She Eats A Balanced Diet

When it comes to her diet, Booth is a believer in balance. She talked about this in her Women Fitness interview. “No, I don't follow any diet,” she says. “But I like to eat healthy. 6 meals a day that include a lot of fruit and veg and protein. I do have a sweet tooth, so I do indulge every now and again which is fine to do.”

She Does A Variety of Workouts

Booth opened up about some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Women Fitness. In it, she shared her favorite workouts. Booth says that she does a lot of different things to keep herself in shape. “I like to do circuit training. Also running and lots of core and stretching. I like to mix it up a little and always keep it interesting.”

She Strengthens Her Upper Body

Booth shared how she trains for golf in an interview with Best Fit Magazine. She says that she makes sure to strengthen her upper body. “It’s a balancing act, and I’m in the gym a lot, but this year I’m trying to be more focused on my golf swing too. It’s difficult because I’ve had a lot of niggling injuries, which means I am trying to strengthen those areas of the body, like my elbow, for example, and my left shoulder. A lot of the work I try and do now is focused on those areas and making them more mobile. It’s not just about strength in those areas, but also rotation and flexibility.”

She Doesn't Pressure Herself

Booth also tells Best Fit Magazine that she makes sure to not pressure herself on the course. “I think when things aren’t going too well off the course they can really affect your game on it, so I think putting a lot of issues behind me will be a weight off my shoulders. I need to not be so hard on myself; I sometimes take things too personally, so this year I’m trying to relax and enjoy myself a bit more, stop stressing over everything!”

She Has A Positive Mindset

A big part of Booth’s success on the course is due to her mindset. She tells Best Fit Magazine that positivity is extremely importance to her. “I would say more than the physical attributes, you need a good and positive mindset. You need belief. You need to be dedicated. I guess that’s the same in all sports.”

Carly Booth is at putting practice – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the golfer shows off her swing while getting ready for competition. “Putting practice using my @puttoutgolf making sure my head is over the ball. #putting #puttinggreen #puttingdrills #golf,” she captioned the Instagram video. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Golf

Golf is obviously Carly’s main form of fitness. After the gym you can find her on the course, “Perhaps hitting some balls, doing some short game, then going to play nine holes,” she says. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

2. Positive Mindset

According to Carly, mindset is key when it comes to golf. “I would say more than the physical attributes, you need a good and positive mindset. You need belief. You need to be dedicated. I guess that’s the same in all sports,” she told Best Fit.

3. Strength Training and Cardio

Carly hits the gym daily. “I usually workout for an hour, before heading to practice,” she told Women & Golf. I believe it’s how you train that is important. Training in a way that doesn’t overload your muscles. Yes, you need to be strong for golf, but you also need to be supple. I personally love to train and do a lot of cardio”

2. Rotational Movements

“What’s your one workout or move that is an essential part of your weekly routine in relation to your golf swing?” asked Best Fit. “Any kind of rotational movements are great for the golf swing but also anything that helps you develop your power,” she responded.

5. Swimming

Carly was a swimmer growing up. “I swam for so many years and my best stroke was butterfly, which is the hardest one, so that gave me a lot of power,” she told Best Fit. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Karolina Pliskova is an extremely successful tennis player. She has won 17 single and 5 double titles on the WTA Tour. Pliskova recently shared a workout video of herself on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing things like lunges, squats, and using a resistance band. She captioned the video, “Slowly back in the gym.”

She Squats

Pliskova is seen doing squats with weights and squat walks in her Instagram video. Squats are very beneficial. ACE Fitness states, “Love them or hate them, squats can work wonders for your strength, flexibility, physique and power. This multi joint movement engages the glutes, hamstrings, quad, back and core, making it a great total-body exercise.”

She Lifts Weights

Pliskova does a lot of workouts with weights to keep herself in shape. In her Instagram video, she is seen using them. Pliskova included a photo in this post of herself lifting a barbell. She captioned it, “Did some workouts in @the_flag_costadelsol great place to train! U can also have more info about how fit u really are there🫠 And finish with a great coffee thanks for having us🙂↔️❤️🔥”

She's Grown

Pliskova opened up about how she’s grown in an interview with Sports Illustrated. “In the juniors I was totally different physically and mentally. Now I've grown up mentally. I've played so many matches against the top players so now I know a little bit how to play against them. I'm not that scared of them or the big stadiums. I've improved my movement a little bit—there's still a lot to work on. But it's improving slowly.”

