Tisha Alyn is a golfer, fitness instructor, and influencer. She recently shared a video on Instagram of herself on the course. Alyn captioned the post, “Tap me in coach for the 1st @tglgolf match! 😏⛳️🎯📍 Palm Beach - excited to finally see what it’s all about! My team isn’t playing tonight but yall can still root for @wearelagc 😉🖤 Let’s have a night!”

She Believes In Kindness

Alyn wants to help others and is a big believer in kindness. She talked about this in an interview with Paige Ditullio. “One way to make a difference is… by paying it forward. Like in high school, you gotta do a Random Act of Kindness. Every time you do a random act of kindness it's going to come back to you.”

She Authentic

Alyn talked about the importance of authenticity in her Paige Ditullio interview. “To be all in is to be living your true most authentic best self, being completely fearless while doing it. I think the one thing that I've been able to do, and I haven't always made the right decision, but I've always been fearless when I've chosen to do something. I could be scared, but I'll still make the jump, I'll still take the leap because what is worse than staying put? What's the worst that can happen? Being all in is being completely fearless.”

She Does Hip Exercises

Alyn shared some of her favorite hip exercises in this Instagram post. In it, she is seen doing things like hip thrusts and rainbow kicks. Alyn captioned the post, “(Swipe Right) ➡️ A series 💪🏽Warm ups to help YOU ✨open up those hips ✨ in your golf swing ⛳️😘Guaranteed - if you give each of these a go 10x each way right before you hit the course, you’re going to open up your hips so much better! Lmk what else you wanna see 💥”

She Works On Her Swing

Alyn shared some of her tips for improving her swing in this Instagram post. She captioned it, “3 swing thoughts to help you stop OVERSWINGING! 🙅🏻♀️🚫⛳️1. Keep your weight on the insides of your feet throughout your entire swing till you hit your finish. The moment you feel your weight shift onto the outside of your feet, this can lead to swaying and major inconsistency in ball contact. 👊🏽 2. Swing till you hit the letter ‘L’ . This feels similar to a pitch swing, but I promise it’s only a feeling and not likely what’s actually happening. 🙇🏻♀️3. Add a pause in your swing. ✨ This is a solid drill that can help you build swing awareness! Disclaimer: Overswinging is not necessarily a bad thing! It is true that a longer swing does create more distance. However, it makes it harder to repeat. IMO - I’d choose the shorter distance but in the fairway drive vs the long and in the trees drive 😅 Hope this helps! 🫶🏽”

She Takes Care Of Her Back

Alyn shared her tips for taking care of her back in this Instagram post. “It’s been a minute but #tipswithtish is back! 💥 If you’re struggling with sudden back pain in your swing, this video is for you. 🙇🏻♀️1. If you’re forcing your back straight at set up - stop it rn 🚫You’re limiting your mobility before you can even swing!🙅🏻♀️ 2. Early extension - this is a common problem, but nothing repetition can’t fix! Allowing your upper body some room to come down so your elbow doesn’t get stuck will help you tremendously! ✨ Hope this helps and happy Sunday!”

Tania Tare, a professional golfer known for her impressive trick shots, always keeps things fun and challenging. In a recent Instagram post, she humorously swapped a golf ball for a pickleball in one of her signature shots, showing her playful side. While Tare’s skills on the course are impressive, her fitness routine extends beyond just golf. From core exercises to weight training and even swimming, she ensures her body stays strong and balanced to support her game. Tare’s dedication to fitness, combined with her love for challenging herself both on and off the golf course, has helped her become the standout golfer and trick shot expert she is today. Here’s a glimpse into how she maintains her healthy, active lifestyle.

1. She Plays Golf

Naturally, playing golf is one of the main ways Tare stays in shape. According to Randa, golf is a great way to stay fit. “On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories. If you play golf for at least 150 minutes per week you are meeting WHO global exercise guidelines.”

2. She Works Her Core

Tare makes sure to stay in shape for golf. One thing she does is core workouts. Tare shared some of her favorites in this Instagram post. She captioned it, “‘It’s been 6 months since I joined the gym and still no progress. I’m going there tomorrow in person to see what’s really going on’ 😂 Here’s some core exercises for those of you who want to burn off the isolation McChickens.... @ando_pfs.”

