Maria Georgas is a contestant on this season of The Bachelor. She’s become one of the season’s breakout stars, with rumors spreading that she is being considered for the lead of next season of The Bachelorette. She recently shared some highlights from the show in Jasper National Park. In it, Georgas is seen walking by the mountains and chopping wood. She captioned the post, “I did it in the Maria way. With love.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Maria Georgas stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Walks

In her recent post, Georgas is seen on a walk. Harvard Health states that walking has a lot of benefits. “Harvard researchers looked at 32 obesity-promoting genes in over 12,000 people to determine how much these genes actually contribute to body weight. Among the study participants who walked briskly for about an hour a day, the effects of those genes were cut in half…A pair of studies from the University of Exeter found that a 15-minute walk can curb cravings for chocolate and even reduce the amount of chocolate you eat in stressful situations. And the latest research confirms that walking can reduce cravings and intake of a variety of sugary snacks.”

2. She Swims

Georgas likes to swim to stay in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself in the water. Harvard Health states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “When in the water, your joints experience less impact, making the pool a welcoming environment for anyone with arthritis or joint injuries. Squats that may aggravate arthritic knees on land are often doable in water. The resistance of the water also slows down movements that can be quick and jerky on land, creating more smoothly flowing motions that are less likely to aggravate injuries.”

3. She Rollerblades

Georgas likes to rollerblade to stay in shape. Goodnet.org states that skating has a lot of benefits. “Pushing off and gliding are both activities that engage your lower body, working out your hamstrings, calves, quads, and glutes. When you skate, you also swing and move your arms, using your upper body to propel yourself forward. And, as you shift your weight from side to side, your hips also get a workout.”

4. She Takes Accountability

After getting in a fight with another contestant on the show, Georgas made sure to take accountability for her actions on TikTok. “Nobody’s perfect, including myself, and I just think that s--- happens sometimes and people deal with things differently,” she said. “I can’t understand or explain or defend everyone’s actions and doings in the house, but I’m responsible for myself and I think that I could’ve done things better. I’ll leave it at that.”

5. She’s Open

Georgas is very open with her feelings. She talked about this and how she connected with Bachelor, Joey Graziadei, in an interview. “I keep seeing posts about how I brought Joey's personality out in him, but the truth is, he brought it out in me. It's nice to feel comfortable enough to share your feelings with someone. He's so much fun to be around and he's full of the same humor as I am, so it was easy."

Georgina Rodríguez is having a blissful vacation with her family, enjoying the sun and sea on a luxurious getaway. The model partner of soccer superstar Christiano Ronaldo showed off her spectacular figure in a bright two-piece swimsuit, posting the snaps on Instagram. “Bellissimo,” said one admiring fan. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Rodríguez stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Is Passionate About Food

Rodríguez loves good food—but admits she doesn’t usually cook. “I love paella, Spanish omelet, croquettes, I really like sausages with wine, meatballs, bean stew, chorizo sausage,” she says. “I remember once asking for a ham sandwich during a photo shoot before a fashion show and saying, ‘Don’t make me do this when I’m hungry’ because when I get hungry the truth is that I can be a bit unbearable. Life without food is a bit senseless to me. It’s not normal to ask for ham sandwiches before doing this sort of event and the response I got when I requested one, was ‘I like people who eat, it means they can be trusted’ and that’s what I feel, that when people relax and eat, I think ‘Wow, they like being with me!’”

2. Eating Like An Athlete

Rodríguez’s husband Christian Ronaldo’s former live-in chef opened up about cooking for the family. “There are no expensive foods,” chef Giorgio Barone tells the Sunday Mirror. “But healthy foods. I use organic and natural foods – fish, chicken, veal, eggs, avocado, coconut oil and black rice. You have to take care of your body as if taking care of a Ferrari… I cook using coconut oil. It is also important to drink plenty of water – but purified. And drink a lot. Of course, it’s all combined with hard training. But rest is as fundamental as training and nutrition – including in the afternoon. And eating early in the evening, not late.”

3. She Works Out In Her Home Gym

Rodríguez loves to work out with her husband in their fully-equipped home gym. Working out with a partner or a group can make a positive impact on your workouts, experts say. “Group settings can lead to a positive competitiveness. For instance, wanting to keep up with those around you can make you push yourself harder than you would on your own,” says certified exercise physiologist John Ford. “Seeing what others are capable of doing can inspire you to do more. I’ve personally had this experience: Watching others made me realize I had put some mental barriers up to pushing harder or trying different exercises/routines.”

4. She’s a Yogi

Rodríguez is a devotee of yoga, practicing Bikram yoga as part of her healthy lifestyle. "I tell first-time students at the end of class that they have to come back soon because the second class is the fun class,” says Bikram yoga teacher Kristin Bergman. “At least once a day, someone new to this yoga will tell me, 'You know, I didn't believe you, but my second class was great!' Come into the space ready to learn and absorb new material. And don't take yourself too seriously, folks — it's just yoga!"

5. Pizza and Popcorn

Ronaldo sticks to a strict diet while training, but when he’s out of town, Rodríguez enjoys some treats with the kids. "We tend to eat the same because we always eat together,” she tells InStyle. "But if he’s with the team or traveling to an away match, me and the kids spoil ourselves. We ask for pizzas for example. Or we stuff ourselves with popcorn.”

3. She Uses Resistance Bands

Rodriguez maximizes the burn with the help of resistance bands, which are especially helpful for her leg and lower body workouts. In this reel she demonstrates different leg workouts at home with a resistance band placed above her knees.

