Han Groo is getting her sweat on – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the actress and singer shows off her amazing body and form in a two-piece workout look. “Not a man with a wig lol.... 🤦🏻 ♀️” she captioned the post. How does the star, 31, approach health and fitness? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Daily Workouts

Han is committed to fitness and exercise. She makes sure to move daily. “Workout everyday🦾” she captioned the post. How often should you break a sweat? Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

2. Tennis

Han regularly hits the court to play tennis. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

3. Swimming

Han also spends time swimming laps. “Now let's go for a swim,” she captioned a post of herself in the pool. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

4. Aerial Silks

Han does aerial silks, a form of acrobatics using fabric. They are also called hammock silks.

5. Weight and Strength Training

Han does weight and strength training. In the video she does cable exercises. In another video she does an intense ab session. “Abs workout from the morning ⭐️” she wrote in the caption. “I'm dying of pain... Hope to see clear abs tomorrow. Among the actors who teach the body, I'm going to be the abdominal monkey!!!!!!!

The Real Housewives of New York (and Ultimate Girls Trip!) star Kristen Taekman is fully on board with the trend of ‘hot girl walks’ (which is when you take a 4 mile walk outside while listening to something that inspires you). Taekman, 46, shared a video of herself dressed in hot pink two-piece workout gear, looking—as usual—absolutely stunning. “Obsessed with hot girl walks… anyone else or am I just the last one to hop on this trend! 😳 anyways shout out @jljefflewis for keeping me entertained while I walk!” she captioned the post. Taekman appears to have barely aged a day since her stint on New York—here’s how she does it.

1. Fitness DVD

Taekman teamed up with celebrity trainer and JCORE founder Jay Cardiello to develop cardio/strength training fitness DVD Body Back. The workout can be done in 20 minutes, in a small space, no gym membership needed. “I said in the beginning I’m not a gym person. I walk into the gym and don’t know what to do with myself and I’m too embarrassed to ask,” Taekman told PEOPLE. “Like I literally walk around and pretend I know what I’m doing when I really don’t. So it’s awesome that I can just watch this video, and I have everything I need right there.”

2. 20 Minute Workout

Taekman’s favorite thing about Body Back is how short—yet effective—a workout it is. “I will tell my friends about JCORE Body Back and they say they don’t have time for that, and I’m like, ‘No you don’t understand. You start at 7:10 and you’re done at 7:30.’ Everyone has 20 minutes,” she told PEOPLE. “When we first started this whole process I was so winded — 7 minutes in and I felt like I couldn’t get through it. I kept saying to Jay, ‘I feel like I’m fit, but you obviously know how to help me tighten and strengthen.’ My goal was to not feel winded and I’m finally there, which is great.”

3. No Regrets

Taekman has no regrets about being on Housewives. “Life has been fantastic since the Housewives,” she told Upfront NY. “I always like to note that it has been drama free. The whole experience was wonderful, I learned so much. I made great new friends and I feel like I learned a lot about myself. I always like to remind people when the whole thing started for me my daughter was only a year old and I was still in that whole mommy mode. So for me it was a great opportunity to get back out there.”

4. Drugstore Cleanser

Taekman has been using the same drugstore cleanser for decades. "Everybody wants to try new things, but I feel like you should stick with what works,” she told PEOPLE. I've been using Purpose soap for 20 years to wash my face. You get it at CVS for $5. That's the only thing I use; I won't stray from it. I used to have really crazy problems with my skin so I don't like to stray from what my skincare routine is. I'm kind of superstitious." "The best beauty advice I've ever gotten is to sleep with a silk pillowcase," Taekman says. "It's good for your hair, it's good for your skin and it's anti-aging. When you're smooshed up all night on a cotton pillow, it causes wrinkles and messes up your hair. When I travel I bring silk scarves to throw on the pillow."

5. Get That Glow

Taekman knows how important healthy habits are for beauty and wellness. “We all know the importance of 8 hours of sleep, drinking the equivalent to 8 glasses of water (which I love with a squeeze of fresh lemon) and eating healthy are the three best things you can do for your skin and body,” she writes in her website Last Night’s Look. “I strongly recommend find the beauty routine that works for you and your skin and stay consistent with it and get that GLOW!”

