Michelle Khare is a very successful influencer. She first became known for appearing in several Buzzfeed videos. After leaving the company, she started her own channel. One of Khareâs recent accomplishments is training in martial arts. A few weeks ago, she shared a video on Instagram of herself breaking a set of bricks.

She Does Martial Arts
As you can see from her Instagram post, Khare likes to do martial arts to stay in shape. Naturally Balanced states that doing them has a lot of benefits. âThe benefits of martial arts training are manifold. Benefits may include: improved discipline, better fitness, enhanced well-being, getting to know your body and its limits, learning to concentrate, better self-confidence, learning to be polite.â
She Works With A Trainer
Khare has her own fitness app and shares a lot of her tips on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is workout with a personal trainer. Khare shared this video of herself doing a session with him. She captioned it, âTaking yâall on a burner circuit with my trainer @kevan_watson !! She Jumps Rope

In the previous Instagram video, Khare is seen jumping rope. ACE Fitness states that this can have a lot of benefits. âJumping rope regularly strengthens the calf muscles and improves the elasticity of the surrounding tendons and fascia. To increase elasticity, try to land on the ball of the foot first, but let your heels go all of the way down to the ground.â
She Does Lunges

Khare is also seen doing lunges in the previous Instagram video. The Columbia Association states that they have a lot of benefits. âThis rockstar movement works multiple muscles at the same time. Lunges work your quads, glutes, hips, hamstrings and calves, and also increase the strength of your core. Lunges may look simple, but thereâs a lot going on at the same time, which works wonders for your balance and mobility. Since you work one leg at a time, youâre also activating your stabilizer muscles for better stability.â

She Plays Pickleball
Khare likes to play pickleball to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos of herself on the court on Instagram.
