1. She Cooks

Jenner loves to cook. She and her mother made pasta in an video for Vogue. According to Harvard Health, cooking has a lot of health benefits. “We already know that the more people cook at home, the healthier their diet, the fewer calories they consume, and the less likely they are to be obese or develop type 2 diabetes. A growing body of scientific evidence supports teaching patients how to cook meals at home as an effective medical intervention for improving diet quality, weight loss, and diabetes prevention.”
2. She Snacks On Apples

Jenner admits to Harper’s Bazaar that she loves to snack on things. She shared her secrets for snacking on healthy options, specifically at night, in the interview. "I avoid late-night cravings because I lock myself in my bedroom, I turn on my TV, I get really comfortable and I pre-slice an apple by my bed. Since I'm really comfortable, I'm too lazy, probably, to go down to the kitchen, so my only choice is this apple. That is how I swerve my late-night cravings."
3. She Loves Celery Juice

Jenner shared some of her favorite foods with Harper’s Bazaar. She says that she makes a lot of celery juice. “I have a whole drawer in my refrigerator of just raw celery. So I will juice it fresh.” According to Unity Point Health, celery juice can help with blood pressure. “When juiced, the natural nitrate found in celery has been shown to help reduce blood pressure. Keep in mind, you need to have a cup of chopped celery every day to see benefits. A variety of fruits and vegetables, low sodium diet and any needed medication is best for supporting blood pressure control.”
4. She Looks Up Workouts

She says that she likes to look up workout videos and posts on social media. “I never find myself in a gym, I find myself on the floor of my bedroom, looking up on Google or Pinterest workouts doing abs, lunges, squats, all that good stuff.”
5. She’s Gentle When Washing Her Face

Jenner is known for her skincare tips. She shared some of them in a YouTube video. Jenner says that when she washes her face, she makes sure to be gentle on it. “Now, I’m gonna pat my face, not wipe. I used to really dry my face really harsh, now I’m just gonna be gentle.”