Charlize Theron helped raise awareness for her Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project with a very fun charity tennis tournament called Desert Smash. Theron, 48, shared pictures and video of herself wearing a white tennis skirt and black shirt, posing with her fellow players. “This week I got to immerse myself in two of my favorite things: Tennis, and @CTAOP 😍 So grateful to everyone who came out, and the team who has kept this epic event going strong for 20 years!” she captioned the post. “👏👏👏,” commented fellow tennis enthusiast Courteney Cox. Here’s how Theron looks and feels better, both inside and out, with every year that passes.

1. Solo Hikes

Stylish,Hipster,Woman,With,Backpack,Looking,At,Amazing,Woods,AndShutterstock

Theron works out for self-care as well as her physical health. “I really love getting the gym out of the way in the morning – it’s when I have the most energy,” she told Vogue. “For me it’s very motivational and it’s like the best caffeine in the world, my brain is not good when I don’t workout. Between 7am and 8am in the morning I’m always doing something. I’m either at the gym or I’ll do Pilates or a hike – that’s the one hour I tend to take for myself. It’s a way for me to start my day and feel balanced.”

2. Pilates and Weights

Theron loves Pilates and weight lifting. “I don’t do any exercise in my life that I hate,” she told Vogue. “Everything that I do I love, and I love switching it up. I love when I go and lift weights and I work with somebody who’s going to make me do things that I haven’t done before, so it’s constantly a challenge. I’m very into Pilates, I’ve worked with the same teacher for close to a decade now. I have a [reformer machine] in my house and she lives close to me, so most of the time our workouts are here at home.”

3. No More Weight Gain

Woman,Measuring,Her,Weight,Using,Scales,On,FloorShutterstock

Theron refuses to ever gain weight for a movie again. “When I was 27, I did Monster. I lost 30 pounds, like, overnight,” she told Allure. “I missed three meals and I was back to my normal weight. Then I did it at 43 for Tully, and I remember a year into trying to lose the weight, I called my doctor and I said, ‘I think I’m dying because I cannot lose this weight.’ And he was like, ‘You’re over 40. Calm down. Your metabolism is not what it was.’ Nobody wants to hear that.”

4. Beauty With Age

Theron feels more beautiful with every passing year. “And when I try to figure out why, it's because I feel like I have found more power,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I don't have time for [bs] anymore. I just feel more comfortable the older I get. And I think a lot of that is because I have found my power and I have real true happiness.”

5. No Facelift

Theron loves that her face is changing, and gets exasperated when people ask if she had a facelift. “I’ve always had issues with the fact that men kind of age like fine wines and women like cut flowers,” she told Allure. “I despise that concept and I want to fight against it, but I also think women want to age in a way that feels right to them. I think we need to be a little bit more empathetic to how we all go through our journey. My journey of having to see my face on a billboard is quite funny now.”

From the mighty Asgardian to the gritty streets of Gotham, these male stars have captured hearts and screens with their stunning physiques. Discover the secrets behind their jaw-dropping transformations as we delve into the intense regimens and dietary choices that have sculpted their bodies into works of art. From Chris Hemsworth's strategic meals to Dwayne Johnson's versatile workouts, and Hugh Jackman's commitment to the old-school way, these leading men share their fitness journeys. Unveil how dedication, discipline, and expert guidance turned actors into real-life superheroes, showcasing their awe-inspiring evolution both on and off the silver screen.

1. Chris Hemsworth

"Limitless With Chris Hemsworth" New York PremiereDia Dipasupil/Getty Images

Chris Hemsworth works with trainer Luke Zocchi to prepare for his role as Thor in different Marvel films. Zocchi talked about the actor’s diet and exercise in an interview with Page Six. “When we go into prep for movies like ‘Thor,’ it’s a massive increase in food,” Zocchi said. “He eats, like, six to eight meals a day. We’ve kind of got a structure. He found if he eats a really big meal he, like, feels too heavy, so they’re 450-calorie meals broken up into the eight. We try to eat every two hours and getting 450 calories in [each time].”

