Jacqueline Fernandez is striking a yoga pose – in her exercise clothes. In a new social media post the model shows off her amazing figure in a pink crop top and matching leggings as she demonstrates some moves. “Yoga has been my journey to balance and serenity, every pose is a step to inner harmony,” she captioned the Instagram clip. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Working out an Hour Per Day

“I work out for an hour a day. I’ve been at it for years now. Balance is key,” she told Vogue India. “As much as I can, I try to take time out for my fitness routine even if it’s just an hour. [After a later night] a good workout makes me feel fresh,” she adds to Elle

2. Yoga

Yoga helps Jacqueline with mental health struggles. “I have been dealing with some major anxiety these past few weeks.. however being consistent with yoga has taught me the valuable lesson of being in the moment and what’s even more important.. gratitude.. for life and being alive.. have a great day everyone! Namaste,” she captioned a post.

3. Pole Dancing

Jacqueline does “various forms of exercises” in addition to yoga, including Pilates, glutes training, and dancing, she told Elle. She even likes pole dancing and aerial silks. "No matter what you do on the pole, your upper body gets super ripped," she shared. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

4. Ballet

The model also does ballet. “Jacqueline and I met a few years back when she wanted to improve her flexibility. I taught her ballet privately, and our bond developed from there. She possesses a very athletic Sri Lankan physique and, in my book, can pretty much do anything you ask of her,” her trainer, Cindy Jourdain, told Vogue.

5. Healthy Food

When it comes to eating, Jacqueline has a hack for sticking to healthy food. “It gets tougher to take time out during a busy schedule but I always carry my own food – there’s nothing like being committed to eating right,” she told Elle. She fuels up with a healthy breakfast. “It’s either quinoa porridge with soy milk or rye bread toast with peanut butter or honey and eggs.”

Malaika Arora, a successful actress and fitness enthusiast, recently shared a video on Instagram of her practicing yoga on her porch, dressed in a sleek black top and shorts. Captioning the post, “Oh hello September ☀️… August u were lovely n demure 😉,” Arora welcomed the new month with grace and flexibility. Known for her dedication to health and wellness, Arora regularly incorporates various fitness routines into her lifestyle. Here’s a look at how she maintains her mind, body, and soul through yoga, swimming, and more.

1. She Does Yoga

As you can see from her post, Arora likes to practice yoga. Harvard Health states that yoga has a lot of health benefits. “Yoga is known for its ability to soothe tension and anxiety in the mind and body. But it can also have an impact on a person's exercise capacity. Researchers studied a small group of sedentary individuals who had not practiced yoga before. After eight weeks of practicing yoga at least twice a week for a total of 180 minutes, participants had greater muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, and cardio-respiratory fitness.”

2. She Swims

Arora spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do to stay fit is swim. In this highlight reel from a trip she took to the Maldives, Arora is seen in a pool and in the ocean. She captioned the post, “Paradise.” Also, in this set of photos she posted, Arora is again seen in the water. She captioned that post, “Salty ‘n blue.”

3. She Values Fitness

Malaika AroraMalaika Arora/Instagram

Arora shared some of her wellness secrets with GQ. She says that fitness is very important to her. “I think not just as an actor but also as a person, fitness is a very integral part of who I am. It helps me tackle daily challenges and also keeps me healthy — mind, body and soul. It is a way of life for me!”

4. She Intermittent Fasts

Arora talked about her diet secrets in her GQ interview. She says that she likes to intermittently fast. “I’ve always been somebody who’s very particular about what I eat and when I eat it. But, over a year ago, I was introduced to intermittent fasting. And, now, I swear by it. I think the combination of doing Yoga and following an intermittent fasting routine, daily, has just completely changed my way of thinking towards eating, food, et cetera.”

5. She Works Her Abs

Arora shares a lot of workouts on Instagram. In this video, she is seen doing some core workouts. The Mayo Clinic states that core workouts are extremely beneficial. “Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.”

Indian actress Malaika Arora recently opened her own yoga studio and based on her social media updates, is well qualified for the job. Arora, 50, shared a video of herself wearing purple shorts and a black sports bra, doing a full Vinyasa yoga workout on a mat. “Yoga is not just a workout …. It’s a way of life for me 🧘‍♀️. #powervinyasaflow @thedivayoga,” she captioned the post. Here’s how Arora lives her best, healthiest, and happiest life.

