Lydia Karakyriakou is heating up Dubai in her bathing suit. In a recent social media post the Love Island beauty shows off her amazing body in a swimsuit while taking in some sun in the Middle East. "perfect perfect perfect," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Stunning," commented one of her followers. "Wowww," added another. How does the reality star maintain her amazing body? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.

Listening to Podcasts Is Her Form of Self-Care

"I love listening to a podcast, I love listening to them when I'm pottering around the house, whether it's when I'm tidying my room or doing my skincare," Lydia told Heat World when asked about what she does for self-care. "I love having a little something on the side to keep my mind engaged, especially if it's funny and you're having a bit of a giggle to yourself. It brings up your mood," she added.

She Takes Care of Her Skin

"I also just love skincare," Lydia told Heat World. "I do love make-up but nothing beats putting on your skincare and having a fresh face, I absolutely adore that. I take my skincare really really seriously and it's probably the best part of my day. In the morning, in the evening, that's what makes me happiest, either taking my make-up off and feeling fresh or first thing in the morning putting skincare on, it's just great."

She Walks

Lydia loves taking walks – for the physical and mental health benefits. "I do think a good walk can clear your head especially if you're feeling a bit strange. Just go out, even for 15/20 minutes, get a bit of fresh air, maybe listen to a podcast or your favourite music and just have a wee bit of alone time. I think that's good to calm yourself down and clear your head, figure out what it is you want to do, and what you don't want to do," she told Heat World.

She Hydrates

Another one of Lydia's tips? "Drink a lot of water," she told Heat World. "Drink as much water as you can. I'm so bad for drink water but to be honest, as soon as I got the Love Island water bottle, it made me drink a lot more water. If I've got one thing from Love Island it's a water bottle!" According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

She Drinks Tea

Coffee or tea? " I love a cup of tea and I have mine with one sugar and milk," Lydia told Heat World. Numerous studies have shown that a variety of teas may boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease.

She Loves Asian Food

Lydia eats healthy most of the time. When she orders out she has two go-tos. "It depends on my mood, I love a Chinese sometimes, then sometimes prefer something like sushi," she told Heat World.