2. Dwayne Johnson

World Premiere Of Disney's "Jungle Cruise" - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

For a lot of his roles, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has to be in good shape. His trainer, Dave Rienzi broke down how Johnson prepped for his role in Black Adam to GQ. “We tweak his training depending on the challenge or project, but for DJ, training is always six days a week, and we do strength and cardio each day. The Black Adam training process was chest and triceps, back and biceps, shoulders, arms, then chest and back – one of those groups a day – but focused on getting lots of blood into the muscle as opposed to training really heavy. Day six is normally on Sunday, so there's a day off beforehand, and that'll be leg day. We specifically planned a leg workout on the weekend because it's away from his working week so that he can recover without it impacting his job. Imagine going from a killer leg workout into 12 hours of filming? It wouldn’t work. A leg session these days can be something like: leg press, hack squat, chain lunges, 100 lbs dumbbell sumo squat, with no rest between them. Typically there’s a negative hold for three seconds and one-second pause at the bottom on something like the sumo squat. We use a lot of negatives.”

3. Jason Momoa

Tom Ford AW20 Show - ArrivalsSteve Granitz/WireImage

Jason Momoa works with trainer Damien Viera to help him star in films like Aquaman. Viera opened up about Momoa’s diet in an interview with Men’s Journal. He says that the actor doesn’t believe in cutting carbs. “Jason couldn’t do something like a ketogenic diet, because he needs readily charged energy from carbs to be explosive. And when I say carbs, I’m not talking about breads and pastas—those are long gone. I’m talking about cruciferous vegetables and fruits. You can’t train the way we do with fat for fuel; you need the carbs for explosive movements.”

4. Zac Efron

75th Annual Golden Globe Awards - ArrivalsFrederick M. Brown/Getty Images

Patrick Murphy trained a lot of the stars of the film adaptation of Baywatch, including Zac Efron. Murphy talked about what he did with Efron and his castmates to Men’s Journal. “With Zac, I helped him create positive adaptations for perfect posture and alignment, all the while going through a very high-intensity program. I also plan ahead. I consider what type of supersets I’m slating for every workout. With Zac, it was ever-changing. I trained him for several months, and he never went through the same exact workout twice. That's how you avoid plateaus. I saw him daily, too, so it was amazing what happened.”

5. Hugh Jackman

Montblanc Celebrates The Launch Of MB 01 Headphones & Summit 2+ With NYC EventDimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images

In an interview on Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace, Hugh Jackman talked about how he got in shape to play Wolverine. He says that he made sure to not take steroids and eat a healthy diet. “I got to be careful what I say here, but I had been told anecdotally what the side effects are of that. And I was like, ‘I don’t love it that much.’ So no, I just did it the old school way. And I tell you, I’ve eaten more chickens — I’m so sorry to all the vegans and vegetarians and to the chickens of the world. Literally the karma is not good for me. If the deity has anything related to chickens, I’m in trouble.”

6. Chris Pratt

Marvel Studios "Thor: Love And Thunder" Los Angeles PremiereAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Chris Pratt made a massive transition career-wise in 2014, when he shifted from playing Andy Dwyer on Parks & Recreation, to starring in action films like Guardians of The Galaxy and Jurassic World. Pratt also had a massive physical transformation for these roles. He started working with Jared Shaw to help him achieve this. Shaw talked about working with Pratt to Men’s Journal. “Chris was still doing Parks and Recreation at that time and not in the shape he is today,” says Shaw. “I was supposed to work with him and a few other guys, but because he was just starting this journey I ended up spending a lot more time with Chris.”

7. Henry Cavill

20th Century Studio's "Avatar 2: The Way Of Water" U.S. Premiere - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Henry Cavill is best-known for playing Superman in the DC films and for appearing in Enola Holmes and The Witcher. “I've been very fortunate over my career to have pros guiding me,” he told GQ. “As useful as that has been when it comes to physical results and how the body looks when I'm taking my shirt off on camera or whatever the case may be, it does certainly hinder my growth in knowledge. And so over the past couple of years, I've been trying to quiz my trainer, Dave Rienzi, more and more about the why of everything. ‘Why is that going in? Why this rather than that? Aren't they both carbohydrates? Why this protein versus that protein? What does it mean when you do this before or afterwards?’ And so my journey is still very much in process.”

