Wise opened up about her diet to Closer. She says that she likes to eat a lot of home cooked meals. “For the majority of the time, I have lunch at home,” she says. “So it’s quite healthy. Either a tuna salad or a cheese and onion toastie or mackerel with toast. For dinner, Mum will make a chicken and chorizo pasta, a curry or a chilli con carne.”

2. She Takes Care Of Her Hair

In an interview with Heatworld, Wise talked about her favorite beauty products. She talked about what she uses on her hair. "I don't feel clean unless I wash my hair, so I will have to wash it on a Sunday. I have extensions so my shampoo and conditioner have to be sulphate-free. I've been sticking to Beauty Works Shampoo (£11.95) and Conditioner (£11.99) as that's where my extensions are from. I love the Philip Kingsley Elasticiser (£16.56), I will just apply that to my natural hair. on the ends. You use so much heat when styling extensions and your real hair takes the brunt of it, so I like to keep my hair hydrated.”

"When I'm filming, it's all about priming the skin because obviously on camera you don't want your make-up to look as if it's sitting in your pores. I really love priming my skin with Bobbi Brown Face Base (£46.50), it's so lovely and a little goes a long way.

4. She Keeps Her Skin Hydrated

Wise is all about keeping her skin hydrated. She revealed her go-to product to Heatworld. "Nothing beats Astral Cream (£9.99). You can use it on your body as well. It's a thick moisturiser and it's great for hydrating your skin. I've sworn by it for years. I think it's the reason I stopped getting spots because when I forget to use it, I get a spot. Wise opened up about her wellness practices to Heatworld. She says that she prioritizes time for herself. “Self-care for me is always on a Sunday,” Wise says. “It's the end of the week and it's time to relax. Sunday is definitely a day of rest.”

Wise tells Heatworld that she is true to herself, and doesn’t care what others think. "The best advice that I've ever been given is 'be you, do you, for you', because I'm not gonna lie, people are going to hate you either way. Not everyone's gonna like you in this world and not everyone's gonna love you in this world. Whether you do well or you do bad, people have always got something to say. So just do you for you."

3. She Took A Break From Filming

Wise was surprisingly not featured in TOWIE for a period of time. However, she tells Closer that this helped with her mental state. “Having a break was something I did really need. I feel like it was sort of a little bit of a blessing in disguise because being on TOWIE, the storylines themselves can always be quite tricky and personal. It was ongoing drama, and realistically for me, I needed that time to focus on my mind and my goals.”

While filming Ex On The Beach, Wise had to hand over her phone. She tells Closer that this break was much-needed for her. “With Ex On The Beach we weren’t allowed our phones and it was lovely. We’re all so guilty of just sitting there and scrolling. Getting to know people was so much easier too. I switched off and had time to breathe even though I was always worried an ex would come along.”

5. She Journals

Wise tells Heatworld that she likes to write in a journal. "I do have a diary and I'll have a little write down in my diary every so often when I have a really shit day. Sometimes I won't want to rant to my mum and stress her out so I'll put all my thoughts down on paper. I really feel that is a good way to let go of the negative energy that I've had that day."
