Aniston opened up about her wellness secrets in an interview with ELLE. She says that she likes to meditate as a way of keeping her overall wellbeing. "I keep going to meditation. I have a mantra. There are apps that you could get on your phone depending on what your mood is. Sometimes I like guided, sometimes I like to just sort of have my own mantra."

She Works With A Trainer

Aniston works with trainer Mandy Ingber to help keep herself in shape. Ingber shared some of the actress' favorite workouts with Healthista. "With Jennifer Aniston, I would do 30 minutes of spinning, 40 minutes of yoga, incorporating some of my hybrid which is a yoga pose paired with a toning exercise. We would do some power yoga, vinyasa flow and then some yin yoga stretching, and then finish with the infrared sauna."

She Intermittent Fasts

Aniston makes sure to not just eat healthy, but have good habits. "I do intermittent fasting, so no food in the morning," she told Insider. "I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours. Fortunately, your sleeping hours are counted as part of the fasting period. You just have to delay breakfast until 10am."

She Keeps Her Workouts Simple

In 2014, Aniston told Women's Health that she wanted to have her wellness routine be simple. "I went from being a crazy workout girl to sort of saying, 'My body wants a little bit of a break.' So I kind of stay with more simple stuff and taking walks and not being neurotic about working out and eating right. I started to enjoy life a little bit more. The only downside to that is there's that couple extra pounds and about 4,000 pregnancy rumours, but you know, other than that, it feels great."

She Boxes

Aniston tells InStyle that she loves to box to stay in shape. "There's something about the mental aspect of boxing," she says. "The drills, your brain has to work, you're not just sitting on a bike. Boxing is a great way to get aggression out. You get a mental release of all this crap you're taking into your ears and eyes every day and have little fantasy moments imagining who you're punching."

She Practices Yoga

Ingber tells Healthista that Aniston is a lover of yoga. "She loves practicing yoga and how she feels when she does it. In the beginning her body changed and she felt strong and healthy. She's felt like her muscles are getting leaner and stronger. I know that she wants to be working with me right now – she just wrote to me and said she wants to do yoga with me so badly. I love her for that."

She Planks

Another workout that Aniston likes to do is a plank. Ingber tells Healthista, "She also likes to plank as well, because plank will work with the abs, or the forearm plank, so any variation on the plank or the forearm plank."
