Chakravarti is a big fan of Pilates, specifically on the reformer, as a way to stay in shape. She likes to post several videos and reels on Instagram of herself doing Pilates. She posted this reel of herself doing a session with a trainer, captioning it, "Practice. Perseverance. Patience." She also posted this video of herself on her own, with the caption, "If it's easy, it's not Pilates!"

Another way Chakravarti likes to stay in shape is by dancing. She posted this behind the scenes video on Instagram of herself doing choreography for a TV show. She captioned it, "IGTV debut with a throwback! Miss my dancing shoes."

She Boxes

Chakravarti also loves to box as a way to stay in shape. She posted this video on Instagram of herself doing a boxing session with a trainer. She captioned the video, "Work in progress. Life in progress. Slowly and steadily." Here's a boxing exercise that may work for you: "From a ready-stance position, perform two hooks in a row with the left hand, opening the arm and elbow out at shoulder height before rotating the hips and shoulders toward the target to deliver back-to-back punches as quickly as possible. Immediately follow the second hook with a right cross, pivoting on the right foot and rotating the hips as the right arm crosses the body at shoulder height. Repeat this 3-punch sequence as many times as possible for 40 seconds," says ACE Fitness.

She Swims

Chakravarti is a big fan of swimming as a way to stay in shape. She posted this reel of herself doing a hair flip in the pool, captioning it, "Reel virgin finally making a debut with a throwback! P.s after several failed attempts, finally managed to get it right (how to make a reel & the video itself) LOL." She posted this set of photos of herself and her friends enjoying a pool day, captioning it, "Laughing away the blues." She also told TellyChakkar, "I go to the gym thrice a week and swimming four times a week; this is the simple way I manage to stay fit."

She Eats Healthy

Chakravarti tells TellyChakkar that she eats pretty healthy each day. She says that she likes to cook a lot of her own food, and makes sure she's not eating too much. "I don't have any diet plan; I eat everything but avoid eating junk food, and have just homemade food. I also make it a point to eat in every two to three hours and never overeat."