3. She Uses Weights

Tare likes to use weights when she works out. She sometimes uses them when she is working her core. In this Instagram post, she is seen using weights to do crunches, throwing a weighted ball, and using weights to balance her arms. Tare captioned the post, “A possible reason as to why I’ve never had any lower back issues from golf... core exercises like these courtesy of @ando_pfs 🙌🏽 which one do you think is most difficult?”

4. She Challenges Herself

Tare talked about her career in an interview with the Golf 360 Podcast. She says that she made sure to challenge herself when playing golf. “I would always put myself with people who were better than me,” Tare revealed. “So I think that was where I learned the most. And I mean, because it's a male dominated sport a lot of the time, I ended up playing with the boys off the men's tee and stuff like that, and I think that actually really helped me. Then sometimes I would go into tournaments, end up on the women's tees, and it felt like a little bit easier for me, or high fives I knew I could reach into and stuff.”

5. She Swims

Tare loves to swim to stay in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself in the water. Tare shared this video of herself diving into a lake in the Caribbean. She captioned it, “Describe this ‘dive’ in one word... 😂 needless to note: I was never on the swim team!” Tare also shared this photo of herself tubing on the Salt River. She captioned it, “Personal opinion: Just by putting on sunnies, a girl can look significantly better the same way a guy can, just by wearing a hat... with that being said, I don’t think I can take these off! 😂”

Cheyenne Woods is living it up in New Mexico with Notah Begay III and his Notah Begay III Foundation – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the golfer shows off her amazing body in a two-piece workout set while teasing an announcement. “Can’t wait for you all to see what we have coming with @golfpass, stay tuned!” she wrote in the Instagram caption. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Tiger Woods is Her Uncle

“Once I made it there [the LPGA Tour] I struggled to feel comfortable and believe in my ability. You sometimes think you have to play a different game or change as a person. What got you there is actually what’s going to keep you there. The Tiger Woods thing was tough for me, I didn’t think it would be hard but it was. I struggled with trusting my own ability but I’m through the other end of it now. I know who I am as a player and a person. I do believe I haven’t reached my potential,” she confessed to The Guardian. She maintains her uncle is “supportive” but people have trolled her because of her relative. “Growing up with the last name of Woods I knew what to expect. I understood the headlines catch attention a little more. I thought if I just pretended it didn’t bother me, it wouldn’t – but I learned that I truly did have to address it. I had to see for myself that I am a person, a golfer outside of being Tiger’s niece, before anybody else can see that as well. I know why I am doing this, I know who I am. I had to disregard what people wrote or said. I’m doing this for me,” she continued. “I have had those moments of wishing I was Jane Doe. But listen, it has helped me; I have been able to have conversations with Tiger, have doors and opportunities open to become a better player and person. At one point I wanted to prove everybody wrong. Now I see the positives.”

2. Strength Training

Cheyenne hits the gym for strength training sessions. “Happy&Healthy✨,” she captioned a gym selfie.

3. Hiking

She also enjoys getting outdoors and taking hikes. Here she is hiking in Arizona wearing a Nike sports bra and leggings. “Az in December,” she captioned the post.

4. Dancing, Track, Volleyball

Athleticism started for Cheyenne when she was young. “I started playing and taking lessons when I was five or six, which was very young. But I played a lot of sports growing up so golf wasn’t my entire life. I danced competitively, I ran track and I played volleyball. My parents wanted me to be pretty rounded and left me to decide which sport to concentrate on,” she told Kingdom.

