Biking

Luiza enjoys spinning, aka biking, as a form of exercise. In one video she cycles. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Running

She also enjoys pounding pavement. Here she is going running. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Protein

Luiza prioritizes protein at every meal, forming her meals around lean meat. In the same post she shared a photo of her meal, a plate of salmon and raw veggies. According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW), but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

Strength Training

Strength training is Luiza’s main form of fitness. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:
