1. She’s More Confident

Fashion Trust US Awards - ArrivalsMonica Schipper/Getty Images

Hale opened up about her wellness routine in an interview with Shape. In it, she talked about how she developed her confidence. "For much of my life, I thought I had to be cute and sit there. That's so boring. I've developed more confidence because I realize I'm more than the way I look. One day, I was like, ‘Wait, I'm a good person. I work really hard. I've been given gifts. I'm smart. I can have good conversations.’"

2. She’s Reduced Her Skincare

The Little Market's International Women's Day LuncheonFrazer Harrison/Getty Images

Hale has amazing skin, and it is important for her to take care of it. She tells Shape that she has simplified her routine. “For my skin care, I've had to simplify it. The older I get, the more sensitive my skin is — which was so devastating to me because I'm a beauty products hoarder. I love a 20-step skin-care routine, but I can't do it anymore because my skin goes absolutely bananas. Now my morning routine is a gentle cleanser and a toner, and then I mix my vitamin C drops into my moisturizer. And then sunscreen."

3. She Strength Trains

Hale shared some of her favorite workouts in her Shape interview. "I do a lot of strength training,” she says, “Because I like to feel strong. I'm 5-foot-2, but I like to feel like a badass and to know that I could kick someone's ass. So I do pull-ups and do squats with the big-boy weights. I even flipped one of those big tires once.”

4. She Intuitively Eats

Michael Kors Collection Spring 2020 Runway Show - Front RowLawrence Busacca/Getty Images

Hale opened up about her diet to Shape. She says that she calls her approach to eating intuitive eating. “I like eating,” Hale says. “I find that sticking to a strict diet messes with my head and makes me obsess. I call it intuitive eating. If I'm craving chicken, I'll have chicken. If my body is saying, 'Don't reach for the doughnut,' I don't reach for the doughnut. If my body is saying, 'You deserve a doughnut,' then I'll do it. But I'll never give up coffee. I'll never give up my lattes or bread. There was a phase in my life when I didn't eat bread. What the hell was I thinking?"

5. She Works Out Every Day

lucy-haleLucy Hale/Instagram

Hale makes sure to workout every day, even if it’s only for a bit. "I'm one of the weirdos in the world that genuinely likes working out, not from a physical perspective, more from a mental aspect,” she tells Beauty Crew. “It's a daily part of what I do. I work with a trainer and that will be an hour-long session, or I'll do 45-minute spin classes or Pilates classes. It's not a crazy amount, just a little bit every day."

If you increase the intake of these foods, they’re likely to make you feel full longer. And at the end of the day, you’ll have eaten just a little bit less," says Harvard Health.

5. She’s Sure of Herself

Hale tells People that she embraces herself and her body at all times. “There are good days and bad days, but I’ve found [self-assurance] really does come with age,” she said. “I think you hit a point where you accept who you are and what you look like and you kind of just roll with it. You find out what you like and what your strengths and weaknesses are — it develops over time.”

Lucy Hale is a very successful actress. She is best known for her role as Aria Montgomery in Pretty Little Liars. 1. She Has A Simple Skincare Routine

Hale shared her skincare secrets with WhoWhatWear. She says that her routine has become simpler. “I’ve realized as I’ve gotten older that my skin just can’t handle too much, and I’ve had to really cut back. I mean, I used to be the girl who had a 15-step skincare routine every single night. My whole approach to skincare now is really about consistency and less about the number of products I’m using.”

2. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Natural,Vitamin,C,Serum,,Skincare,,Essential,Oil,Products.,Cosmetic,BrownShutterstock

Hale shared her morning skincare routine with WhoWhatWear. “I like to start by using a gentle cleanser to really get off all of my products from the night before and any oil that’s built up. Next, I’ll do a toner, and then it depends, but typically every other day, I’ll either use a vitamin C serum or a hyaluronic acid serum, or sometimes I’ll just kind of mix them together. I don’t really need to add a lot more moisture since my skin naturally produces quite a bit of oil, so I just put on that SPF, and that’s pretty much it for the morning.”

3. She Hikes

Hale likes to hike to stay in shape. She tells WhoWhatWear that she aims to hike every day. “I love having slow mornings. I've found that not having to rush really kick-starts my mood in the right way. I try to hike every day. There’s a canyon near where I live, and that’s sort of my ‘me’ time.”

4. She Strength Trains

Hale shared some of her fitness secrets with Shape. She says that she likes to strength train. "I do a lot of strength training because I like to feel strong. I'm 5-foot-2, but I like to feel like a badass and to know that I could kick someone's ass. So I do pull-ups and do squats with the big-boy weights. I even flipped one of those big tires once.”

5. She Does Pilates

Lucy.HaleLucy Hale/Instagram

Hale is a big fan of Pilates. She tells Shape, “I just discovered Pilates. My butt has never been higher, and my abs have never been stronger. Our bodies are so amazing and resilient, and we don't give them enough credit. I spent much of my teen years and early 20s not loving my body and not being good to it. I'm trying to make up for that because we get only one body. We have to take care of our temple."

