Torchia captioned the post, “Still thinking about my session with @tearebenjamin @boxingwithbenji 🫶🏽☀️🥊🥊 soo much JOY x.” According to The Cleveland Clinic, boxing has a lot of benefits. “Boxing combines punching drills and conditioning exercises that can improve your heart health, strength, endurance, balance and coordination,” physical therapist, James Edwards, DPT, says. “It can also reduce stress, anxiety and depression and improve your confidence and overall well-being.”

Ingrid Oliveira, a professional competitive diver, represented Brazil at the 2024 Olympics in Paris, showcasing her incredible skills on the global stage. This summer, Oliveira gave fans a glimpse into her preparation with a TikTok titled “Get ready with me,” where she shared what she was packing for Paris. From training techniques to core-strengthening exercises, Oliveira’s fitness routine is as disciplined as her dives. Here’s a look at how the Olympian stays in top form, including stretching, strength training, and ab workouts, proving her dedication to excelling in her sport.

1. She Does Stretches

@_ingridoliveira_

Arrume-se comigo para as olimpiadas de Paris 2024 💙🖤❤️💛💚 #paris2024 #olimpiadas #grwm #foruyou #fly #fyp #vaiprofycarambaaaaa #viral

Since she’s an athlete, Olivera makes sure to stay in shape. She shared her training process in this TikTok. Olivera is seen doing different stretches in it. Stretching is very beneficial and important to do. Harvard Health says, “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

2. She Does Planks

Ingrid Oliveira.2Ingrid Oliveira/Instagram

Olivera is also seen holding a plank in the previous TikTok. Planks are very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic states, “Plank exercises work your core muscles, which are located between your pelvic floor and diaphragm. The area is also known as your trunk. These muscles support your movements and stabilize the spine.”

3. She Works Her Abs

Ingrid Oliveira.3Ingrid Oliveira/Instagram

Olivera does a lot of ab workouts to keep herself in shape. In her TikTok, she is seen doing Russian twists and crunches. Core workouts are very important. The Mayo Clinic states, “Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.”

4. She Strength Trains

Ingrid Oliveira.4Ingrid Oliveira/Instagram

Olivera is seen using weights to workout in her TikTok, and this can have a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic states, “Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

5. She Does Hip Thrusts

Ingrid Oliveira.5Ingrid Oliveira/Instagram

Olivera is seen doing hip thrusts in her TikTok. Gymless states that this exercise is very beneficial. “Hip thrusts, as a compound movement, aid in increasing lower body strength and power, enhancing athletic abilities such as running, jumping, and powerlifting. By strengthening the posterior chain muscles, you can enhance your posture and lower the risk of back pain and muscle strain.”

Georgia Hirst is a successful actress, known for her role on the series, Vikings. In July, Hirst shared a workout video on her Instagram. In it, she is seen doing some of her favorite bodyweight exercises. Hirst wore an all black set of workout clothes, looking good. She captioned the post, “Body weight squats x 45 secs. Squat jumps x 45 secs. Alternate lunge to squat x 45 secs. Jumping lunges x 45 secs. 1 MINUTE REST. Walk downs x 45 secs. Push ups x 45 secs. Mountain climbers x 45 secs. Alternating plank hold x 45 secs. 1 MINUTE REST. Sumo squats x 45 secs. Curtsy lunges x 45 secs. Ski squat x 45 secs. Burpees x 45 secs. 1 MINUTE REST. Plank hold x 1 minute. Side plank x 30 secs. Other side x 30 secs. Bicycle crunch x 1 minute.”

1. She Does Squats

Hirst is seen doing squat exercises like jump squats and ski squats in her Instagram video. The exercise has a lot of benefits. Piedmont states, “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off.”

2. She Does Lunges

Georgia Hirst.2Georgia Hirst/Instagram

Hirst is also seen doing lunge exercises in her Instagram video. She is seen doing jumping and curtsy ones. Lunges have a lot of health benefits. According to ACE Fitness, “Lunges primarily target the lower body muscles, but they’ll call on your core muscles, too, because they’re a unilateral (one-sided) exercise. Lunges can be a top strength exercise to add to your fitness routine. There are dozens of ways to vary them, either by altering the move or adding resistance — and the payoff for doing them is big, namely a stronger lower body.”

3. She Does Push-Ups

Georgia Hirst.3Georgia Hirst/Instagram

Hirst is seen doing push-ups in her Instagram post. She is also seen doing burpees, which include a push-up. NASM states that push-ups have a lot of benefits. “A push-up is an exercise you can do anytime, anywhere, but only if you learn the how, what, when, and why of it. Incredibly, this ONE exercise can help you torch calories, build and tone muscle, gain strength, and positively impact your overall fitness, function, and performance. Due to its versatility, mastering this exercise can be vital to unlocking your true fitness potential.

4. She Does Planks

Georgia Hirst.4Georgia Hirst/Instagram

Hirst is seen holding a plank and side planks in her Instagram video. Allina Health reports that planks have a lot of benefits. “The plank is a simple, effective bodyweight exercise that strengthens your core, as well as muscles in your upper and lower body. Core muscles, which include your back and abdomen, help you maintain posture and balance as you stand, sit and move throughout the day.”