1. Yoga By Malaika

Arora is thrilled to open her own yoga studio, something is deeply passionate about. “I was introduced to yoga years ago when I suffered an injury, and since then my love affair with it has only become stronger,” she told Elle India. “So when the opportunity to be a part of Diva Yoga came my way, I jumped at it. It’s in sync with my beliefs about fitness, my love for yoga, and more importantly, I’ve always wanted to create a yoga studio that was dedicated to women.”

2. Weight Training and Pilates

Arora works out every day, mixing up yoga, weight training, and Pilates. “I make it a point to practice yoga every day; if not at the studio then a quick 20-minute routine at home,” she told Elle India. “Just practicing a few basic asanas every morning can really make a difference to the rest of my day. Besides that, I do some Pilates and weight training through the week to build strength, to train the mind and lengthen the body. I really wish I could be more outdoorsy, but I don’t enjoy running because I find it very hard on my knees. I do try to fit in a swim when I’m traveling.”

3. DIY Skin and Hair Treatments

Bright,Egg,Yolks,,Oatflakes,,Honey,,Lavender,With,Cosmetic,Brush,Closeup,Shutterstock

Arora freezes papaya, potato and tomato into ice cubes and uses them as a cold face treatment. She also makes hair masks out of egg, coconut oil, and banana. “During COVID, I started experimenting and using natural products and I was using coconut oil on my hair once a week,” celebrity extensionist Priscilla Valles told Vogue. “The hydration and shine it provides is beyond amazing.”

4. Relaxation Activities

Arora likes to wind down and relax with massages, or cleaning her house. “Massage therapy is safe and effective for people of all ages,” massage therapist Ivy Conrad, M.S.S.G.-L., tells the Mayo Clinic. “It's not only a feel-good way to indulge or pamper yourself. It's a powerful tool to help you take charge of your health and well-being, whether you have a specific health condition or are looking for a stress reliever.”

5. Fitness Encouragement For Newbies

Arora has good advice for anyone starting out on their fitness journey. “The fact that you’ve begun is the best thing,” she told Elle India. “You have got to push your mind, stay dedicated and look at your routine as a slow transformation, to stay on track. Don’t treat your workout like a quick-fix, it’s something that should be a part of your lifestyle if you want to reap its benefits. Creating your own fitness routine should be like getting into a long-term relationship.”

Kino MacGregor is doing yoga in Bali in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the yoga influencer shows off her amazing (and flexible!) body in yoga gear as she demonstrates some moves with her partner Tim Feldmann and announces an upcoming yoga retreat in Bali. “Woow🔥👏,” commented one of her followers. “Such a lovely couple 😍,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Eat for Your Dosha

On the topic of food, Kino recommends identifying your dosha, as “it can be useful to notice which foods are helpful or harmful to your constitution,” she writes in a post. “Today’s focus is on Kapha-balancing. If you want to keep your Kapha balanced, try eating more whole foods in regular meals with little to no snacking, minimal alcohol and few sweets. Avoid overly-processed meals heavy with artificial substances and oils. Since Kapha is easily cooled, avoid overdoing it with raw fruits and veggies and go for warm food, especially during the winter months. Pungent, bitter and astringent tastes and even spicy foods can work well with Kapha. Minimize overly sweet, sour or salty foods.”

Early Riser

When she is in India, Kino wakes up at 2 AM “because I have to get to the yoga shala at 3:45,” she tells Asana Journal. “So I wake up with enough time just to get up, do my meditation, make tea and have a shower. When I’m doing my normal practice in my normal life, I usually wake up between 6 and 8 AM. This morning I woke up at 5:30! To be honest, I like to sleep in… if it weren’t for yoga I would be sleeping in. It absolutely takes a lot of effort to wake up early.”

Meditation

Kino gets her zen on in the morning. “Back home, a typical day for me is I get up, and the first thing that happens is my mind is really active in the morning in a good way, so I will get up and make tea, and I will do some writing projects for an hour. Then I’ll do my meditation, my asana practice, and then after that I usually have a lot of meetings and business work to do for new projects that I’m launching. If I teach at home it’s usually for an intensive, then that’s a different schedule,” she says.

Handstands Are Her Favorite Pose

What is Kino’s favorite asana/yoga pose? “I always love handstands. I love all of the asanas but handstands are always super fun because they were so difficult for me – I was so bad at them!” she says. “For me, everything is about strength. I’m just constantly working on how can I be stronger, how can I get more strength, whether it’s with the abs, with the core, or mentally, emotionally. I’m always working on being stronger.”

