Lucila enjoys healthy eating and exercise, but maintains that discipline is the key to staying in shape. "I am lucky that I love to eat healthy and train but obviously there is an effort behind it, perseverance and discipline," she revealed in one of her Instagram Stories.

"There is no more secret than a healthy diet with as little processed food as possible," she added. "Without obsessions, I never followed a strict diet, on the contrary, I included more variety in my meals," she said.

Lucila exercises and eats healthy for her outsides and insides. "A healthy life not only affects looking good physically, we also help our interior," she said. "And how important it is to feel good about ourselves in body, mind and soul."

Lucila uses exercise bands during her workouts to help work all the muscles in the body. "I like to use them to complement my weight training or for a good warm-up," she said in one of her Instagram Stories, explaining that "the resistance varies according to the color: normally, the lighter colors correspond to a lower resistance."
She Hydrates
Lucila understands the importance of hydration. "Did you know that for the normal functioning of your body, it is essential to stay hydrated?
