She Embraces Her Weight Gain

 

In her Instagram post, Montana says that she is starting to embrace any weight she gains. She writes, “I am feeling so grateful for the extra weight I’ve put on in the last 2 years. No thigh gap, natural skin folds and eating A LOT at this beautiful hotel.”

She Hikes

Montana is a big fan of hiking, and has posted several photos on Instagram of herself enjoying the outdoors. She posted this photo of herself hiking along the beachside cliffs. She captioned it, “Happy earth day 🌎🌱 I’m grateful for the beautiful world we live in and everything in it. Feeling blessed I’ve had the chance to experience a lot of it. Let’s all make a conscious effort to look after it the way we should x.” She also posted this photo of herself hiking in a field.

She Horseback Rides

Another thing Montana does to keep herself in shape is horseback ride. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself going riding or spending time with horses. Brown captioned this set of photos, “Giddy up cowboys.”

She Jumps Rope

Montana has posted her daily workouts on Instagram, and she’s a big fan of jumping rope. Montana posted this IGTV video of her workout, the first of which is her jumping rope. She captioned the video, “I finally did double unders WOOP WOOP. Over the moon. This is just a little workout I did today to work my bum as that’s my main focus. Not really fussed about my spaghetti arms. 10 reps each exercise 4 sets of each and for the skipping 10 rounds, 1 minute on, 30 seconds off. I prefer this kind of stuff than running anywhere.”

She Does Burpees

Montana posted a series of videos of some of her favorite workouts on Instagram. The second video in the series is Brown doing burpees. “I know most people like to do a whole workout but when I’m not feeling it I will do a couple of rounds of these just to say I’ve done something. Something is better than nothing ladies and gents! Love you all.”

She Uses Resistance Bands

Montana makes sure to work her lower body. Sometimes, she will do leg exercises with resistance band. The third video in the previous Instagram post features Montana using a resistance band to workout. In the video, she is seen doing squats with the band just above her knees.
