"Girl Mum 💝And i Will Raise Them To Be Kind Always," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does the actress keep herself fit and fabulous? Get "Regular Exercise" But "Go for the Big Meal"
"I do enjoy being healthy and getting regular exercise," Chelsee told Sunday Mirror about her approach to health. "But if it was a choice between the gym and a night out with my friends down my favourite Indian restaurant I'd go for the big meal any day."
Do Lots of Ab Work
While she is sporting a baby bump now, Chelsee is quite famous for her flat tummy, which she achieves by doing 100 stomach crunches a day. "I'm desperate to have a flat tummy. It's the part of my body that I'm most insecure about and I'm always trying to cover it up," she told the publication.
Find Workouts You Like
Chelsee also has a few other workouts she likes. She told Sunday Mirror that she uses a cross-trainer and Power Plate machine at home.
Minimize Carbs
Chelsee tries to keep carbs to a minimum. "I'll start the day with a big bowl of scrambled eggs to try to fill me up," she told the publication. "For lunch I'll have a chicken salad and then for dinner some grilled fish and roast vegetables." She also eats fruit in between meals.
Hydrate
Chelsee makes sure to hydrate. She told Sunday Mirror that she drinks three liters of water every day. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
Make Changes to Your Diet After Having a Baby
After having her baby Coco, Chelsee made some dietary changes. "After Coco arrived my appetite is nowhere near as big, I also eat much healthier and swear by green tea and liters of water everyday," she says. "I'd say I'm the smallest I've ever been in my life but the most happiest and content I guess I've ever been, not because I've lost the weight but just appreciating myself and my body much more realizing how amazing a woman's body is."