Paris,,France,-,November,30:,Taylor,Hill,Walks,The,RunwayShutterstock

"I used to hate my body, and I thought I was really ugly," Taylor told Byrdie. "I was so not confident, and becoming a model—and especially a VS girl—has changed my perspective on who I am. It's kind of given me a new light: You're beautiful no matter what you look like, no matter what body type you have. I always envied curvy women because I wasn't that. The grass is always greener, and you'll always have to deal with that. But being a model has helped me embrace my body type. It's hard on some girls, but it actually helped me a lot."

2. Taylor Hill Exercises

Paris,,France,-,November,30:,Taylor,Hill,Walks,The,RunwayShutterstock

3. Taylor Hill Doesn’t Believe in Diets

Female,Personal,Trainer,,With,His,Back,Facing,The,Camera,,LookingShutterstock

Taylor enlists the help of a personal trainer to achieve her goals. "I have to use a trainer because I cheat in classes," she told Byrdie. "I'm a natural-born cheater. I cheat on everything—I cheated on tests (don't tell my teachers), I cheat workouts, I eat whatever I want! So I just needed someone to watch me and make sure I'm doing it correctly. When I have an hour, I want to give everything I have to that hour, like, really work out.”

6. Sara Sampaio Does Pilates

Paris,,France,-,November,30:,Sara,Sampaio,Walks,The,RunwayShutterstock

Sara likes an amped up version of pilates. “I've been doing a lot of SLT. It’s like a really intense Pilates with a machine. I’ve noticed with my body that small movements have done more for my body than the boot camps. My body moves better when it’s very focused on small movements that elongate your body and your muscles,” she told The Cut. “I tried SLT for the first time five or six years ago when I first got to New York. It was really hard, it was too hard. Then I was training for the Victoria’s Secret show last year and gave it another try. I really liked it, it was not as hard. I think they had changed it a little bit. I could actually go through a whole class without feeling like I was going to break down.”

7. Shanina Shaik Works Out with Personal Trainers

London,,England,-,December,02:,Victoria's,Secret,Model,Shanina,ShaikShutterstock

It’s extremely motivating to follow their workouts, even from the comfort of home. I usually gravitate toward workouts that incorporate a lot of Pilates. My favorite moves are making small circles and stretching your legs with ankle bands. Lastly, I like to use a resistance band, pointing your feet and pulsing up and down; it’s great for the inner and outer thighs,” Shanina revealed to Hum Nutrition.

8. Kelsey Merritt Does Two a Days

New,York,,Ny,-,February,05:,Kelsey,Merritt,Attends,TheShutterstock

Kelsey works out not once, but twice a day. "The past few months I've been working out everyday—and sometimes twice a day. This past week I did pilates, if I feel good then I'll do 30 minutes of cardio. I always make sure to put cardio in my workouts. I'll do SoulCycle, then I'll go on the treadmill. I will do strength training with a personal trainer at Dogpound,” she told Elle.

9. Jasmine Tookes Balances Diet with Exercise

New,York,,Ny,-,November,13:,Model,Jasmine,Tookes,WalksShutterstock

I've picked up more fish, greens, and lentils." Her diet involves "a lot of vegetables and fish, not much meat, minimal dairy,” she told Byrdie. "I just feel better when I eat that way."

11. Alessandra Ambrosio Allows Herself to Indulge

Paris,,France,-,November,30:,Alessandra,Ambrosio,Walks,The,RunwayShutterstock

Alessandra used to go to extremes to stay in shape, but avoids dieting now. "After having Anja I only had three months to lose all the weight [before doing the 2008 Victoria's Secret show] and I was on this 1,200-calorie-a-day meal-delivery service that I hated. I couldn't do that again," she told The Edit. "Whenever I start to diet, everything goes downhill,” she added. “So if I want a little bite of dark chocolate on a plane or a cocktail with friends on the weekend, I'll have it. She also eats clean.“My diet generally consists of fresh, organic produce (all veggies, nuts, seafood, occasional eggs and lots of raw vegan dark chocolate) and superfoods everyday such as chlorella and spirulina. If I ever need an immune booster I have tons of ginger, tumeric and baobab,” she said. It “takes a while to get used to healthier foods if you’re used to eating crap, or if you have been brought up eating a certain kind of way,” she admitted. “To me, almost everything clean and healthy taste good and you can always play around and make it taste even better.” Another way she sets herself up for healthy eating success is preparation. “When I’m traveling, I always bring a big variety of healthy snacks and superfoods – usually opting for vegetables and fish or seafood when ordering food or on set.”

14. Izabel Goulart Juices

London,,England,-,December,02:,Victoria's,Secret,Model,Izabel,GoulartShutterstock

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”