5. Golf

Golf is Cheyenne’s main sport. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Mel Reid is playing golf – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the athlete shows off her amazing body in an exercise set while on the course. “Our ambassadors Mel Reid and Cameron Champ are ready for the action this weekend at the second annual @grantthorntoninv. Don’t miss the two players and their two tours come together for the most equal event in the game,” the Instagram post shared by Grant Thornton is captioned. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Mental Health

Mental,Health,Bulb,Word,Cloud,,Health,ConceptShutterstock

“Honestly, mental health is huge,” Mel told Golf. “It’s huge in all walks of life and I feel that athletes sometimes get a bad rap for speaking about it because we are seen as ‘superhuman.’ And I think there are some people out there who don’t know what we go through to be one of the best at what we do. I think social media has a lot to answer for also. Don’t get me wrong, I love me some Instagram and I really think there are some huge benefits from it, but I can certainly tell if I’m on it too much. I need to keep an eye on that,” she said. “Everyone should work on their mental health, though. It’s the foundation to everything. I’m really proud of the likes of Simone who is using her platform to speak about these issues that so many people can relate to. She has 100% of my support and I’ve been there and so I get it. And a side note: I’m also incredibly proud of the likes of Matt Wolf, too. It’s not an easy thing to do as people see it as a weakness. However I think the opposite: it’s strength beyond measure!!”

Snowboarding

When she isn’t golfing, you might find Mel on the mountains. “So I grew up basically playing every sport I could … skiing, tennis, hockey … but my main loves were snowboarding and football and still are when I’m not smacking a white ball around a field,” she told Golf. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. “Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles,” they say. “Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer.”

Running and Cycling

Mel uses cardio, “a 20-minute run or bike,” to deal with jet lag, she told Golf. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Surfing And Paddle Boarding

Surf,Surfboard,On,The,Beach,At,SunsetShutterstock

Mel moved to Jacksonville, Florida and started getting into water sports.”The beauty of living in Jacksonville is paddle boarding or my new hobby of surfing. Surf wasn’t the best this week, though,” she said in the interview. According to the Australian government’s Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. “Once you’re standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up,” they say.

Here Is Her Workout

Mel revealed her workout to Golf, a density workout with side lunges, seated stretches, and basic calisthenics.

Medicine Ball Discus Throws x 10

Goblet / Kettle Bell squat x 10

One-leg Push-ups x 5 each leg

Lunge Resistance Rotations x 5 each side

Paige Mackenzie has become a social media sensation, captivating audiences with her golf content and impressive skills on the course. Known for her striking swing and energetic personality, Mackenzie inspires fans with her dedication to both her sport and her fitness. Last week, she posted a video on Instagram showcasing her golf swing and asked followers to rate it, captioning the post, “Rate my swing 1-10.” Beyond golf, she shares her passion for fitness through workout videos, highlighting her ab exercises, stretching routines, and mountain biking adventures. Whether she’s on the course or in the gym, Mackenzie demonstrates her commitment to staying active and living a healthy lifestyle, making her an influential figure in both sports and wellness.

1. She Golfs

Golf is one of the main ways Mackenzie keeps herself in shape. The sport has a lot of benefits. Better Health reports, “Golf provides a stimulating mental challenge combined with a healthy walk in pleasant surroundings and can be played by people of all abilities and ages. Golf can be played on your own or in a team. It may be a casual pastime or a competitive activity.”

2. She Does Ab Workouts

@paigemackenzie

Mackenzie has an impressive set of abs. Naturally, she does a lot of ab workouts. Mackenzie shared this TikTok of herself in the gym. In it, she is seen doing ab workouts like v-sit crunches and toe touches. According to The Mayo Clinic, ab workouts have a lot of benefits. “Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability.”

3. She Does Planks

Paige Mackenzie.3Paige Mackenzie/Instagram

In the previous TikTok, Mackenzie is seen holding a plank. Exercise physiologist, Katie Lawton MEd, tells The Cleveland Clinic that planks are very beneficial. “Plank exercises generally strengthen your ability to brace your abdominals,” notes Lawton. “Planks can also activate other related muscles, such as your glutes (muscles in your buttocks), hamstrings (muscles in the backs of your thighs) and lower back.”

4. She Stretches

Paige Mackenzie.2Paige Mackenzie/Instagram

Mackenzie is seen doing stretches for her legs in the previous TikTok. Stretching is very important. Harvard Health reports, “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

5. She Bikes

@paigemackenzie

Mackenzie shared this TikTok of herself biking in the mountains. Biking is a great workout to do. A Healthier Michigan states, “Biking strengthens your muscles. This one, you can feel. When you’re pedaling, you can feel it working your calves, your quads and your glutes. These are all big muscles and working these out regularly can have big benefits not only for calorie counting, but also for stronger, leaner legs.”