She Does Sprints

In her Sports Illustrated interview, Pliskova shared some of the workouts she does that improve her tennis skills. One thing she does is sprint training. “My training wasn't that different from before but I was working more on movement on the court. Like left, right and sprints. We tried to work on that more. Also moving in between the balls, we were practicing that more. Also, after matches I'm feeling not too tired.”

She Uses A Fitness Bike

Pliskova is seen on a fitness bike in this Instagram post. Doing this has a lot of benefits. MD Anderson states, “Cycling is considered aerobic exercise, not resistance training. But the effort required to put your bike in motion will improve the overall function of your lower body. And keeping a bike upright and moving engages muscles throughout your body, including your upper body and core."

Cheyenne Woods is living it up in New Mexico with Notah Begay III and his Notah Begay III Foundation – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the golfer shows off her amazing body in a two-piece workout set while teasing an announcement. “Can’t wait for you all to see what we have coming with @golfpass, stay tuned!” she wrote in the Instagram caption. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Tiger Woods is Her Uncle

“Once I made it there [the LPGA Tour] I struggled to feel comfortable and believe in my ability. You sometimes think you have to play a different game or change as a person. What got you there is actually what’s going to keep you there. The Tiger Woods thing was tough for me, I didn’t think it would be hard but it was. I struggled with trusting my own ability but I’m through the other end of it now. I know who I am as a player and a person. I do believe I haven’t reached my potential,” she confessed to The Guardian. She maintains her uncle is “supportive” but people have trolled her because of her relative. “Growing up with the last name of Woods I knew what to expect. I understood the headlines catch attention a little more. I thought if I just pretended it didn’t bother me, it wouldn’t – but I learned that I truly did have to address it. I had to see for myself that I am a person, a golfer outside of being Tiger’s niece, before anybody else can see that as well. I know why I am doing this, I know who I am. I had to disregard what people wrote or said. I’m doing this for me,” she continued. “I have had those moments of wishing I was Jane Doe. But listen, it has helped me; I have been able to have conversations with Tiger, have doors and opportunities open to become a better player and person. At one point I wanted to prove everybody wrong. Now I see the positives.”

2. Strength Training

Cheyenne hits the gym for strength training sessions. “Happy&Healthy✨,” she captioned a gym selfie.

3. Hiking

She also enjoys getting outdoors and taking hikes. Here she is hiking in Arizona wearing a Nike sports bra and leggings. “Az in December,” she captioned the post.

4. Dancing, Track, Volleyball

Athleticism started for Cheyenne when she was young. “I started playing and taking lessons when I was five or six, which was very young. But I played a lot of sports growing up so golf wasn’t my entire life. I danced competitively, I ran track and I played volleyball. My parents wanted me to be pretty rounded and left me to decide which sport to concentrate on,” she told Kingdom.

5. Golf

Golf is Cheyenne’s main sport. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Nelly Korda, a highly successful golf player, is currently enjoying a trip to Malaysia. She recently shared highlights of her trip on Instagram, where she can be seen on the golf course, at the beach, and relaxing with a coffee. Korda’s posts show her in various workout clothes, offering a glimpse into her lifestyle. Golf remains the primary way she stays in shape, but her approach to fitness goes beyond just the game. Korda focuses on perfecting her technique, grip strength, and impact during practice while incorporating different workouts, like squats and rowing, to stay fit off the course.

1. She Golfs

Golf is the main way Korda stays fit. Better Health states that the sport is very beneficial. “Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

2. She Focuses On Grip Strength

Korda shared some of the things that she works on when she practices with Golf Monthly. “The first thing you want to check is if you’re gripping it correctly, it makes a huge difference in your swing,” she said. “You could easily be too weak or too strong and it will affect where the face of the club is. So grip is important as well as stance and where your weight is. Once you get those fundamentals all down, it’s so much easier to work on consistency and easier to work on shooting lower numbers.”

3. She Focuses On Impact

Korda also told Golf Monthly that she also focuses on impact when she practices. “I am mainly just working on impact. On the putting green I do a drill because your eye-line and eyesight change every single day. You may see the ball and your line differently every single day, so doing a line drill is really important as you start your putting. Try it for five minutes to make sure you dial in your alignment. Once you do that, then you work on your distance.”

4. She Does Lunge Squats

Korda shared some of her favorite workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunge squats with kettlebells. Korda captioned the post, “2 weeks @ home to train. Let’s go!” Squats have a lot of benefits, according to Piedmont. “Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

5. She Uses A Rowing Machine

Korda is also seen on a rowing machine in her Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that this has a lot of health benefits. “Your abdominal muscles, lower back, obliques, glutes and hamstrings all get a workout during a session on a rowing machine. If you follow proper form, your core will be engaged during every single step of the rowing process. Strengthening those muscles is also key to maintaining stability and building speed.”

