Kaia has worked with premium designer brands, including Louis Vuitton, YSL Beauty, and Jimmy Choo. Her petite, toned figure leaves many wondering how she stays so fit. Kaia has great motivation and works with an incredible trainer, Kirsty Godso.

Kaia Gerber Does Cable Exercises

Kirsty has Kaia doing cable exercises. In this video from Kirsty's Instagram, the model does lunges with leg lifts and oblique stretches using the cable.

Kirsty captioned the post, "OH WE LOVE A CABLE SHRED one of my fav pieces of equipment in the gym to use for resistance training. With your muscles under constant tension it's a great way to get a lot out of an exercise and target strength and stability. These are 2 of my fav more advanced core exercises demo'd by queen @kaiagerber."

She Trains Hard

Kirsty gushed about Kaia's work ethic in another post, writing in this Instagram post, "She redefines what hard work looks like. Never not smiling while I throw anything her way – even sprints on the curve with the weight vest. Kaia is known for many things but for me, she's a better dose of energy than a morning cup of coffee [lightning emoji] not even mad that at top speed she can out sprint me on the curve treadmill these days because she deserves it. In and out of the gym she is the brightest star who makes everyone's day better just from being in close orbit."

In the clip, Kaia is seen doing various ab exercises and training with a medicine ball and TRX suspension straps.

She Jumps Rope

In this Instagram post for Kaia's birthday, Kirsty highlighted some of the model's favorite workouts. One way Kaia gets in her cardio and burn calories is jumping rope.

She Lifts Weights

Strength training is a priority on Kaia's workout list, including kettlebell Bulgarian split squats and oblique stretches with a cable weight machine. Workouts with weights provide a wealth of benefits, including building muscle mass, boosting bone density, and improving endurance, according to The Cleveland Clinic.

She Does Lower-Body Workouts

Kaia has amazing legs, and she clearly gets in a good dose of lower-body workouts to get them. In this video Kirsty posted on Instagram, the model does two different hip thrust variations, one with a barbell and one with a resistance band and box, along with hip abductors and high knees while walking on a treadmill.
