Here's five ways Lady Gaga stays healthy and in shape.

Lady Gaga's "JAZZ & PIANO" Las Vegas residency was recently in full swing and the singer had been performing her greatest hits in sexy vintage-inspired looks, including a red see-through fringed beaded gown with a high slit that showed off her super strong legs and toned lower body. Gaga has been sharing pics of her stunning costumes for her latest tour and she looks incredible. So what's her fitness secret? Yoga! The Born This Way singer has been a yogi for years and often shows off her skills. Earlier this year, the 37-year-old posted an image of her doing a headstand in tight blue workout pants with the caption, "Rollin' into Monday like" and often shares how she stays in such great shape. Read on.

She Loves Hot Yoga

Hot yoga isn't just good for staying in shape but has health benefits like greater lung capacity, helps improve depression, improved circulation, and more. In addition to regular yoga, Gaga enjoys sweating while engaging in her favorite poses. A few years back, she posted a photo of her doing hot yoga and wrote, "Workout #2 today hot yoga with @sloaner7 and Mariana in ChiTown #dontstoptillyougetenough"

She Does Yoga in the Pool

Gaga is such a pro at yoga, she can do it anywhere, including a pool. She posted a pic of her on a paddleboard in the pool demonstrating her balance. "What a wonderful day, Swimming Pool Yoga!," she wrote.

She Does Gyrotonics

When she's not in downward dog, the award-winning actress with gyrotonics, a circular movement that stimulates the nervous system, increases range of motion and improves strength and movement efficiency. Gaga's instructor, Lisa Marie Goodwin, a certified Pilates teacher, was on her Enigma tour and posted a video of the star doing the move before a show.

She Has a Healthy Diet

To help ensure she eats healthy on tour, Gaga has her personal chef and childhood friend Bo O'Connor whipping up delicious, but nutritional meals. For lunch or dinner, the singer will have "something like quinoa with black beans, grilled shrimp, beautiful veggies," O'Conner told Self. "We want it to be healthy, tasty, filling, nutritious, and full of fiber. I really focus on meals that are good in taste but also healthy for your body. What we eat is what our bodies are. Being on tour or just performing all of the time, it's exhausting. Being able to provide your body with good nutrients, including those that are in vegetables and fruit, is everything."

She Eats Healthy Versions and Unhealthy Food

If Gaga isn't feeling vegetables one day and wants a burger, O'Connor has a solution. "We'd deviate a bit. If she wanted a burger and fries, we wouldn't be doing fast food. So instead, I'd make her a turkey burger, gluten-free, lots of spices, and baked sweet potato fries. At least she's feeling that she can indulge a little bit and have something similar to a real burger but is still good for you."