Known for her skill and determination on the course, Korda also made waves as a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model. A few weeks ago, she shared highlights of her November on Instagram, featuring moments with friends, her dog, and coffee breaks.

She Took a Break

Ahead of the Le Golf National, Korda talked about why she took a break in a press conference. “My parents have always said, it’s very important to put your head down, grind, go to the gym but it’s also important to recharge your battery because sometimes with all the obligations that you maybe have off the golf course, and then all the emotions that you feel on the golf course that you go through, all the adrenaline, it tears at you a little bit. So it’s good to kind of step away and to recharge your batteries and to come back a little bit more fresh.”

She Does Lunges

Korda shared this video on Instagram of herself doing different exercises. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. The Mayo Clinic states that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Squats

Nelly Korda does squats with weights and a barbell.

Korda is also seen doing squats with a barbell and resistance band in the previous Instagram video. Squats have a lot of benefits. Allina Health says, “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong. Include squats in your exercise routine two to three days a week to reap the benefits from this dynamite move. Rest at least one day to allow muscle recovery.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

Gymless states that the exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Hip thrusts are more than a fitness trend; they’re a critical element of a well-rounded fitness regimen. Chanel Coco Brown isn’t just sharing workout tips—she’s living them. The professional influencer, known for her vibrant wellness content on Instagram, recently posted an inspiring message to her followers as the year wrapped up. Dressed in sleek two-piece workout gear, Brown encouraged everyone to keep pushing their fitness goals, reminding us, “The year isn’t over yet, making each day count 🔒.” With a mix of motivational wisdom and seriously strong routines, Brown shows how discipline and dedication fuel her fitness journey. From Pilates to pulldowns, here’s how she stays in peak shape.

She Disciplined

When it comes to fitness, Brown is disciplined. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram video. “I’M TALKING TO YOU 🗣️ it’s Monday, let’s go! This is what I do when I don’t want to go to the gym 👉🏽 I put my shoes on, get in the car, turn up to the gym, still I don’t want to workout and that’s okay, it’s okay to not want to do something but what we’re still going to do is show up. We’re going to show up because that is how we’re going to build self-discipline, that is how we’re going to build a habit, a habit that will take you from where you are to where you want to be. It’s okay to not want to do something, you can crawl back to your home comforts, but nothing grows from comfort zones and we can’t always let our thoughts or mood dictate our actions. Get uncomfortable, learn to be okay with uncomfortable. Complain throughout the whole workout if you want to, take it slower, have a mediocre session if that suits you, because it’s not about this single session it’s about the bigger picture - you showed up, even when you could have made 100 excuses, you showed up because you’re levelling up. Self-discipline baby.”

She Does Pilates

Brown likes to do Pilates to keep herself in shape. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself at a class. The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates isn’t going to bulk you up — if anything, it’s designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury.”

She Does Treadmill Exercises

Brown shared some of her favorite exercises in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing in it is walking on a treadmill. Healthy Talbot states that these exercises have a lot of benefits. “Treadmill working is an aerobic/ cardio exercise. Studies demonstrate that aerobic exercise can minimize the risk of heart diseases. Moreover, they can strengthen your heart muscles. This helps to lower blood pressure and allows the heart to pump blood more efficiently. Most doctors recommend aerobic exercise to people suffering from cardiovascular diseases.

Cardiovascular exercises control cholesterol levels in the blood, preventing artery blockage. They increase high-density lipoprotein and reduce low-density lipoprotein in the blood.”

She Does Squats

Brown is also seen doing squats in the previous Instagram video. Allina Health reports that they have a lot of health benefits. “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

She Does Pulls-Downs

Brown shared this video on Instagram of herself doing back exercises, including pulldowns. This exercise is very beneficial. Piedmont states, “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability.”

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

Brenda Perlaza is flaunting her fantastic figure in a tiny bikini. In a new social media post the influencer, who calls herself La Barbie Negra, looks flawless as she poses on the beach in a neon yellow swimsuit. “#viral,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Wow Wow,” one of her followers commented, while several others added fire emojis. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Jogging

Brenda enjoys jogging. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Walking Her Dog

She also takes her dog on long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Dancing

You can also find Brenda dancing to burn calories. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues

Swimming

Brenda spends a lot of time in her swimsuit so it isn’t surprising she loves to swim. According to the CDC, swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, multiple studies support the mental health benefits of swimming.

Hydration

Finally, Brenda hydrates, especially after a long workout or sun exposure. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
