Jen Affleck is sweating and dancing with her friends – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the Mormon Wives star flaunts her fit figure in a two-piece exercise set, during a gym-slash-dance session with friends. "Momtok is here to stay 👊," she captioned the Instagram video. "Not a booty in sight 😂 jk," commented one of her followers. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Paddleboarding

During a trip to Fiji she went standup paddleboarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Snorkeling and Scuba Diving

On a trip to Hawaii she went snorkeling and scuba diving. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Boxing

Jen loves boxing. In her recent video she takes a class with her costars and friends. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.
