Here's how she stays in shape.

Roopa Rayappa is best known for her role in the K.G.F. film series. She's also appeared in Sri Ranga and One Cut Two Cut. Rayappa shared a stunning new reel on Instagram. In it, she enjoyed a beach day. Rayappa wore a green and blue swimsuit, looking gorgeous, and showing off her figure. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Roopa Rayappa stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1

She Doesn't Stress About Roles

In an interview with Times Of India, Rayappa talked about her career, and the roles she goes for. She says that she doesn't really stress out about how big or small her role is. "I don't feel overshadowed because I know the roles I choose will have an important part to play in the film. Overshadowing happens sometimes when the director or an actor decides to upstage all the other artistes. But, an ensemble cast helps us perform better as we have to keep up with the rest of the cast. But again, it's not pressure."

2

She Doesn't Want To Be Typecast

Rayappa tells Times Of India that she doesn't want to be typecast as any particular role. "Post KGF, I was approached with stereotypical roles and I consciously stayed away from them as I was scared of being typecast. When the makers of One Cut Two Cut approached me, I was confident of pulling off the role. The movie was released on OTT and my role was appreciated. In The Judgement, I play a central character with dual shades."

She Does Research

Rayappa likes to do a lot of research about acting. She tells Times Of India, "I took to reading two years ago and I haven't stopped since. Actors get a lot of free time between the shots during projects and reading is the most efficient use of time. Books have helped me manoeuvre through life situations. I have also been reading a lot of biographies of actors and there is so much to learn from them. Irrespective of industries, the struggle for all of us is the same. The stories of glitz and glam, the rise and fall… it is all very relatable. It helps us realise that we actors have a lot of endurance and can face anything."

She Swims

As you can see from her recent post, Rayappa likes to go to the beach. She naturally likes to go swimming to keep herself in shape. Rayappa shared this video on Instagram of herself wading in the ocean. She captioned the post, "You've got to learn to let go." Wake Forest University states that swimming has a lot of benefits. "If you have injuries or sore joints, swimming is great for your body. Whether you're recovering from an injury or just looking for a low-impact alternative, swimming is much less jarring than other forms of exercise."
