Jade Pettyjohn is an actress with a long, impressive resume already. Her first role was in the American Girl film McKenna Shoots For The Stars. She then starred in the Nickelodeon sitcom, School of Rock. She also appeared in the Hulu miniseries, Little Fires Everywhere. In November, she celebrated the end of the SAG-AFTRA Strike on Instagram. In a post, she wore workout gear, and captioned it, “Strike is over!” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Jade Pettyjohn stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She’s Grateful

Pettyjohn talked about being grateful in the caption of this Instagram post. “I’m so thankful for the people in my life that made my life what it is. Adventurous, hilarious, powerful, meaningful, creative and above all… passionate. Grateful for every moment. The hard ones. The exciting ones. The simple pleasures. The belly laughs in between philosophy between hearts. The silence and the rock n roll. Dancing with friends, a long kiss, moments by myself, making art, coffee with the people who raised me, spiritual revelations. Everything. Thank you for reminding me of warmth and humanity. And reminding me that when you find the people that fill you with life, you hold onto them. You all know who you are. I love you with all that I am. What’s something you’re grateful for?”

2. She Supported The Strike

Pettyjohn supported the SAG-AFTRA Strike, and shared these photos on Instagram of herself protesting. She captioned the post, “Proud to stand alongside my fellow actors and the writers in the pursuit of a fair deal and basic fundamental protections for actors and writers. This industry is made up of humanity, not machinery or computers. Artists cannot be replaced. To keep the dream of being a working actor alive for this generation and generations to come is what we’re fighting for. Here’s to protecting that dream!”

3. She Does What She Wants

Pettyjohn is all about doing what she wants, and talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Something that has become increasingly more real to me is how sacred life is. To lean into the kiss. And let your belly ache as you laugh. To play Purple Rain for a stranger in a park. To take risks. To spend your time on people and pursuits that enhance you and not drain you of your power and glow. The concept is so painfully simple but man I’ve been really feeling the power in it. I don’t necessarily feel like life is short, but I do think it’s fast. And I want to feel my life as I live it and appreciate just how godly being here is. Sending you some love and genuinely hope you’re doing well.”

4. She Hikes

Pettyjohn spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go on hikes. She shares a lot of hiking posts on Instagram. Pettyjohn was seen hiking in this reel. Piedmont states that hiking has a lot of health benefits. “Hiking is a weight-bearing exercise, which builds muscle mass and helps prevent osteoporosis. Hiking can help you manage your weight. It is a joint-friendly form of exercise that can keep arthritis sufferers more limber and mobile.”

5. She’s Empathetic

Pettyjohn is an empathetic person. She said in an interview that this helps her as an actress. “I think that the reason why I love being an artist is it is communication at its essence and the element of empathy is something that I find really important. So I love being able to take on a character and I might not have any understanding or reality of how this particular character lives her life, but I have to understand, and walk in their shoes, and understand that and communicate.”

Jena Sims is getting her sweat on in her sleek, home gym. In a new social media post the model shows off her amazing figure in a two-piece Alo exercise set during a lower body workout with her trainer, Olivia Figueroa. “Never met a lower body day we didn’t like @jenamsims 🍑🍑🍑🍑 lean, toned, strong, intentional, sexy,” the personal trainer captioned the video clip. These "days are the best days!” added Sims. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

When it comes to building muscle, strength training is Sims go-to method. “I’m not a calm, soothing Pilates, yoga princess. I’m like, ‘Scream at me.’ I want to be dripping sweat,” she continued. “I want loud music, heavy weights. For my body type, I like to lift weights because I don’t need to do a lot of cardio. I find that lifting weights has been the most beneficial,” she told Fox. “I've been working on just upping my weights a little bit,” she added to Daily Mail. “I can get into this sweet spot and get kind of in a plateau of working out, so I upped my weights after seeing her video because I was so impressed by what she did with her fitness. I'm trying to lift heavier. Trying to build a [backside].”

Exercise Classes

Jena enjoys group fitness. “My favorite type of workout is F45,” she told FOX. “It’s just a 45-minute class. And I think I like it so much because they play amazing music and it’s so loud.”

No Diets

Jena doesn’t diet. Even if she has a big shoot or runway show ahead of her, “ all I'm doing is just eating as clean as I can, but I'm still splurging,” she told Daily Mail. “Like, I had four dinner rolls last night at this charity event as well as my meal.”

Barre Workouts

Jena also likes to “mix it up” when it comes to exercise. She loves Pure Barre classes, a fusion of yoga, Pilates, and ballet and a “full body, low impact workout” for everybody, according to the brand. “Barre helps strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk, and it improves your posture. It also increases cardiovascular endurance and metabolism, which helps to quickly burn calories. Regular barre workouts can increase your bone density, which can help prevent conditions like osteoporosis,” adds Barre studio Physique 57.

Cora Jade is one of the hottest new young female wrestlers in the WWE. She recently linked up with her friend and fellow WWE wrestler, Jacy Jayne. The two enjoyed a day at the lake. Both wore swimsuits that showed off their figures. Jade captioned the post, “Two girls on a boat.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Cora Jade stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Worked Hard

Jade is a hard worker. She told Daily DDT that this is how she got to WWE. “I worked very hard and a lot of people helped me along the way, but this is kind of exactly how I envisioned my career going just because I was so passionate about it from such a young age. You never know when you’ll get your time to shine. I definitely didn’t expect it to be so soon, but I’m incredibly grateful that it is and I’m learning so much.

2. She Doesn’t Care About Haters

Jade has to deal with haters and critics. However, she told Daily DDT that she’s learned to ignore them. “Fans can be really wishy-washy for any business, but it’s very fun to experiment with what people like and what they don’t like,” she said. “Seeing all the reactions and feedback… sometimes it’s tough criticism, but I obviously was a wrestling fan and there were things I’d watch and say, ‘Oh, I really like that,” or, ‘I really don’t like that.’ I think it’s cool to be on the other side of it and you understand why certain things the way that they are and how they operate.

3. She Worked With A Trainer

Young,Woman,Doing,Hard,Exercise,At,The,Gym,With,AShutterstock

Jade shared the training process that got her to the WWE to The Mark Moses Show. She says that she worked with trainers to help her get in shape. “It was definitely probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but luckily one of my trainers, Kevin Quinn, he trained CM Punk, Lita, John Cena. He had a hand in so many people in wrestling, and he had been to Japan and done a bunch of stuff. He ran a training school.

4. She Did Cardio

In her Mark Moses interview, Jade revealed that Quinn made her do a lot of cardio work. “He would put us through these Sunday training cardio days he would call them. It was so much conditioning, it would be so much, and at the time it was so exhausting, but I think that really prepared me for the tryout because he kind of pushed us as much as we could be pushed then.”

5. She Pushes Herself

When it comes to wrestling, Jade makes sure to push herself. “I feel like sometimes in wrestling, it works differently: what you’re closest to can be uncomfortable and you have to step out of your comfort zone,” Jade said to Daily DDT. “Maybe I don’t speak for everybody, but for myself and all of my friends, we come from quiet, introverted, nerdy vibes and we’re into the same stuff and we’re all little introverted weirdos. To be larger than life on a different stage, you have to be something bigger than yourself.”

Ana Zelu is a professional model and social media influencer. She is known for her content in nature. Zelu recently shared a post on Instagram of herself on a surfboard in the ocean. She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”
