Jordyn Woods says she works out for the mental and well as physical benefits—so no wonder the socialite wrapped up the week on a euphoric note. Woods, 26, shared a selfie of herself wearing black workout gear in her car, fresh from an intense strength training workout. “No better feeling than ending your Friday with a strong lift 💪,” she captioned the post. Woods has lost weight, gained strength, and looks better than ever—here’s what her fitness and training routine looks like.

1. Proud of Her Progress

Jordyn.WoodsJordyn Woods/Instagram

Woods is thrilled when she sees her own fitness progress. "I have a love-hate relationship with cardio,” she told E! News. “Weights, squats, I feel like it all plays an important role. Just staying consistent and doing something everyday whether it's walking, jogging, squats, weights at home or going to the gym. I feel like a little bit of something every day is very helpful. I look back to videos of me working out five months ago or two months ago and I'm like, ‘Wow!' Because I do it everyday, so much has changed so fast."

2. Weight Loss Through Hard Work

Woods says she lost weight “the traditional way”, and worked hard for great results. “One of my favorite workouts to do involves a couple of various things. I like to challenge myself with sumo squats, starfish toe touches, scissor leg raises and lying knee tucks,” she told Hollywood Life. “I will do twelve to fifteen reps of those and repeat it three to four times. If you are not sweating after that and don’t get a good workout from there I don’t know what to say because that gets me going and really is something that works pretty great for me. If you check my app, you will see how I do it. I would love to see how others react to it and what they get out of it themselves!”

3. Empowered By Workouts

Woods admits going to the gym is still sometimes nerve-racking, but loves how she feels afterwards. “Going to the gym can always be intimidating because you never know who's going to be there, or what you're going to do — especially if you've never worked out before,” she told Teen Vogue. “I still get intimidated sometimes going to the gym. But you always leave the gym feeling more empowered than you did than when you came.”

4. Resistance Band Workouts

Detail,Shot,Of,Resistance,Bands.Shutterstock

Woods takes resistance bands with her when she’s traveling. “I love to do workouts with bands,” she told Hollywood Life “I will just use bands and anything you can find around the house because not all the time can I go to the gym, so me being on the road all the time and traveling it all has to be about convenience for me at the end of the day. So, doing banded workouts is super helpful and to mix it up with the bands is the way to go.”

5. Mental Health Benefits

Woods works out for the mental health benefits over vanity. “For me, working out wasn't to ever look a certain way, it was for my physical health but more importantly, my mental health,” she told Teen Vogue. “I feel like mental health is not something people are vocal enough about, but it’s something that everyone struggles with. I push it away, other people's opinions, because as long as I'm happy, it doesn't really matter what anyone has to say. I'm the person in my skin. I'm the person in my own body. And a lot of people just need to love themselves and focus on them and they wouldn't be worried about what anyone else is doing.”

1. She Swears By These Shots

2. She Puts in Time at the Gym

UOMA Pride Month And Juneteenth Celebration Launch EventRodin Eckenroth/Getty Images

Jordyn prioritizes fitness. “I try to do at least 20 to 30 minutes of cardio, starting to warm up and get your heart rate going. And then it’s good to always do abs. So every time you work out, do 30 minutes of cardio, always do abs, and then each day you can focus on a different part of your body. So one day you can focus on weight lifting for your arms and shoulders, one day for your back and one day for your legs,” she told Elle Canada. She regularly shares her workouts on social media, like this reel on Instagram of herself practicing strength based exercises, like lifting weights, and using ropes. "Today was tough, but we made it!!!" she captioned it.

3. She Plays Team Sports

Jordyn also stays fit by playing sports with friends. In this reel she shoots hoops with friends. "Yes I train like an athlete, no I have no other reason except for the fact that I enjoy it," she captioned it. She also revealed on Instagram that she likes to play baseball. "Just a little baseball game to bring in the Labor Day weekend yesterday," she captioned another reel.

4. She Always Takes the Stairs

UOMA Pride Month And Juneteenth Celebration Launch EventRodin Eckenroth/Getty Images

Jordyn infuses fitness into everyday life. An easy way she does this? "Take the stairs instead of taking the elevator or the escalator. Just make a conscience effort to do something to help benefit your well-being because your physical health can even help your mental health," she said in one of her Instagram posts..

5. She Brings Resistance Bands Everywhere

Dior Men's Spring/Summer 2023 Collection

Jordyn is a big fan of resistance bands. "I'm always traveling," she has said. "I'm always on the go and I wanna stay focused, but when I leave the country or just even leave the state, if I'm there for a week, a month, two weeks, however long, I don't wanna go find a gym, get a membership, leave the hotel even." She added: "These are really, really good for building muscle and just toning, especially."

6. She Loves Group Fitness

Jordyn is a big fan of group fitness classes. “I love SoulCycle, actually,” she told Elle Canada. “I used to do it a lot more often, and it’s such a good way to work out because you sweat – you’re bicycling the whole time. They always play good music, and just have a really good vibe.”

7. Her Diet Is Healthy

Assorted,Sushi,Set,On,White,Concrete,Background.,Space,For,Text.Shutterstock

Jordyn prioritizes a healthy diet. “I really like smoothies. Like a protein shake or a fruit smoothie. Or an apple. They’re easy, ‘cause after I workout, I don’t want to eat anything too heavy,” she dished to Elle Canada. She also stays away from greasy food. “I try to not eat too much fast food, but if I am going to go to a fast-food restaurant, it’s most likely In-N-Out back home, or Shake Shack in New York. And I love sushi.”

Jordynne Grace is a wrestler and bodybuilder. She is known for her work with WWE’S NXT. Grace and her fellow wrestler, Ivy Nile, recently met up for a workout session. They shared an Instagram collaboration of their workout. Nile captioned the post, “Gettin’ big with @jordynnegrace.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Jordynne Grace stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Lets The Negativity Fuel Her

Grace opened up about dealing with negative comments to Sports Illustrated. She says she uses them as motivation. “I’ve gotten relentless hate about the way I look on social media. I’ve heard I was too big or that I was too short—now I hear that I’m too muscular and I look like a man. I am here to prove that you can do whatever you want to, especially if you use those negative comments as fuel.”

2. She Uses A Stationary Bike

Jordynne Grace.2Jordynne Grace/Instagram

Grace and Nile use stationary bikes in their video. Penn State PRO Wellness states that using a stationary bike has a lot of benefits. “Riding a stationary exercise bike is an efficient and effective way to burn calories and body fat while strengthening your heart, lungs, and muscles. Compared to some other types of cardio equipment, a stationary bicycle puts less stress on your joints, but it still provides an excellent aerobic workout.”

3. She Does Burpees

Jordynne Grace.3Jordynne Grace/Instagram

Grace and Nile do burpees in their Instagram post. A Healthier Michigan states that burpees have a lot of benefits. “A burpee is an easy exercise and can be done in almost any location because it involves no workout equipment and only requires a small amount of space. Burpees workout your entire body and are great for building strength and burning calories. Burpees can be added to almost any workout and are also great for conditioning.”

4. She Does Core Workouts

Jordynne Grace.1Jordynne Grace/Instagram

Grace and Nile make sure to work their core in their Instagram post. They are seen doing things like sit-ups and toe touches. The Mayo Clinic states that core workouts are important. “Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.”

5. She Strength Trains

In her Instagram video, Grace and Nile are seen using kettlebells and doing lateral pulldowns. Strength training has a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic states, “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury."

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Images of a woman saying no to plastic surgery.

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