Nourishing Diet

Kino is big green juices amongst other things. “I love fruits, I love exotic fruits and I think they’re just amazing. When I travel in Southeast Asia, I love to eat durian, I think that’s amazing,” she says. “On a cold day, my favorite thing to eat would be vegetarian ramen. I’m vegetarian, and on a cold day, a really good ramen just makes me so happy.” She also cooks. “I prepare things more than I make a big meal. I’m not someone to cook a big, 5-course meal but I do things that are fast and easy within our lifestyle.”

Aamna Sharif is an actress, known for her roles in Kahiin to Hoga, Kkavyanjali, and Ek Villain. She recently did some Pilates, and shared some highlights on her Instagram stories. In them, Sharif is seen on a reformer, doing pullups with the bar. She and her friend wore brightly colored workout gear. She captioned the post, “Pilates mornings.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Aamna Sharif stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Meditates

Serene,Young,Woman,Sitting,In,Lotus,Position,While,Practicing,HinduShutterstock

In the same interview, Sharif talked about her love of meditation. “My meditation journey has helped me overcome the lowest and the toughest phase of my life, it has helped me filter all the negative thoughts and focus on only the positive ones, made me be grateful for what I have rather den be thankless for what I lack...turn my weaknesses into my strengths...relate to people in a more humane way and most important to overcome all uncertain fears that crop up in life 'Let’s quiet our mind and the soul will speak.”

2. She Swims

Sharif likes to swim to stay in shape. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself in a pool. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Aquatic exercise is a fun way to focus on fitness in a gravity-reduced environment. The buoyancy of water is easier on the body and provides support for people with weakness, balance problems or pain. Additionally, the viscosity of water slows movement and provides resistance during exercise, making aquatic exercise a great workout.”

3. She Stretches

Sharif makes sure to stretch. In this video she posted on Instagram, she is seen doing gymnastic-inspired stretches at a gym. Sharif captioned the post, “What my mornings look like.” Harvard Health states that stretching is important. “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage. For example, sitting in a chair all day results in tight hamstrings in the back of the thigh. That can make it harder to extend your leg or straighten your knee all the way, which inhibits walking. Likewise, when tight muscles are suddenly called on for a strenuous activity that stretches them, such as playing tennis, they may become damaged from suddenly being stretched. Injured muscles may not be strong enough to support the joints, which can lead to joint injury.

4. She Does Pilates

Aamna.SharifAamna Sharif/Instagram

As you can see in her recent post, Sharif does Pilates to stay in shape. Better Health states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates can be an aerobic and non-aerobic form of exercise. It requires concentration and focus, because you move your body through precise ranges of motion. It requires concentration in finding a centre point to control your body through movement. Each exercise has a prescribed placement, rhythm and breathing pattern.”

5. She Does Yoga

Aamna.Sharif.1Aamna Sharif/Instagram

Sharif is a big fan of practicing yoga. She talked about this in an interview. “Yoga for me is not just about getting the posture right or being able to do complex asanas. Yoga is like food for my soul. Every morning I come to my mat with an intention and that sets a precedent for my entire day.”

Bianca Bustamante is revving up her engine in 2025 – in her workout gear. In a new social media post, the racecar driver reveals she is taking “the next major step” in her physical journey as a race driver “and I’ve set the target high!” she says in a new Instagram post, filled with video clips of herself lifting heavy weights at the gym. “Never been more motivated in my life, it’s not physically easy for a girl in this sport, but I’m super excited to take on this new challenge and the next big step on my racing journey,” she added. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues

She Supports Animals

Romani has her own charity, Help Miami Cats. She talked about how she started this in the caption of this Instagram post. “❤️ Guys!!!! I have always loved cats and had many growing up. When I moved to Miami Beach I met a great calico named Chacha and learnt that cats were brought to the city by Mayor Lummus … against rodents. Cats rely on volunteers for their food and water and there’s a huge amount of them. There’s a city program to Spay and neuter with the wonderful @sobecats ladies and the feeding is made official by a City Sanctioned badge, yet new cats keep getting dumped daily sadly and there’s a never ending amount of work, emergencies and so on. I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats . We feed close to 200 and when Batman got paralyzed took him and other special needs cats under my care … @stevensachs69 with the cat room and the amazing people involved devote their lives to these special souls … My life has changed a lot too … way less spare time, way more sweat and tears and lost the person I had by my side who had sadly other priorities … yet gained so much love from these lovely creatures !!! If you can please get involved in any way … follow @helpmiamicats , share, volunteer, adopt … donate … Only together we can make their world a better place !!! And yes … just me feeding the kitties and talking to them … 🤷🏻♀️👀😆❤️🙌”
