What is necessary to change a person is to change his awareness of himself."

Torchia captioned the post, "This is Ergag Be Adas/ Irkak o Adas/ Rashta ♥️ (well, my take on it! – less soupy and no coriander leaves as Kit isn't a fan!) but here's the story..I ate this the first time in 2016, in Lebanon's Shatila Refugee Camp with my Palestinian friends family who made me this steaming plate of food after a day of being busy with her and some wonderful children. I was blown away. Something so simple, so cheap.. SO delicious!😋 Anyway, I wrote the recipe down almost immediately and since .. it's become a favourite when we're in need of comfort food. If you fancy trying it, send me a message and I can send you my scribbles x"
