Karrueche grew up with scoliosis and her chiropractor said she can do yoga. "Yoga, which means to yoke or unite, is the practice of uniting all aspects of a person—body, mind and spirit—through physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation. Flexibility, strength and muscle tone improve quickly as the mind and body work together in harmony and unison," says ACE Fitness.

Her chiropractor also said Pilates is OK. It can be great for you, too. "Pilates was effective in increasing upper body, lower body, and abdominal muscle strength," says one study. Another study "suggests that individuals can improve their muscular endurance and flexibility using relatively low-intensity Pilates exercises that do not require equipment or a high degree of skill and are easy to master and use within a personal fitness routine."

"Diets don't really work for me," she says. "I want to be fit and have some meat on my bones. I stopped eating carbs and red meat for a month and a half, and I was like, 'Oh, no, I lost my butt!' I have to eat potatoes and rice and meat to bulk up. But I do try not to eat too much fast food," she told Glamour

This is How Often She Trains

"At least three times a week. I do hot yoga and barre classes. Barre is good for the thighs and the booty, and I'm all about the booty. I also work with a trainer in the gym. I use machines. I do squats and sumo squats with the bar on my shoulders, and lunges with dumbbells. I'm tiny, so I don't want to use too much weight. I don't want to be a little stick with muscle," she told Muscle & Fitness.

She Drinks a Ton of Water

"My one thing is, I drink lots of water. I know it sounds cliché, but I try to drink big bottles of water," Karrueche told Hollywood Life. "I try to drink at least one a day, or two, but it should be three per day, so three liters a day."
