Reality star Jessica Wright recently enjoyed a trip to Dubai, and has been posting stunning swimsuit photos from her vacation. 1. She Has A Protein Heavy Lunch
Wright revealed some of her daily meals to Closer Online, saying that she likes to eat a lot of protein for lunch. “For lunch I’ll either have a protein shake, a crab meat salad or a turkey and cottage cheese on Ryvita.”
2. She Eats Healthy Snacks

Wright says to Closer Online that she makes sure to snack on healthy things. She says some of her go-tos are, “Fruit, chocolate rice cakes, pea rice snaps dipped in houmous, popcorn or protein bars.”

Wright tells the DailyStar that one of her biggest fitness secrets is staying motivated. “Motivation is key – don’t give up! Motivate yourself to carry on and go to the gym and keep up an exercise routine. The only person that can get you to the gym is yourself.”

Wright revealed to the DailyStar that she loves drinking organic juices, and even makes them herself. “I try to have juice as much as I can,” she says. “I have a juicer and you just get so many nutrients from that.”

In an Instagram post detailing her body transformation, Wright wrote that she committed herself to her fitness journey and wanted to tone herself up. “Before I started my programme I was happy but not happy enough, with my body. I wanted to tone up everywhere & feel fit & strong.”
