Lea shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with People. She says that fitness to her is about how she feels, not about how much she weighs. “It’s so important for me to stress that being healthy is not about being a gym rat. It’s not about being 90 lbs. This is really how I live every single day.”

Lea tells People that she is very resilient, and she has ways to get through hard times. “You always have to have faith, because life is going to throw things at you. You just have trust that there is a plan. I really pride myself on the people that I surround myself with and how I take care of myself, so my ground is stable beneath me.”

She Eats Natural Food

Lea talked about her diet in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that she makes sure to eat a natural diet. “Every single thing that I put into my body is to nourish and fuel my body. I have always felt that food is fuel. What you’re eating is going to help your body so I don’t eat junk food, I don’t eat processed food. I keep only fresh, healthy ingredients in my home so I can feel my absolute best.”

She Loves Celery Juice

Lea loves to drink celery juice. She tells Us Weekly that she has a glass of it every morning. “Just to flush out your body is so important,” Lea explained. “Celery juice is so incredibly good for your liver and it is a great cleanse first thing in the morning. I’ve seen it improve my digestion so much.”

She Cooks

Michele tells Us Weekly that she likes to cook healthy meals for herself. “I’ve been cooking more lately than I ever have in my entire life,” she said. “There’s no food that can give me better nutrition than the food that I can make myself because I know every single ingredient that I am putting in.”

She Takes Vitamins

Lea tells Us Weekly that a big part of her wellness routine is taking vitamins each day. “I’m superbusy, so for me to have vitamins that are packed with such goodness is so great.” Michele also says that she likes OLLY Vitamins in particular. “I love their Women’s Multi because it has everything that I need all in one thing…You do need that extra boost.”

She Goes To SoulCycle

Lea tells SELF that she has a favorite fitness class that she goes to. “I feel like SoulCycle is so inspiring and really uplifting and for me,” she says. “A workout has to be good for my mind, body, and soul. It can’t just be going crazy in the gym—it has to be something that’s going to make my spirit feel good at the same time.”
