Sophie encourages exercise, and not just for the physical benefits. ''I somehow managed to stay fit through lockdown by doing online sessions with my trainer, Yashmin Karachiwala, and followed YouTube videos. With all of us being stuck in our homes, one thing we have to do is focus on our health. Working out helps me to keep my physical fitness and mental sanity. I got into such a good routine through the lockdown,'' she told Times of India.

2. Do Lots of Different Workouts

Sophie’s exercise lineup is expansive. ''I do pilates, strength training, and cardio,” she told Times of India. “I go four times a week. I don't work out to be skinny or anything like that. As soon as work gets full-blown again, in terms of stage shows and shooting, you need to be fit to be in this line of work. It makes me really happy and I enjoy working out.''

3. Find a Favorite Workout

Sophie encourages finding joy in exercise. ''I think if you are lucky to find the form of workout you enjoy, then you will be excited to go. For some people, it's weight training, yoga, running, dancing. For me it is pilates. Because I love it so much so it never feels like a routine or chores. It is something I am really passionate about. I still try to do some stuff online at home because I realized that I enjoy that. It is possible to stay fit at home. There is so much stuff available online on YouTube. It is really about your determination, '' she told Times of India.

Sophie has a moderate but consistent approach to health. “I don't believe in extreme dieting or extreme workouts. My motto has always been consistency. I feelI feel fitness has to be a part of your lifestyle and it should come naturally to yourself. Then, you will not find it difficult and you will not treat it as a chore,” she told OnManorama.

5. This Is What She Eats in a Day

Sophie detailed her diet to Telegraph Online. “I wake up in the morning and start my day with a cup of my own detox tea, Fittox, which is really good and I genuinely swear by it. It’s a great way for me to start my day,” she said. “Breakfast is super important, that’s the meal I look forward to. It can be eggs and toast or avocado on toast or almond milk porridge with some berries. I have a green tea with it.” For lunch she eats one or two rotis at the most with sabzi or a grilled chicken with a salad or an avocado salad. “My five o’clock snack is some dry fruits and a coffee at 7pm in the evening, I have some soup. If I’m really hungry, I might have some tofu or a little bit of chicken with that. After 8pm, I don’t eat. If I’m hungry, then I’ll have a herbal tea at night while watching Netflix or something. Or hopefully, my own show Work It Up (laughs)! I’ll probably just have herbal tea and a piece of dark chocolate, that’s about it,” she concluded.

Sophie indulges in the occasional cheat meal. “I have a sweet tooth. So, it has to be something like pancakes or waffles or caramel popcorn while watching a movie or something like that. I don’t eat pizza at all, not interested,” she told Telegraph Online.

7. It’s About Quality of Exercise, Not Quantity

Sophie believes that quality of your workouts is more important than quantity. “You know you could do a 100 s**t counts or you could just do 10 great counts. It’s really about doing the counts properly and having great form and feeling every movement that you do,” she told Telegraph Online.

When Chandna signed on to appear in Naagin 5, she had to get in shape. She shared her process to Times Of India. "I had to say bye-bye to all the happy weight and bring a transformation because my character needed that,” she explained. “If you are playing a naagin you need to look sexy, fit and someone who can easily do the stunts. The previous seasons' actresses, who played naagins, had already set a bar so high, that it was important to look different and set a new trend."

In Naagin 5, Chandna did a lot of her own stunts. "When I signed up for the show, I did not have time to go to the gym, because we were shooting for 12-13 hours,” she tells Times Of India. “Naagin is not a show that requires you to be at one place throughout the day. The show had a fast pace, we had to run around a lot because of outdoor scenes and do a lot of stunts and action scenes. This helped me burn my calories, so I was burning good calories on the sets, shooting for 12-13 hours."

Chandna opened up about her diet to Times Of India. She says that she believes in eating a balanced diet. "I used to eat bhakhri, rice, veggies, chicken and fish. I also consumed jowar bhakhris. I kept away from junk food but I had my 'cheat' days when I used to go out and eat pav bhaji and pizza. The idea was to be physically active and run around a lot, eat in small proportions than totally deprive yourself."