5. She Does Bicycle Crunches

Georgia Hirst.5Georgia Hirst/Instagram

Hirst is seen doing bicycle crunches in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that the exercise has a lot of benefits. “Unlike the standard abdominal crunch that works just the front of your midsection (aka the rectus abdominis), the bicycle crunch exercise works those front muscles, your side obliques and even your lower body a bit. Plus, it's a fun way to add in some variety when you get bored of the basic crunch or plank. So, are bicycle crunches effective? If you want a stronger core to improve your athletic performance or help support your back (or both!), the bicycle crunch is a great move that should be incorporated into your exercise program.”

Timea Trajtelova, a renowned bodybuilder with a significant Instagram following, regularly shares her intense workout routines to inspire her audience. In August, she posted a video of herself at an outdoor gym, performing various strength exercises while sporting a stylish purple workout set. "I’ve missed making training videos and I hope you enjoy the return of this content on my Instagram," Trajtelova captioned. Her workout, which includes weight training, squats, lunges, rope climbing, and hanging crunches, showcases her dedication to fitness and encourages her followers to stay active. Whether building strength, improving balance, or toning muscles, Trajtelova's routine offers a well-rounded approach to fitness.

1. She Uses Weights

In her Instagram post, Trajtelova is seen doing exercises with weights. The Mayo Clinic states that these exercises can be very beneficial. “Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

2. She Does Squats

Trajtleova is also seen doing squats in her Instagram video. Piedmont states that the exercise has a lot of benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do…Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

3. She Does Lunges

Timea Trajtelova.3Timea Trajtelova/Instagram

Trajtelova is also seen doing walking lunges in her Instagram video. Lunges are a great exercise to do, according to ACE Fitness. “They’re a form of unilateral training, which means you’re working only one limb or side of the body at a time. And unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

4. She Climbs Rope

Timea Trajtelova.4Timea Trajtelova/Instagram

Trajtelova likes to climb to stay in shape. She is seen on a rope in her Instagram video. Climbing has a lot of benefits. High Peak states, “Climbing involves using the muscles in your arms, shoulders, back, and core to pull yourself up while also engaging your legs for balance and stability. More specifically, here are just a few muscles strengthened from climbing: The abdominal muscles support the body and maintain chest and pelvis alignment. The latissimus dorsi, usually referred to as "the lats" for short, are a pair of wing-shaped muscles in the center of your back that pull the body upward. You move from one foothold to another by pushing your body upward with the quadriceps (a set of muscles in the front of the thigh). You open and close your hands around each hold using the forearm flexors.”

5. She Does Hanging Crunches

Timea Trajtelova.5Timea Trajtelova/Instagram

Trajtelova makes sure to do core workouts to stay fit. She is seen doing hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are important, according to The Mayo Clinic. “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

Rita Ora isn’t just a chart-topping singer and TV star—she’s also serious about staying fit. Whether she’s lighting up the stage with hits like Black Widow or guessing contestants on The Masked Singer, Ora makes sure to carve out time for the gym. In a recent Instagram post captioned "Come to the gym with me," she gave fans an inside look at her workout routine, and it’s packed with powerhouse moves. From treadmill runs to Pilates, here’s exactly how she keeps her body in top shape.

She Strength Trains

Ora is seen using dumbbells and a weighted shoulder press machine in her Instagram video. Both of these are considered strength training exercises. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Runs On The Treadmill

Rita snaps a selfie on the treadmill

The first thing Ora does at the gym is run on the treadmill. Healthy Talbot states that this has a lot of benefits. “Jogging or running on a treadmill helps to lose weight as well as burn fat quickly and effectively. Yet it’s easier on your knees and joints than outdoor running. This is the most popular advantage of working out on a treadmill workouts. Besides, these workouts burn calories at a faster rate than other aerobic exercises. To burn calories even faster, you just need to run longer and faster on the machine.”

She Does Tricep Exercises

Rita Ora working her triceps

Ora is seen doing tricep curls in her Instagram video. Gymless says that all tricep workouts have a lot of benefits. “Our triceps muscles enable us to extend the elbows, and it is a powerful extender of the forearm. Triceps are often used for pushing, which is utilized in our everyday activities such as opening a door, inserting a plug into a socket, or moving furniture across the room.“

She Does Leg Presses

Ora is also seen using the leg press machine in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic says that this exercise is very beneficial. “The leg press is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work a variety of muscles in the lower body. Specifically, the leg press targets the quadriceps muscles in the front of the thighs, the gluteal muscles in the buttocks, the hamstring muscles in the back of the thighs, and the calves, all in an integrated fashion. Since the leg press works several muscles at once, it's an especially efficient way to strengthen your lower body.”

She Does Pilates

Rita Ora on a Pilates reformer

Rita Ora/Instagram

The last workout that Ora is seen doing in her Instagram video is a session on the Pilates reformer. Pilates has a lot of health benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates isn’t going to bulk you up — if anything, it’s designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury.”

Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