8. Michael B. Jordan

Marvel Studios' "Black Panther 2: Wakanda Forever" PremiereAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Michael B. Jordan is best known for his roles in the Creed films and as Killmonger in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Naturally, he’s got to be in good shape for these roles. Jordan talked about how he dieted for Creed on Good Morning America. “I stripped down my diet completely. Grilled chicken, brown rice, broccoli, a lot of water. I worked out two to three times a day, six days a week. And if you do that consistently for about 10 months, your body will change.”

9. Ryan Reynolds

Ryan Reynolds has played two superheroes in his career: The Green Lantern in 2011, and Deadpool since 2016. To prepare for the latter role, Reynolds works with Don Saladino. In this post from Saladino’s Instagram, Reynolds is seen lifting weights in the gym. Saladino captioned the post, “Deadpool 3 training in full effect.”

10. Gerard Butler

Gerard Butler made sure to get in shape for his role in the film 300. Butler talked about the process in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. “That was the best shape I have ever been in in my life. In some ways I was ruining my body, but I was looking amazing doing it.”

Butler said that he worked out six hours each day, and did bodybuilding, fighting, and CrossFit.

11. Mark Wahlburg

Mark Wahlburg opened up about his wellness in an interview with The Wall Street Journal. “Getting the right amount of rest, really staying focused. My spirituality, my faith has got to be the center of it all.” Wahlburg also opened up about his new plan. “I don't have to do as much cardio, I don't have to spend as much time in the gym and I feel like I am getting better results.”

12. Vin Diesel

Vin Diesel is in great shape. One of his secrets? Making sure he still enjoys exercising. “I work out less and enjoy it more these days,” Diesel admits to Men’s Health. “It’s a time in my week where I don’t have to juggle things. I can just exercise and be present."

13. Terry Crews

Terry Crews is known for his impressive figure. Not only did he used to play football, he also played the muscular Terry Jeffords on Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Crews opened up about fitness in this video for Men’s Journal. “Fitness is one of the most important things in my life. I do not start my day until I have my workout on.”

14. Arnold Schwarzenegger

"Fubar" Premiere - ArrivalsMark Von Holden/Getty Images

Arnold Schwarzenegger is known for several roles, particularly his role as the Terminator. He talked about his fitness secrets to The Hollywood Reporter. “We all know the rules of life: Hardship and struggle makes you stronger. So I always look forward to discomfort. Why do I go skiing in Aspen for three days in high altitude that wipes you out? Because it’s tough to do, especially at my age. Everyone is talking about their feelings. That’s OK if that’s how you want to occupy yourself. How I feel is irrelevant. I don’t give a fuck how I feel. What I care about is: ‘What can I do to make it better?’ Sometimes I get out of bed and feel shitty. But I get on a bike or go feed the animals and suddenly I feel great.”

15. Keanu Reeves

Keanu Reeves is known for playing the title character in the John Wick franchise. Reeves’ trainer, Patrick Murphy, talked about working with the actor to GQ. “I’ve trained talent for 25 years,” says Murphy. “Keanu is second to none when it comes to focus and effort for a physical role. He 110% gives it his all, day in and day out. It’s one of the many reasons why he is respected by so many who work with him.”

16. Idris Elba

Idris Elba opened up about his workout secrets to Men’s Journal. He says that he likes to kickbox when he can. "I'm not really allowed to do it while I'm working because it's considered too dangerous," he says. "Film producers get very nervous…"I'm not really fussy. I just need a couple of speed bags."

17. Dave Bautista

Dave Bautista talked about how he got in shape for Guardians of The Galaxy, Vol. 2 to Muscle and Fitness. “With Drax always being shirtless, there’s no room to hide any fat,” says Bautista. “I really focused on being in better shape and more muscular. I still do a lot of cross training, a lot of boxing and grappling. But I did gear a lot of my training toward weights this past year.”

18. Bradley Cooper

On an episode of the SmartLess podcast, Bradley Cooper talked about how Will Arnett helped him overcome addiction. "I was so lost, and I was addicted to cocaine," he recalled. “Will is the reason (I overcame it). He took the risk of having that hard conversation with me in July of 2004, and that put me on a path of deciding to change my life."

