an interview with LPGA.“The people that have been very welcoming and open to staying with us have made a huge difference,” Mel said. “It gives us a little bit of a break at the end of the day because they want to just hang out with Kai, as well. He is starting to recognize faces. He sees Emily (Kristine Pedersen), and he sees Carlota (Ciganda), and he sees Olly (Brett), and he gravitates to them. I think that's a cool experience, not just for us but for them as well.”

5. Learning Balance and New Priorites

Reid shifted her focus to motherhood when their son was born, and golf is no longer the top priority. “Golf is secondary, if not third, now to be honest with you,” Mel explained in the LPGA interview. “I've always played golf for myself and tried to prove to myself that I can do this. The competitiveness inside of me, it's almost taken that away a little bit. I can have a bad day, and it sucks, but it doesn't suck anywhere near as much as it used to. I have to find that little fire in me again to see what my purpose is on the golf course. That's probably been the biggest challenge for me this year.”

She also incorporates cardiovascular workouts using a fitness bike to boost her endurance. Hull’s approach demonstrates how a mix of athleticism, strength, and cardio can support peak performance both on the golf course and in everyday life.

1. She Golfs

Naturally, golf is the main way Hull stays in shape. Better Health states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

2. She Lifts Weights

Hull likes to strength train to stay in shape. She is seen using hand dumbbells in her Instagram video. According to The Mayo Clinic, strength training exercises have a lot of benefits. “Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. In her Instagram post, Hull is seen doing ground-to-overhead lifts with dumbbells. This is a compound exercise and a form of functional training. 4. She Does Assisted Pull-Ups

Hull is also seen using the assisted pull-up machine in her Instagram post. Asphalt Green states that using it has a lot of benefits. “This machine is the single best way to go from zero pull-ups to pull-up hero. Some people will point out that you lose a little range of motion and core engagement with the machine. However, it’s totally worth it if you want to work your way up to doing pull-ups without any assistance.”

5. She Uses A Fitness Bike

Hull shared this video on Instagram of herself using a fitness bike. Penn State PRO Wellness reports that this machine has a lot of benefits. “Cycling is an excellent way to get your heart pumping. Cardiovascular or aerobic workouts, such as cycling, strengthen your heart, lungs, and muscles. They also improve the flow of blood and oxygen throughout your body. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Brenda enjoys jogging. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Walking Her Dog

She also takes her dog on long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Dancing

You can also find Brenda dancing to burn calories. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues

Swimming

Brenda spends a lot of time in her swimsuit so it isn’t surprising she loves to swim. According to the CDC, swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, multiple studies support the mental health benefits of swimming.

Hydration

Finally, Brenda hydrates, especially after a long workout or sun exposure. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

She Supports Animals

Romani has her own charity, Help Miami Cats. She talked about how she started this in the caption of this Instagram post. “❤️ Guys!!!! I have always loved cats and had many growing up. When I moved to Miami Beach I met a great calico named Chacha and learnt that cats were brought to the city by Mayor Lummus … against rodents. Cats rely on volunteers for their food and water and there’s a huge amount of them. There’s a city program to Spay and neuter with the wonderful @sobecats ladies and the feeding is made official by a City Sanctioned badge, yet new cats keep getting dumped daily sadly and there’s a never ending amount of work, emergencies and so on. I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats . We feed close to 200 and when Batman got paralyzed took him and other special needs cats under my care … @stevensachs69 with the cat room and the amazing people involved devote their lives to these special souls … My life has changed a lot too … way less spare time, way more sweat and tears and lost the person I had by my side who had sadly other priorities … yet gained so much love from these lovely creatures !!! If you can please get involved in any way … follow @helpmiamicats , share, volunteer, adopt … donate … Only together we can make their world a better place !!! And yes … just me feeding the kitties and talking to them … 🤷🏻♀️👀😆❤️🙌”