Georgina is a fan of Bikram yoga. She showed off some of her impressive moves in an Instagram post. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

5. She Cheats

When Cristiano is out of town, she their kids will indulge in not-so-healthy food. "If he's with the team or traveling to an away match, me and the kids spoil ourselves. We ask for pizzas for example. Or we stuff ourselves with popcorn,” she dished to InStyle.

Sarah Stage, a popular influencer, recently gave fans a glimpse of her vacation on Instagram, sharing a highlight reel from her beachside getaway. In the video, she is seen playing tennis, enjoying green juice, and relaxing at the beach. Captioning the post, “Sometimes it’s all you need 🌊🥥🌴🌮🧘🏻‍♀️,” Stage offers insight into her balanced lifestyle, which includes fitness, healthy eating, and outdoor activities. Whether she’s sipping on green juice or working her abs with wall crunches, Stage emphasizes wellness in all aspects of her life.

1. She Loves Green Juice

In her Instagram reel, Stage is seen eating green juice. The Cleveland Clinic states that green juice can be very beneficial. “Typically, what you get when juicing fruits and vegetables is a good amount of the food’s vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, polyphenols and other compounds that your body loves. Not all of them, but some at least. More on that in a bit. So, depending on what foods you put in the juicer, you can increase your intake of things like vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, magnesium and other good-for-you stuff.”

2. She Loves Tennis

Sarah Stage.2Sarah Stage/Instagram

Stage is also seen on the tennis court with a friend in her Instagram. Better Health states that tennis has a lot of benefits. “Tennis can be played as a sport or as a recreational activity with friends and family. Either way, playing tennis is a good sport to maintain your health, fitness, strength and agility. It has been calculated that an hour-long game of singles tennis burns around 600 calories for men and 420 calories for women.”

3. She Loves Salsa

Sarah Stage.3Sarah Stage/Instagram

Stage is seen enjoying salsa with tortilla chips in her Instagram post. Since salsa is spicy, it can be very good for you. The Cleveland Clinic states, “Much of the research on spicy foods focuses on capsaicin, the compound that gives chile peppers their kick. Some of that research has found that capsaicin boosts the body’s ability to break down fat and burn more energy.”

4. She Goes To The Beach

Sarah Stage.4Sarah Stage/Instagram

Stage is seen at the beach in her Instagram post. BackInAction states that spending time at the beach has a lot of health benefits. “Nothing beats the outdoors for that rush of fresh air to fill your lungs. The beach with its refreshing sea breeze can invigorate you and have you feeling energized. Oxygen concentrations at sea level make it easier for your lungs to receive oxygen and transfer into your blood stream. The salt air near the ocean has many health benefits. The salt acts as a healing agent, cleansing the airways and sinuses. Salt also kills certain types of harmful bacteria and can neutralize allergens.”

5. She Works Her Abs

Stage makes sure to work her abs. And she doesn’t have to go to the gym to do them. Stage shared some of her favorites in this Instagram post, and revealed that she loves wall crunches. Stage captioned the post, “𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀. Target: Core muscles, especially the upper abdominals. Lie on your back with legs at a 90-degree angle against the wall. Hands behind your head, crunch upwards. 3 sets of 12 reps.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”

Brandi Glanville has never been one to hold back, whether on reality TV or her unfiltered podcast. Best known for her time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the US and UK versions of Celebrity Big Brother, and The Traitors, Glanville always speaks her mind. Her podcast, Brandi Glanville Unfiltered, recently stirred up some drama when she called out Real Housewives stars for struggling on The Traitors and suggested the show stop casting them. Many fans saw this as subtle shade toward Phaedra Parks, who excelled in the previous season.

Beyond the headlines, Glanville has shared glimpses into her personal wellness routine, from skincare secrets to unconventional self-care methods. Here’s a look at how she stays feeling and looking her best.

She Uses Eye Patches

One thing that Glanville does to take care of her skin is use under-eye patches. In this Instagram post, she revealed the brand she used on Celebrity Big Brother. Glanville captioned it, “One of the #1 questions we get from fans since leaving #bigbrother is what brand of under eye patches were we wearing constantly on the show...The answer is @peterthomasrothofficial!! They are amaze! #ThanksMarissa 💋 (Blogging about all the products, will be posting on @bbeautyunfltrd soon).”

She Walks

Brandi is seen walking her dog

Brandi Glanville/Instagram

Glanville likes to walk her dogs to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her pup walking in Los Angeles. Glanville captioned the post, “On our way to do some podcasting.” Harvard Health says that walking is very beneficial. “Walking can help protect you during cold and flu season. A study of over 1,000 men and women found that those who walked at least 20 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week, had 43% fewer sick days than those who exercised once a week or less. And if they did get sick, it was for a shorter duration, and their symptoms were milder.”

She Has A Dog

As you can see from the previous Instagram post, Glanville has pet dogs. And according to Harvard Health, this can be beneficial. “A growing body of solid research shows that owning a dog can: provide companionship, help you be more active, make kids calmer, more secure, and more responsible, improve the lives of older individuals, help you be calmer, more mindful, and more present in your life, make you more social and less isolated, ease stress.”

She Worked With A Breath Coach

Glanville revealed to Us Weekly that she works with a breath coach to help with her mental health. “I’m still doing cosmetic stuff, but at the same time trying to fix myself. I eat better and breathe and actually exercise. I’m getting there. I just started with this journey, but I can actually do things. My body can do things now that I couldn’t do five years ago.”

She Uses CellSound

Glanville revealed to People that she used the CellSound treatment on her stomach. "I mean, to be honest, I haven't worn a crop top in years, and I literally feel comfortable going out in a crop top, which is so bizarre," she says. "Not that I feel like everyone should do that, but I can go work out with a crop top on and not feel like I have my mommy stomach and I shouldn't sit down. So it's definitely empowered me in that aspect."