19. John Cena

John Cena talked about the difference between wrestling and doing his stunts in Peacemaker to People. “Movie coordinator stunt performers are massive amounts of repetition not only through practice, but through performance as well. Whereas you can practice your craft in WWE, but once you're out there live, it happens once and there really is no wrong. It just is. There's also no enormous, energetic, unbelievable crowd cheering you on as you do all this stuff and it has to be done from many angles and many perspectives.”

20. Ben Affleck

The Last Duel New York PremiereAstrid Stawiarz/Getty Images

Ben Affleck talked about his struggles with Imposter Syndrome to Complex. “What I’ve discovered is that the idea that outside approbation or approval is going to fill the place in you that is anxious or wanting or feels like it has something to prove. It doesn’t actually do it, strangely enough. You have these moments that are supposed to create that feeling in you and I think one finds that it generally doesn’t. It’s not lasting, that the things that last in life are not the totems or trophies or ribbons.”

Jamie Lee Curtis In Workout Gear is Inspired By Jake Gyllenhaal In “Road House”

Jamie Lee Curtis is giving props to the hard work Jake Gyllenhaal put in to get his strong physique in Roadhouse, and reminding everyone any movement is good for you. Curtis, 65, shared a picture of herself wearing black shorts and a black shirt with the Heartbreak Hill Running Company logo. “Happy to get out of bed and move my body. You don't have to run if you can't, but it's good to get up and do something. I love @heartbreak.run and their partnership with @jakegyllenhaal who, if you haven't seen @roadhousemovie yet, did a little running and maybe worked out a tad!” she captioned the post. Here’s the refreshing way Curtis approaches health, wellness, and beauty.

1. Walking With Friends

Curtis says walking—preferably with friends—is one of the best exercises anyone can do. “Several studies have found that walking reduces arthritis-related pain, and that walking five to six miles a week can even prevent arthritis from forming in the first place,” say the experts at Harvard Health. “Walking protects the joints — especially the knees and hips, which are most susceptible to osteoarthritis — by lubricating them and strengthening the muscles that support them.”

2. No To Botox

Curtis wants her daughters to not follow her example when it comes to cosmetic procedures—specifically when it comes to anti-aging tweaks. "Don't mess with your face," she told Today. "I did plastic surgery. I put Botox in my head. Does Botox make the big wrinkle go away? Yes. But then you look like a plastic figurine."

3. 25 Years of Sobriety

Sobriety,Word,In,A,Dictionary.,Sobriety,Concept.Shutterstock

Curtis is celebrating 25 years of sobriety. “I’m sober for a long time, long time — almost 25 years,” she told Today. “And the best thing I learned last year in recovery was people aren’t pleased when you stop people-pleasing. ... It was as if the greatest sage arrived on me. So I’m trying to own it. Isn’t that what life is supposed to be? We grow up, we learn, we do all these things. Now we have to own it. We have to own who we are, be who we are, and be in full acceptance of who we are and what we’re not. And I think that’s the beauty of me right now — owning it.”

4. Short Hair, Don’t Care

Curtis felt empowered by cutting her hair short. “It’s this stripping away the unessential aspects of your life,” she told Maria Shriver. “I’ve stripped away my hair. I could never figure out what to do with my hair. I couldn't figure it out… so I finally figured it out—cut it off! I have stripped away the things that are not essential to me. I’m not a fashion girl, so I wear basically black or navy blue. I keep my hair short… so I can get done with the quotidian aspects of my life, so I am free to do the creative aspects of my life.”

5. She’s Pro-Aging

Curtis is adamant that aging is a privilege and so is natural beauty. “This word ‘anti-aging’ has to be struck. I am pro-aging,” she told Maria Shriver. “I want to age with intelligence and grace and dignity and verve and energy. I am an advocate now for natural beauty. I don’t want to hide from (my age) it as if it’s a bad thing. We’re all learning that people are on fire from it. It’s an inside job, we’re so confused on the outside, but the joy of being my age is an inside infrastructure.”

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”