Lexi Thompson, a professional golfer and recent Solheim Cup winner, is taking her passion for fitness to a new level with the launch of her fitness app. In August, Thompson shared the exciting news on Instagram, captioning, "The time is finally here! So excited to share the Lexi Fitness app with you 👊🏼." Beyond her golf career, Thompson stays fit by incorporating workouts like weight training, stationary biking, and lunges into her routine, and she's eager to help others achieve their fitness goals through her app.

1. She Golfs

Golf is the main way Thompson stays fit. She shared this post on Instagram of her experience at the Solheim Cup. Thompson captioned it, “So proud of this team! Such great golf played by both sides, this week is always a special week for womens golf and truly shows the talent and passion we all have! Thank YOU to the Solheim family for making this incredible event possible, the volunteers, and the FANS for the cheers out there and all making this possible . Some of my most memorable moments in my career are from the @thesolheimcup and I’m so grateful I was part of this team representing my country for my 7th time under my captain Stacey Lewis, a player I’ve always looked up to. Blessed to have the cup back in our hands! 🇺🇸❤️”

2. She Loves Peanut Butter & Banana Sandwiches

Thompson revealed in an interview with Golf Digest that she likes to eat peanut butter and banana sandwiches while playing golf, and explained why. “I noticed my hands were shaking during rounds, so I called Tiger and he asked what I eat on-course. He said to add these peanut-butter-and-banana sandwiches on wheat bread. I eat half of one every three holes to keep my energy constant.”

3. She Uses A Stationary Bike

Thompson likes to use a stationary bike to stay fit. In this Instagram post, she is seen on her Peloton. Using a stationary bike has a lot of benefits. Penn State PRO Wellness states that the workout has a lot of benefits. “Depending on the intensity of your workout and your body weight, you can burn more than 600 calories an hour with a stationary bike workout. This makes indoor cycling an excellent workout option for burning calories quickly.”

4. She Uses Weights

Thompson shares a lot of her workouts on Instagram. She likes to use weights to stay in shape. Thompson shared these videos of herself using weights. She captioned them, “Make the most of today.” ACE Fitness reports that using weights has a lot of benefits. “Using maximal loads for compound (multi-joint) movements like the deadlift, squat-to-shoulder press, bent-over row or chest press can improve intermuscular coordination, which is the ability of many muscles to work together to generate and control high levels of force through multiple joints.”

5. She Does Lunges

Lunges are another workout that Thompson enjoys doing. In the previous Instagram post, she is seen doing side and front lunges. ACE Fitness reports that the exercise has a lot of benefits. “They’re a form of unilateral training, which means you’re working only one limb or side of the body at a time. And unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

Ana Zelu is a professional model and social media influencer. She is known for her content in nature. Zelu recently shared a post on Instagram of herself on a surfboard in the ocean. She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”

Gymless states that the exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Hip thrusts, as a compound movement, aid in increasing lower body strength and power, enhancing athletic abilities such as running, jumping, and powerlifting. By strengthening the posterior chain muscles, you can enhance your posture and lower the risk of back pain and muscle strain. Strong glutes and hamstrings contribute to hip and knee stability, minimizing injury risks in sports and daily life.”

Viciconte is seen using a stationary bike in the previous Instagram video. Doing this can help strengthen your muscles. Penn State PRO Wellness explained, “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedaling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes. If you use a bicycle with handles, you’ll also be able to work your upper body muscles, including your biceps, triceps, and shoulders.”

She Runs

Viciconte shared this Instagram video of herself working out. In it, she is seen doing running exercises. Viciconte captioned it, “When we exercise, our body releases endorphin, a natural substance produced by the brain during and after physical activity. The release of endorphin, also known as the 'joy hormone', helps you relax, reduces stress, anxiety and improves your mood. I always say that it's never too late to start moving, so you know that tomorrow you have no excuse 💪🏻”
