1. She Changed Her Lifestyle
After leaving Coronation Street, Fallon revealed that her lifestyle began to change. She tells The Sun that she was doing a lot of unhealthy things while on the show, so when she left it, she began changing those habits. “I've used this change and this downtime to try to get on top of it. It's a bit of a post-Corrie detox. I've realised how much I was eating before and how awful that lifestyle actually was.”

One thing Fallon has done to get herself in shape is using a coach. She says that this helps keep herself accountable and motivated. She tells The Sun, “I’ve been using an online coach who specializes in these transformational programmes.”

While Fallon wants to get in shape, she doesn’t want to become too obsessive over her life. She tells The Sun that she wants to find a balance. “I feel better already and I’m going to keep going, but I don’t want to become obsessed,” she says. “I don’t want to become obsessed with how I look.”
4. She’s Committed

Fallon tells Express that she is committed to staying healthy. She says that she uses a personal trainer and a plan. “I’m going to the gym and doing something about it, rather than talking about it. I started with a personal trainer last week, and I’m going to do the plan and actually commit to it.”
5. She Still Indulges

When it comes to her diet, Fallon believes in balance. She says to The Sun that she eats pretty healthy. However, she also isn’t afraid to indulge once in a while. “I’m not giving up KFC all together.” "Most fast-food meals have too many calories and too much salt, and many of them have too much fat," says Dr. Sharonne N. Hayes, a Mayo Clinic cardiologist, to the Mayo Clinic. That said, "In most places that are fast food, you can create a meal that may not be nutritiously excellent but may be nutritionally sound as part of a greater diet," she says. "More often, there is an option other than fries or other than chips," says Dr. Hayes. "You could get an apple or a piece of fruit."
